First shaved ice place we tried when visiting Hawaii for the first time! We order the Ube with condensed milk, azuki beans, and mochi. It was SO good. The mochi had a great chew and texture and the ube flavor was spot on and not too sweet ;) it was refreshing and a great treat on a hot day! We came about an hour before close and there was a very long line! So be ready to wait! It was about $10 for a regular but I thought it was worth it.
The best shaved ice on the Island. We got the Reggaeton and it was so delicious. The flavors are very natural. Highly recommend!

This place has great shaved ice, large portions, many flavors, and very tasty as well. Check it out - best combination of quality and price in the area. Only thing that would make it better is if there was a place to sit and enjoy it near the pickup window.
The food was overcooked. We ordered takeout calzone, meat lasagna, and chicken wings, and each meal was overcooked. Meat and marinara sauces were watered down. We also decided to splurge on carrot cake and tiramisu desserts. That was a mistake too. Both tasted and looked like they were from the grocery store.

After workout Green kale smoothie is to die for. Love the atmosphere. Also the lady at the counter was very helpful & sweet. I’ll be coming here for my healthy habits for now on!

It was my first time trying shaved ice in Hawaii and it did not disappoint! I wish I could have tried more flavors but the ones we got were good and the condensed milk topping is a MUST! Adds the perfect amount of creaminess. The location is super lowkey next to apartments.

Service was handled with care, I can tell she loves her job you feel it when you walk in the store! I wasn't rushed nor did she get irritated as I wasn't sure exactly how I wanted my order. Instead she was very patient and suggested different offers based on my preference. Thank you NADINE!!
I will not be returning to this edible arrangement… I came to redeem my birthday BOX and the lady said that it was just a cheesecake but if you look at all of the TikTok videos or IG they actually receive a box of chocolate covered strawberries my sister redeemed a box of chocolate covered strawberries and they give me a cheesecake. We came here twice during our 7-day stay. We had the matcha shaved ice during our first visit (as recommended by the sweetest uncle at the cashier) and my husband & I — both matcha lovers — agree that it was the best shaved ice we’ve ever had 🤯

One of the best Shaved Ice spots in our opinion. We stumbled by this place during our last visit, and now it's out go to spot for shaved ice. It's at the entrance of a parking lot and sometimes there is quite a line, but definitely worth it!

Been craving to come back to Hawaii to get our fix of Ice Monster. There’s lots of places for shave ice but this Taiwan style is top notch. We ordered the papaya flavoured and it blew our minds. Need to try the other flavours like mango and green tea before we leave.

I'm in love with the cookies here. It's not often that I come to Maryland but when I do. I don't know what they do to these cookies but it's always a line.
Me and my family loved this place! It was almost like a nightly routine to come here if we had time or weren't exhausted from our day. The owner (I'm assuming he is the owner) who stands outside greeting people and sometimes works the register is so welcoming and friendly, I'm more than happy to give my money to someone with a positive attitude lol but the shaved ice is so good and refreshing, definitely worth your money and in my opinion the wait time isn't bad even with how packed it can get here. I highly recommend giving this place a try!

Friendly employees and welcoming environment. Large expanse of toppings. Good variety of frozen yogurt. I like the self-serve theme. It's a little pricey but worth it.
Screaming kids and impolite guests pack this place. Honestly, it shouldn't be in business but somehow people decide a cup of bitter, poorly flavored frozen yogurt is worth 7 dollars. Don't mention the headache from people who cant even give you some personal space selecting your toppings.
Charged extra for same day delivery. Was almost 5pm. Order had not been delivered. I asked to have a return phone call. Time now is 7:20pm. Have not had a return phone call. I also placed an order last year. The card I asked to be included was not provided. The people receiving the arrangements didn't know who had sent it. I called and complained and was told well they finally did know who had sent the order but they had to call edible arrangements. They said would give me a discount on my next order. I did not recieve any discount. Very poor service. I will never order eith edible arrangements.
I ordered online and set a pickup for a certain time. I got a call saying that it won't be ready and asked if I could pick it up later. I couldn't because I had other things planned and that is why I scheduled it for a certain time. Now I can't give the arrangement on my friends birthday. Thanks Edible Arrangements

Staffs here are very friendly and the environment is kids friendly, good place for family with tons of seating.

Shaved ice was so good I came back twice! The heavenly lilikoi was nice, but I feel the better move is to build your own with 3 flavors which is cheaper ($8 vs $11, the main star of the show is the shaved ice and I felt the extra toppings like the popping boba and frozen yogurt were unnecessary). Would recommend lilikoi, mango, and strawberry flavors, acai was too mild in my opinion. Also be aware there's a massive line for this place.
I was needing a little pick me up so I stopped by. the cashier was so sweet he accommodated me and said my order would be ready in a half hour.

This is my go-to spot whenever I want to treat myself! Coming here always makes my day better. It’s a sweet little spot in the neighborhood, and the staff (or “popmeisters” as I call them) are always very friendly. I could drink their spirulina matcha smoothie morning, day, and night and I would still crave it. It’s DELISH.
Ok. First of all. This place is fire. Service was quick and fast and efficient! The shave ice and the açaí bowl is fire! I mean good! Worth every bit of your money. The people working here are so amazing and precious. It’s my spouse bday and as I put my order in…. It asked my name “tony it’s my bday” and you know what they did! They got candles for him. How freaking sweet! I’m recommending this place to everyone. The music playing is my vibe! Great choice

We had a lot of Shave Ice on different Islands and we love it, but Ice Monster takes it to a whole new level. My wife and I shared the Monster sized Mango and was so good with all the different stuff that goes in it. It doesn't melt down and become a soupy mess like Shave Ice, it was fluffy till the last bite. I don't know what kind of sorcery this is, but we're going back tonight for moarrrrRR. The line was long, but it moves pretty fast.
Love it so much there fro yo is the best love there topping so many you can have birthday party’s you can rent it for 2 hours max you can get a to go but it’s better to do dine in nice sitting place and they do have bathrooms you can get as much as you want love that place so much
It was dessert time. Icy Monster was close by. The serving sizes were good. Unfortunately the fresh mango sensation did not taste fresh at all. Tasted artificial. We ate in and the seats were in need of repair or replacement. The welds were broken. You may want to check out the other dessert bars first.
I think this is the best ice shave on the island. We had several more, but this one we loved the most. We first tried it when we were for the first time in Oahu, 4 years ago and nothing changed since then, it's delicious!
Good old fashion froyo. Self serve. Place could be cleaner esp the floor n tables. Lot of topping. They have dairy free, gluten free, sugar free yogurt. Enough option for everyone
We stopped by after a hot visit to the Tampa zoo. We had an Açaí bowl. All I could say is refreshing. Not too sweet or tart. Just right. We got the Almond Cacao bowl.

I enjoy going to cups right after the movies and after covid the service has been lacking. Many times there seems to be just one employee and when it gets busy , the employee gets frustrated and annoyed. Yesterday the employee closed the door, asked customers to wait outside because she said she is the only employee and needs 15 mins to clean up. They need to hire more employee and do better with the service. Few machines we're out of icecream.

Love the decor and it’s in a nice shopping center. The flavours are always delicious and there’s plenty topping choices. My favourite flavour is the Dole Whip which I thought you could only get at Disney/Universal which is very exciting. The staff are always friendly and it’s always clean. As far as Yogurt stores go it’s not my first choice as it is a lot more expensive than the other choices in the area.
This place is affordable and it’s nice that you can choose your own toppings. I was so excited to see that they have something like Dole Whip as well (iykyk). The staff here are super sweet and kind, and everything was really clean!

As a UK alumna, Chocolate Holler holds a special place in my heart. I always go out of my way to visit whenever I am in Lexington! Get their sipping chocolate if you are able to, it is well worth the price! I think that their coffee is pretty good too.

There is nothing remarkable looking about the location. Frankly, we would have missed it if it wasn't for the large group of people lining up to order. On a hot day, shave ice is exactly what we needed to cool off.

I'm confused by the costumer service, I got hit by the heavy swinging door on the head, and I asked the employee if she had ice. She had no compassion or concern that I was injured. She said to go to peets, ok, I get it if you don't have ice but you can at least act like you care? Instead I received a rude attitude, and there weren't any costumers at all in the entire establishment. So I think should be an update on how you train the employees on costumer service and demonstrating basic humanity to other people.

The ever so popular cookie flavor there is the prized Snickerdoodle cookies. So, of course, I took it upon myself to order a few. I ordered about 8 cookies for $5 or $10 (apparently, they do not allow ordering by the half dozen nor dozen, but by the eights. Such as 8, 16, etc ).
I was a bit judgy & hesitant because the cookies were almost razor thin, and I was used to thicker, regular sized cookies. But as soon as I took a bite, I was shook haha 🥲🫠🙃😅 They were so moist, soft, and delightful. Crunchy exterior but the right amount of crunch that it doesn't take away from the softness/moisture. The right amount of sugar and cinnamon.
I think what makes this different from other Snickerdoodle cookies is perhaps the thinness and (I THINK, I could be wrong) the possible shortening base.
They were so good, I decided not to be selfish and go back in to order my parents some to try 😂😭🤣

Easily the best cookie store in the area. Definitely one of the best on earth. Their snickerdoodles are OUTSTANDINGLY DELICIOUS. The store has been here for ages, since I was a kid.
This is a fairly small store. However, they have some interesting flavors and toppings. Their frozen yogurt is very tasty though! (Plus, a discount when purchasing with a movie ticket by the theater across the street)

As a flight attendant I love exploring the towns I visit and try to look for very obscure and local places. On this day it was quite chilly and I was looking for a good hot chocolate. I looked around Google maps and found this place. It is very quaint with a very modern environment. There were so many hot chocolate options I didn't know what to choose! The team member I spoke to was very helpful and at the end I chose the Snickerdoodle hot chocolate. It was very tasty! The rest of the team I dealt with were very kind, from the moment I entered and given a warm greeting to the moment I left and given a farewell. I highly recommend this place if you need a nice hot drink on a cold day(they do serve more than hot drinks).

We come here all the time , at least once a week, the flavors aren’t artificial tasting like other spots we’ve tried we continue to come from Kaneohe and waipahu to Lahaina shaved ice sometimes the workers get overwhelmed with the traffic and become a bit not nice but the wait is worth it.
I chose pineapple and cookies and cream. Also, I added coconut topping for our ice cream. Taste but poor service.
This location is great, it has a lot of flavors and toppings even regular ice cream for non frozen yogurt lovers like myself 👌🏾.
I come here every month, and it's great every time. Self serve is very fast, and there's a wide variety of flavors. Toppings are also great. I especially like the pineapple, cookie dough, and coffee. None of the flavors taste awful, so there's something for everyone.

I ordered the Aroma and the Meatlover's pizzas with a side of mozzarella sticks for a Wednesday dinner around 7 pm online. Delivery was fast. Once I received a text informing me that the pizza was en route, it arrived within 10 mins, I swear.
Both pizzas were so delectable that we ordered again the following evening. The crust is soft and light. Eating 4 slices feels like you are eating three. Eating three feels like eating two. The cheese has that deep, rich, baked taste that you might associate with a Chicagi style pizza. You can really see thr cooked, bubbling, cheese on my pics.
In general, my slices were bending downwards but the cheese was not sliding off. So, you can fold them at the crust to point and they were delicious. The sauce leans on the more traditional side of a good pasta sauce more so than the sweet Papa John's or mildly bitter Dominoes.
This locale has quickly slid into my number one pizza ordering spot.

The quality of the food has severely dropped since they opened. I used to love getting their wings, fries and subs. I've uploaded a picture of the wings and the fries. The wings used to be a good size, now they looked like they took a baby chicken legs and fried them up. The price and quantity is the same but the size has dropped. The wings aren't even as crispy as they used to be. The fries have been half cooked multiple times. The sub steak sub looks sorry as well, I see less than half meat, lettuce and tomato are dominent in the sub. This was all a waste of money at this point.

Whatever* you want, I swear that Whatever Pops will have it.. If you want a refreshing sweet treat, they have it all- açaí bowls, smoothies, milkshakes, grilled cheese, waffle on a stick, handmade popsicles, coffee, do you get my gist?

I've been ordering from here year after year for my mom, they have always done a beautiful job. I place the order online in the morning and its ready for the time that I select. Fruits are always fresh and beautifully displayed. Looks just like the photos. My mom always enjoy eating them. I never had a bite after all this time still.
What an amazing experience. Being from Central NY im exposed to a variety of cultural food experience, pizza and wings to the Tiramisu, on point and packed with freshness. The wings were crispy when arrived. That is hard to do for many places. They nailed it! Glad I found their menu on my hotel door.

The flavor was deep, the coffee was strong, there was no bitterness, it was simply perfect.
The Establishment was very coveted 19 friendly, all employees had masks and everybody inside were required to wear masks as well.
The aesthetic of the establishment is absolutely gorgeous, very rustic and urban feeling.

For a froyo joint, it was cleaner than I'd expect and well staffed.
Per my daughter, the frozen yogurt was "good, very good" and the selection of toppings was "good, great".
They seem to be able to handle large groups efficiently and they have ample parking.

I ordered the Açaí bowl but the staff told me it was bitter & I probably wouldn’t like it - persuading me to get the Açaí blended with fruit.
I should have stuck with my original order as the açaí blended with strawberries & mango with the fruit, granola & honey was too sweet for my friend & myself.

This place is great for a great popsicle or ice cream during summer! And a great place for a warm cup of coffee as well. Its got acai bowls, grilled cheese, waffles, shakes, gelato and smoothies!! Its modern and has great mysic.the staff is super friendly, i have a picky son and one of the girls made sure my son got the popsicle he was happy with. By far the best wood fired/ brick oven REAL bread you can find around the Phoenixville area! I know more and more bakeries are starting to pop up around the Philly area, but this place is just so so special and if you live around here definitely check them out. They are usually at the Phoenixville farmers market and have their breads in Kimberton Whole Foods, Weavers Way and other health food stores. Their chocolate chip cookies are top notch as well. Love + good ingredients = delicious food.
Great frozen yogurt with lots of toppings to choose from. A bit expensive but no more so than other frozen yogurt places. ($20 for three moderately filled cups and toppings). The counterperson was friendly and overall it was a good experience.

Great place for an acai bowl with delicious toppings. They also have frozen pop bars and home made gelato. We had the acai bowls, grilled cheese sandwiches and cappuccino. Everything is freshly made so there may be a small wait especially

A really nice shop that has really good smoothies, shakes, acai bowls and more 👍👍. They also have punch cards and a military discount.
The avian bowls are really good, you can choose different toppings and "boosters" but they really should be bigger for the price.

They usually have eight different yogurt flavors to choose from. There are lots of toppings, from chopped nuts to fresh fruit, lots of types of candy, and so on. There's also hot fudge and hot caramel. The thing I really appreciate is that they keep the place completely clean, something that isn't always true of yogurt shops.

Nothing special Fro-Yo. Expect a little better for such a large shopping area (especially across from the movie theater). Not a large assortment of flavors. Bathroom was out of order and they didn't refill the hands sanitizer 🤔.
