Savannah JUST hung up on me!! She & Lizzie always play LOTS of games with me; like they're children. Thank God I don't need to shop here. I will start shopping at other places similar to Atheleta. There's a VERY petty crew that works for them.

Worst customer service ever! The minute I walked in and the employee realized I had an online return, she became dismissive and yelled for another employee across the store to go help me. This second employee literally sighed and seemed extremely annoyed that she had to walk over to the register and assist. I have been an Athleta fan for years, and even have the Athleta Master Card to earn the extra points when shopping. Will not be visiting this location in the future. Sadly, this is the second time this store's service has been anything BUT pleasant.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent purchase of a pair of shoes at this store. I only wore the shoes once during my vacation and noticed that one shoe was smaller than the other, despite being the same number of size. It was incredibly uncomfortable and I was forced to buy another pair of shoes for the remainder of my trip. Upon my return, I attempted to return the shoes and express my dissatisfaction with the product. However, I was informed by the staff that the shoes had already been worn and therefore, could not be returned. Furthermore, they didn't offer any vouchers or gift certificates to rectify the situation. I am highly dissatisfied with this experience. I waste too much money on a pair of shoes that don't match, and I am unsure of how to proceed with this pair of shoes.

They gave us the pair that different size on each shoe. We tried to exchange it, I tried it on only one time and they said that "we can do nothing with it since you already wore it, I'm sorry!"

I had an awesome experience shopping with J.D sports. Their prices beat other major retailers. They also keep stock it's rare you can't find the size or color you are looking for. Shipping is prompt I received my package 4 days earlier than the estimated free shipping date . It included a free return label if needed. Notifications are very informative & consistent. I also had to call about an in-person exchange. The customer service representative was very helpful he didn't mind guiding me in the right direction verse most treat you like it's self explanatory on the app or you should know. Last but not least returning items was simple along as it was within 45 days of purchase and product In original packaging containing no damage. Adding you can return or exchange with your local Finish Line as well. I hope this was helpful for everyone.

First and foremost, the wait time was utterly unacceptable. I spent a frustrating 45 minutes manager savannah and employee Patrick was so slow and rude. they have to learn customer service skills.As for the customer service, it was virtually nonexistent. When I finally managed to flag down an employee, they appeared irritated by my presence and lacked basic knowledge about the products they were selling.
Furthermore, the overall atmosphere of the store was unwelcoming and chaotic. The aisles were cluttered, making it difficult to browse the merchandise, and the lack of organization only added to my frustration.
My experience at Foot locker was nothing short of disappointing. The extensive wait time, coupled with the apathetic attitude of the manager and the poor customer service, has ensured that I will never set foot in this establishment again. I urge others to think twice before patronizing this store, as their disregard for customer satisfaction is truly appalling.

I love that Athleta makes quality clothes that are comfortable and can be worn for work or play. Today I got some great pieces, but even better customer service from Emma, my fitting room attendant. Emma was super helpful and had a great positive attitude. Emma made my good shopping experience great.

I don’t normally review stores in a mall because they can get so busy and I don’t ever want to put a bad review for staff who can’t always control the environment. I am breaking this rule because I had such a positive experience with Deja who greeted us with an amazing smile, positive attitude and was ready to help. I forgot the name of the product I saw online but when I described it Deja knew exactly what it was and brought me to the rack and helped me find my size. All of my questions got answered and I felt like even though it was a busy Saturday right after Christmas, everyone at the store was professional and on top of it! The store was very organized and clean which was saying a lot for a busy Saturday during the holidays. I’m so impressed! Deja could sell me anything at this point I trust her judgement completely!

Clean and organized store. I walked in early in the morning on a Saturday and the manager told me they don’t accept alterations on weekends. Kinda made it seem like they were doing me a favor when I bought from this brand in the first place. If you don’t want to feel indebted to the service staff then I recommend shopping at Lululemon instead. Charging the same price as Lululemon but the service attitude is not as good.

This about the customer service we just received, which was unacceptable. A young guy with starter dreads or braids was very rude when we asked for additional help on a different size shoe. His response was “I don’t know if we have that size, you’ll just have to look and see for yourself.” All this while waving his hand like he could no longer be bothered. What happen to customer service…? Never coming back to this location.

I had a somewhat complicated return today and Kamrin took care of everything. I was anxious and trying to figure out two online orders and two in store orders/returns exchanges I had done. This store is situated at Kenwood Towne Center, a great location. The merchandise was above average in quality. However, the appearance was less than inviting and the customer service lacking. (For example, four salespersons were available, yet I was forced to ask for assistance.)

Went in on a Tuesday afternoon around 1 pm and wanted to buy a pair of air forces. Stood there trying to get the attention of one of the three employees. No one helped. The two girls working the register were too busy having a conversation. Never got helped so I left. Tried to get there attention multiple times and was just stared at while they went back to their conversation. Sorry I bothered you guys. I’ll take my business elsewhere. I went here to pick up an order I had put in online, I went to the register the woman working was a very lovely employee, she asked another woman working if she was able to see if my order had arrived. The one who looked for my order had been back there for about 15 minutes, She was either looking very hard or not at all. when she came back she had told me my order was not there, I asked if she knew when it would be there and she said no. I also asked if it was in stock which i had seen with my own two eyes that they were indeed in stock, at that point i just left because i was over it. She gave me a very low energy response with every question i asked, no words, just head shakes. I have never worked at a foot locker but i’m sure it’s not extremely difficult to help and employee by checking on the order status, it was all i even cared about. All I wanted to do today was get my boyfriend gifts so that he could have a Christmas, but what I got was no gifts and $200 gone, can’t even refund my order to get him something else. I make about $300 a paycheck and cannot afford for these things to happen just because an employee doesn’t feel like doing what they’re supposed to do.I personally feel it is essential for companies and employees to help customers with needs. Please do better, you get paid to work, not to be disrespectful for no reason.

To the 3 girls working on Saturday, March 26 around 6:20 pm. Do better! As a person, as an employee, as a customer service rep. My parents, 6 year old and 6 month old showed up. We asked two see 1 pair of glittered vans for a baby, which didn't seem to fit, but my daughter asked for food. So as I make her a bottle I also asked for a pair of white converse. Granted, I should of waited for her to eat, but I have impatient 6 year and was trying to multitask. I made the bottle and told her I would put them on my daughter when she finished eating. She immediately went to her two coworkers and told them to keep an eye on us. They all look at us and from that second on kept an eye on us at all times. She should have been more discreet. She saw how I was struggling and she instead insinuated I was going to steal the shoes. I fed my daughter, tried the shoes on her and gave them back. As soon as I have them back, they couldn't open them fast enough to check. I grew up in West Covina, so Journeys is a place I have bought shoes from for the last 15+ years. I have so many memories of this place while I was in high school, now all I will remember is this experience and will never buy here again. Oh to top of off, a Dad asked for blue baby Crocs and one of them told him that Journeys kids had better selection. The guy told her, ok but I still want to see the shoes lol so maybe they shouldn't sell kids shoes. Shame on me for not going to the other journeys.

I was very disappointed shopping with JD Sports online as I have been a customer for years. I placed 2 separate orders for my children's Christmas gifts and they both got canceled at the last minute. Ruined my Christmas surprise . Customer Service response was sometimes the systems run slow and is not showing the accurate items online. I will not be purchasing any items online any more. I have never had that issue with any other shoe store.

I purchased birthday gifts for my brother at the store. While ringing out the lady offered to sign up for the rewards to get a discount so I did. They said not to worry you can pay this right now so it pays off the credit card but u can get the deal this way. I payed in store and since have been told I haven’t paid. Now my credit has been negatively affected for the fact that essentially they are charging me twice. I’m over this back and forth and would never visit this store or any banana republic again

Stopped in to exchange a purchase I made online. The sales lady asked if I needed help as soon as I walked in the store. I told her I needed to exchange a pair of shoes I bought online for a smaller size. Great customer service from the sales lady as well as the store manager who processed my exchange. I got the size I needed and I LOVE my new shoes! Shout out to the JD Sports staff for making my experience a pleasant one! I will definitely shop here in the future!

I went is to find some exact nikes.. found them, but they ran too small, it's was the biggest size they had. After all, I was pretty upset given the run around. In conclusion one employee seen that I was determined to find this pair of shoe my size, she made it happen by upping the size in women and matched my size. Thank you foot locker!

This is a great place to buy shoes and clothing. I went there on a Tuesday and they were really busy. Of course if a place is busy then know it would take some time to get helped. But to my surprise they helped me out in under 4 minutes. The workers there were super nice and helpful!

A business that claims to have something posted as FCFS then decides to do an "in store raffle". Stay clear of this business and others like it. Finishline is just like any other resellers on the market, stop marketing yourself as a "reputable business" and just open pop up shops in flea markets. Champs runs two for one deals on a lot of their cargo shorts. Two shorts for 40.00 dollars plus tax! Similar price as old Navy and Target but way better quality! These specific shorts are great because they have drawstrings that allows for flux of weight... Really nice because the males in our family loss weight in the summer and typically gain a little over the winter and holiday season 😁

This brand new location has a clean and modern layout with a great selection. Everything from gym to office to swim is covered here. Athleta Girl is offered, as well. Nice checkout island set in the middle of the store for paying quickly. Dressing rooms are large and brightly lit for a pleasant try-on experience. Pieces can get pricey, but there's always the sale rack!

I had an amazing customer service experience at this Banana Republic location, when I wondered in looking for shopping help late on a Tuesday night. I had a job interview the next day, and was desperate for a suit. Despite it being an hour until the store closed, Dan, who I think is the store manager, went above and beyond to help me select an outfit for the next day. He chose countless combinations of camis, blouses suit jackets and pants to try on, gave me frank and honest advice about how they looked, and worked within my budget. I used some of my rewards in combination with the friends-and-family sale to walk away with everything almost 70% off. A stunning necklace topped off the ensemble. Thanks Dan!

The condescending tone and attitude posed by the staff toward my friend returning an item was thus unacceptable and unprofessional. The staff also simply rejected my friend’s request to speak directly with me to clarify the purchase records without any reason for the rejection. Please do not assume that the system is always correct. More importantly, never assume that the customer knows how the system should work, for that is a requirement for the staff, not the customer.
We would appreciate the store’s efforts to improve its way of communicating with the customer in a more professional manner.

The cashier was very rude and tried to tell me that my street isn’t spelled correctly. We were ordering shoes because they didn’t have them in my size. Good shoes and good quality just terrible customer service. Come in and you see they are just laughing and goofing off and when you ask for help they are annoyed.

Received 3 warrior jerseys as a gift for my 3 kids. Went to store to exchange them as the size wasn’t right. It was 8 days outside the 30 day exchange window, but all I needed was a different size they basically told me not only that I can’t. But since it’s on sale they will only look at current price, even though I had the receipt clearly showing the price paid. All I was looking for was an exchange in size. There is a reason stores are slowly going out of business and people are moving to online shopping, is what I said to the person helping me. And she said yup, we don’t need you in the store either.

Everybody that worked there was nice, besides the one girl that works there with black hair and tattoos on her arm. She was rude, and her customer service was horrible. I believe her name was Angie. I asked to see a shoe in my size, and she completely ignored me. It took four times of me asking her for her to not still ignoring me. And when she rang me up she was completely rude. I believe that they should get rid of her before they get more complaints.

I was looking for something different besides the same old styles you find at the mall and department stores and walked into this great men's store in St. Armands Circle in Sarasota, Island Pursuit. They had a great selection and variety of name brands. I bought quite a few shirts from Bugatchi, Quicksilver, Southern Tide, Vineyard Vines, Kuhl. I would highly recommend this store and the staff was very helpful.

Very very bad experience at this location. On June 2 of 2014 I placed a order on a pair of shoes that they didn't have my size available in the store. I was told that it would take about 5 to 7 business days to arrive. Today June 11th, I called to see if they had come in yet. The employee simply responded with that she hadn't seen any orders come in today. Told me that they would call me when my order arrives. Then immediately hung up on me. She didn't even asked for my name or how many days it had been. So how is it possible that she can tell me they weren't in yet.
So I proceeded to call customer service to find further details. I gave them all the information requested and they told me that it was delivered on Saturday June 7th. They then put me on hold to call the store to see where my shoes were. I was on hold for about 10 mins when the representative then told me that they couldn't find them in the store. She stated that it was possible that my order could have been delivered to Foot Locker. She told me that she would try to get in touch with Foot Locker if they had received my order. She also told me that in the meantime, I could go into the store and either get a refund or have them re-order them.
I took her suggestion and went to the store. At the store, I asked them if they had located my shoes. The girl that I spoke to on the phone with my initial call was the one who was servicing me. She asked me for my name, then proceeded to head to the back of the store. She came back out with my shoes. I was told that they got mixed up with the "outgoing" shipment. Needless to say, I was very disappointed with the explanation and handling of my query to begin with. I totally felt lack of professionally in the matter in which it was handle by this individual. Zero stars from me and would not recommend this location.
