I have been taking lessons with James Stewart for the past few years. What an amazing experience. I have taken my handicap from 18 to 12 this year. James is the best of the best, knowledgeable with an amazingly energetic demeanor. His love of the game and his genuine desire to help me improve keeps me coming back again and again. Thanks for everything James!
Managers have disgusting attitudes. Some of the workers are nice but poor management skills. Unkind unwelcoming impatient. Fitting room attendant was kind but the people at the cashier are nasty too with some exceptions. That tall pale guy has a Terrible and disgusting attitude at times. Do better .

I’m late in posting this review, however I want to recognize Izely for the patience and extraordinary customer service that she provided to me. I visited the store during the private sale in May and was unsure of what to buy as a birthday gift. Izely spared no effort as well as many trips to the stockroom to help me choose a gift. The gift was a hit and so was my shopping experience thanks to Izely.

Confused and annoyed by my Journeys visit. Initially I was positively taken aback by their shoe selection, as they had a much wider selection and variety than Champs nearby. I always thought of Journeys as a place where the middle America crowd came to revel in the new model Skechers drops. I was pleasantly surprised. This was the most favorable part.

The part that was slightly annoying was that they seemed to have too many sales associates, who were somehow doing too much and not enough. Too many of them asking me if I had been served - indicating a lack of communication across the team and too many people on the floor not serving anyone. Too many associates standing around doing nothing and chit chatting. So many associates, yet no one saw water on the store floor in front of the sneaker displays where customers were walking.

Now, I was really excited about the selection and sales, so I was happy to make a few purchases. However, the sales associate that served me was disappointing. What’s crazy is that I tried my best to stick with her even though her other colleagues kept asking if I was being helped. Here’s where I got a bit annoyed - I asked if they had these Kurt Geiger sandals in a certain size. She said no, and her manager had to tell her to check the system. Cool, I’d give her that… maybe she was new. I then went to ask her if another shoe was available - she looked and said it wasn’t. I suggested she look online to see if it could be ordered - it was available. I gave her the benefit of the doubt that she was new and gave her the advice to always check availability online/outside the store.

But, what pissed me CLEAN OFF is that I just got home and unpacked my bag to see that she put the WRONG SHOES in the bag. The pair of shoes I said I DID NOT WANT was what she rang up. Now, I have to go all the way back to return the sneakers. C’mon bruh. The other mistakes were cool, but this would be the reasons why I shop at Champs or Foot Locker for the customer service experience.

As a first time visitor, this visit has left a bad taste in my mouth and I hope things are better when I return my shoes.

I think most residents of Brooklyn (NYC on the whole?) will agree that customer service is a thing of the past, particularly at shops in the Fulton Mall or Atlantic Terminal. Getting someone to look up from their phone to assist you with kindness, or god forbid, smile and say hello, it just ain't happening anymore. Which is why I had to write about my experience(s) at this Champs store. Because it was exactly the opposite of what has become the norm in Brooklyn. Everyone said "Hello" when I walked in. They were practically climbing over one another to help me. And I don't think it was because of commision-based sales. It was sincere. A truly refreshing experience. (Went back a month later and the experience was the same, btw) Kudos to them and their management. They restored my faith in downtown Brooklyn. Well, at least until I walked into the next place...

I took golf lessons with Jimmy Stewart at the PGA Superstore in Paramus. He was the most patient, focused instructor. I hear his voice and lessons in my head each and every time I swing a club. His guidance and advice has not only helped my game but has allowed me to love and understand the game on a whole different level. I highly recommend his instruction to anyone at any level.
This store is HORRIBLE! Save yourself the trouble. Employees will tell you one thing about policies then when you ACT on THEIR statements you find out it was all a lie and THEY were misinformed and YOU suffer the consequences. 1 store manager yelled at me and the other store manager allowed a lady to skip the line that I already had a exchange going on in motion already (I had to walk off the line to get the product from the rack because store employees are oblivious to walkie talkie communications). They need to do a re train on employees (too much on the phone and talking to random people about life) and on managers (no type of leadership experience it's so easy to tell). It's just sad, I always held Banana Republic to a higher standard but after this experience it's just another ghetto old navy with better looking stylish clothes.( clothes are beyond great amazingly)

Previously I have had great experiences at the PGA store. Unfortunately, my last experience was terrible. I went in on a Saturday afternoon for a driver fitting. I was quickly placed in a hitting bay and was paired with a club fitter. After asking what I was interested in my club fitter disappeared for 5 minutes for me to warm up. He then returned with one of the clubs I wanted to try and then disappeared again for another 5 minutes. Once he returned I asked a few questions about the club and asked if we could make any changes. He said take a few more swings and disappeared for a final time. After an additional 10 minutes of taking swings alone in the bay I looked up to see him helping another customer in the middle of the store and decided to leave. I was hoping to leave with a new driver but instead left with disappointment.

This store has golfers of every type covered, whether you want the newest clubs, tech and fanciest brand clothes or you are looking for discounted clubs and the reasonably priced, quality store brand clothes.

Their fittings can make sure you have the clubs that will work best for your game and their great teaching pros can fine tune your game to get the best out of your abilities. I always leave working with James Stewart feeling confident that I'm getting closer to unlocking the player I know I can be become.

You can't go wrong going to the PGA store if you are someone who likes golf, no matter your budget or skill level.

I am a beginner senior golfer and have been taking lessons with Jim Stewart. I highly recommend taking lessons with Jim. His passion for teaching, combined with his patience and love of the game, has made this an incredibly enjoyable experience.

He has provided terrific advice on how to improve my swing and has regularly worked with me on techniques to hit the ball square. The videos he takes are wonderful tools that show me what I am doing as opposed to what I think I am doing.

Jim spends some lessons focusing on swing techniques by having me repeatedly hit various clubs from the fairway or off the tee. He spends other lessons having me play a golf course where we discuss club selection and course strategy. He even has me hit the same approach shot with different clubs so that I better understand how the golf ball will react to each club.

All in all, I couldn’t be happier with the lessons I have been taking with Jim!

Was shopping in this store and the employees were talking about Jews and Israel. The main employee at the register was wearing a Palestinian flag on his outfit. Made me feel really uncomfortable. Never shopping this location again.

Customer service is a JOKE

Please don’t make the same mistake as me.

AVOID BUYING IN STORE

The size of shoe my son wanted was out of stock so an associate offered to put in an order online and informed me I would be receiving a call to pick up.

Was told it would take 4-7 business days.

Only notification I received from Journeys was an email receipt. Never received tracking info as informed I’d get.

I waited 8 days before I decided to call customer service.

Customer service informed me my order was canceled 2 days after it was placed due to OUT OF STOCK.

I NEVER received any emails about this. I was instructed it could be in my spam folder. It wasn’t… I was then told it would take 7-10 ADDITIONAL days to get a paper check in the mail…. That I have to take to the bank to cash…. A refund back to my original payment option was NOT an option

This is ridiculous.
Perfect store for golf maniac. You can buy just about everything about golf in this store. The staffs are friendly too whenever you want to try demo club or ask about club stocks. Recommended for every golfers

Amazing company. The best guarantee in the market, and I’ve looked at many other competitors guarantees. I know everything at Patagonia is pricey, but when you evaluate the amount that you’re paying versus the longevity of the product, as well as the overall vision and mission of the company, I think that it’s overall worth it.

The store itself is really nicely laid out and there’s little bit of history on the space from before Patagonia moved in in 1988.

Extremely satisfied with the customer service here. Associates have been helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I went in to drop off my coat which had a zipper which had gone bad. I was told over the phone they would need to send it to get fixed which would take 8 to 10 weeks but when I went in they swapped the coat out for a new one. I was asked if I had an extra jacket, I said yes but not one I liked much. So thankful to have a new jacket for the rest of the season.

Absolutely fantastic experience as a first-time customer at this location! Associates were friendly, knowledgeable, and helped with my return. I was able to find 2 jackets for the return value of my original coat. Would definitely recommend this location to others and will stop back again next time I am on Newbury.
Didn’t find what we were looking for, but they had real nice jewelry section. They had a collaboration between the Dallas cowboys franchise and BaubleBar, so yes they were definitely cute. Didn’t find the sizes we were looking for though, so no purchase was made.

Great assortment on this branch. The staff members are friendly and make great recommendations. One time, I was looking for an out of season jacket, and they had it shipped all the way from Texas, free of charge!

While I don't regularly visit Patagonia stores (I shop online), this store is fabulous, well-lit, all the products displayed in such a way to see everything and easily find your size. In particular, Andrew was unbelievably helpful, very kind, resolved my situation without any difficulties - he is an asset to the company. I'll continue to visit this store regularly. Also, great sales.
Strangely strict manager clearly doesn’t want business. So what do you do when it’s been a long day and your partner + family is shopping in the store. Well you go find yourself a nice seat and wait for them to finish. Clearly the manager of this store doesn’t understand that. I was told to remove myself from the seat with no explanation other than the manager doesn’t like it. Looking at their other reviews this seems to be a repeated pattern. Customer service clearly isn’t their forte. It seems all they want is to take your money and go away. Don’t come here if you want to take it easy. Unless you’ve got military discipline you’ll get kicked out for sitting. I must say it was the door lady that told us the manager doesn’t want us there so who knows what’s going on. I guess it’s to be expected from a factory store. Part of me feels like I got profiled for looking hobo poor but can you blame a guy for trying to be comfortable in shorts and shirt on a warm summers day, I swear I left my $20k Birken bag at home 🤣? I think they are trying too hard to be a luxury brand store but selling $20 outlet pants...🤦‍♂️

Ridiculous experience. Lazy employees stand around talking to each other, ignoring customers. I was finally able to ask one of them to bring me two shoes in my son's size. She disappeared and never came back. After 12 minutes of waiting, we gave up and left the store. On our way out, I saw her doing her usual: standing around talking with the other employees.

I visited this store while I was in vacation in New York, bought a pair of Converse and left. I just opened the box now that I’m back to my country, and what a surprise to discover that they sold me two left shoes. I should have checked before but I didn’t, because I thought that I could trust the young lady that was so nice.
Now, I just got off the phone with a lady who’s answer is « I’m so sorry about that » while I was explaining my issue that is : they sold me two left shoes (by the way, one is dirty as it is the display model). I can’t change them because I’m back to France. I suggested sending them back one shoe at my expense, so they can send me the right pair in France, but unfortunately they don't do international shipping. I guess a new pair of shoes is gonna be thrown away…

The very finest Dallas Cowboys Fanatics Gear available but at a cost. You can definitely find cheaper alternatives for your needs such as the local chain stores but I’m not sure if the quality will be the same. My suggestion would be to visit, see what you like and if it’s in your wheelhouse then go for it, but if not then I would look at places such as Amazon or Walmart. They do have those ridiculously cheap looking Big gold team logo chains. Lol

i used to shop here on a regular a couple of years back when it was organized, neat, and feature a wide nice selection of fashion.

i went in there the other day and had to ask them were they going out of business because the racks and shelves were so messy and fearured very few items. Clothing were thrown everywhere! I was completely turned off and besides that. No one could shop in those conditions. I have standards.

I turned around and walk right back out the store. I really couldn't believe it.

No other department store looks like that at all!

Went to this location yesterday with my daughter and fiance. We met a sales associate named Destiny.. she was so nice and helpful we came into buy our 1 year old her first pair of shoes unfortunately they are to big and so today I came to exchange her size but the store seems to have water damage so its closed until it gets fixed obviously. Hopefully it will be taken care of soon and I'll be able to come make the exchange I need. Thanks again Destiny.

Lacoste has become one of my favorite stores to shop at. Izely is the reason why I enjoy shopping at this specific location. She is so helpful, amiable, attentive and has a positive attitude. One thing I can very much say is that Cameron is one of the rudest Managers I have ever seen . He tried to sell me defective shoes that were at least worn multiple times. I asked him what can we do and just just gave me a disgusting stare and not willing to help. Won’t return to this location.

Great store, great merchandise, good customer service. But the workers are a bunch of children. Then someone ask what shoe you are asking for, you let them know the size you are asking for, then you let them know you are satisfied for what you are buying. I bought the shoes I wanted and got the crepe spray to go with the shoes and I even paid for everything in cash. I get home to wear the shoes and I see only one shoe in the box, the girl should have the sense to go get the other shoe and put it in the box and I had to go back to the store and let them know I want the other shoe because I paid my money for everything I wanted. This was the second time this store did me wrong. The first time, I got my daughter some shoes I even told them the size I wanted for her and I get home the shoes are not even her size. My mom even asked for some shoes she really wanted in her size the girl tells her the shoes don’t come in a half size and guess what it actually does online. I think buying shoes online is better than going in the store, especially this store. I’m not getting anything else from this store anymore I rather go all the way to the queens center mall location they will get me what I am asking for and not playing around. They should be glad I gave them 3 stars because at least they are trying to do their job when they are looking for the shoes you want, but when it comes to getting the shoes you really want to take home they don’t have any sense. NO MORE!

We shopped on Sunday morning 12/6/20 Love that the staff are wearing gloves and masks. They are taking every precaution they can to make us feel safe during our shopping. They clean repeatedly after every customer. They limit how many customers are in the store at a time. Great employees especially Chad who helped us with our shoe purchases. He was soooooo very friendly, patient and helpful! He was absolutely the best! I'm going back to pick up some shoes for my older sons and I'm hoping Chad will be there to assist us. Thank you Chad for excellent customer service and thank you New Balance for hiring Chad, give him a raise!

By far the best Dallas Cowboys pro shop in Texas, great selection of gear and plenty of hidden gems. To top it all off the staff is friendly and helpful, Brandon especially did an excellent job of going above and beyond in helping me with a Christmas gift for a loved one!
Really sweet girl working on 12.23.2021 around noon. She was very helpful and friendly and made my holiday shopping a lot easier.
I was in town for a real estate convention and as a Dallas Cowboys fan, I decided to stop in to buy a few goodies before heading back home. I was impressed with their selection and they had such a wide variety. They have new merchandise/styles too which was great. Bought a few shirts that will be worn on the sidelines and a few other items for home. Overall it was a great experience and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Brought my son in there to get him a couple pair of shoes for school. It was Saturday morning and not very crowded all the employees were hanging out by the cash register and we had to go ask for someone to help. She wasn’t friendly from the start went back got the shoes that we were getting it took them back to the register and never came back to help us make a second selection. We ended up going to another store and purchase two more pair of shoes because either she was having a bad day or should probably find another place to work if she was that unhappy . I know some customers can be rude but in this case I can assure you it wasn’t we were nothing but nice and polite and just wish we would’ve been treated the same.

Incredible store with super kind staff! I inquired about a hat and they looked all over the store and we're eventually able to find it at the bottom of a bin!

It's expensive but quality stuff with a laid back atmosphere. I'd definitely return!

The best service we ever had in a shoe store. From the moment you walk in, there is a greeter sho welcomes you. Every staff member acknowledged us and greeted us.
Our sales person was so thoughtful and very relaxed. “Don’t worry, we just get you all you need and we will find the one that fits”

Bought a pair of Air Max, and wore them home. As I was putting them in the box after making it home. I noticed that the soul on one shoe was not completely sealed. I tried to return them the following day, and they wouldn't give me a refund. I had to exchange, or get something equal or higher in value. It's not what I wanted, but had to accept.

Manager is the rudest person I have ever met. Young kid working rude and acts like the customers don’t matter unless it’s for an expensive shoe... I will definitely not recommend going to the store in Bloomington that manager doesn’t care about the store or the customers she just cares about a paycheck
Although employees are helpful and friendly, they’re also very pushy. They act like used car salesmen. All standing around waiting for you to wander in so they can pounce to make a sale. It’s overwhelming when you’re just trying to browse. Even though I had repeatedly said I didn’t need any additional help they kept asking me every single minute for the entire time I was in the store. The harassment didn’t even stop during checkout. I think I’ll stick to online next time.

Rude guy at register! A jacket didnt have tag so I asked the lady what he price was. She told me it was for 50 bucks and then also the 50% off. The guy put in some code and then told me it was 60 bucks. I told him it needed 50% off and while he was laughing he told me it already had it... Just super rude people there! Worst experience at that store!

I am not a cowboys fan at all... But gotta give it to the store! It's well stocked, clean and very lively.

The only downside is the pricing... It's a little too high considering they're just branding it with a star and the color blue...

I was surprised at how nice the staff was here at the Lacoste in GSP. They did not rush me at all and provided me with all the articles I wanted to try on. The reason why I give it 4 stars is because I believe $89.00 is a little too much for the signature Lacoste shirt. Otherwise staff was great and the place is nice.

The guy sales associate is not to helpful. He was the one in the register but on his phone smiling while texting but when the costumer will ask him something he will literally give u an attitude for bothering him on the phone. Gzzz wait for your shop to be done before talking on the phone if it's not important or specially if it's just your girl. Shame
The place was extremely busy with the playoff game happening that evening but the service we received from one of the gentleman who appeared to be a manager was FANTASTIC!!!!! There was a little hiccup with the cashier during the checkout process but he stepped right in and handled the situation very professionally and even came back to make sure that everything went smoothly. I totally appreciate his genuine concern and his enthusiasm for his job was appreciated!!!

The young man at the counter was great!! He exchanged a pair of Nike 270's I had ordered online that we're too big but didn't want to exchange by mail.(so I checked online and saw the last pair was at Fulton St Brooklyn location. So I had called earlier and asked them to hold the correct size for me.).I came in and i tell him I spoke with someone and they we're gonna hold the right size for me. He looks around and they weren't behind the register! But even better he leaves and comes back (box in hand) and says they were in the office(sweet)..so happy they took the time to put them aside like they said they would. The entire time providing Awesome/excellent customer service while doing the exchange! Hassle-free..he even kept the extra box I came In there with.. worth the trip(came from BX to Bk) things we do for kids :)

One of my most favorite brand to wear. Been shopping this brand Gap/Banana Republic for over 25 years now. The quality, styles and fashion is very good. It's top quality and I would like for it to continue on the road path they are on. Most of my clothing/items I have purchased in the past have lasted for a very long time. I have a lot of different styles for everyday season wear but my favorite are summer and winter wear. I like casual wear and dress/suits. Summer clothing with the short, short sleeve shirt and Polo. This brand name company is highly recommend place to find what your looking for anytime of the season. I shop this brand in a few places, have even shopped over seas and have always had a good experiences with the quality.

If I walk into a store and tell the sales clerk I just want to look around, I just want to look around. Usually my ugly, mean mug gets left alone. Yet, each time I have gone into CHAMPS in the mall, just wanting to look around (& most likely price match), I told them I was just looking, and found myself getting into a pleasant conversation about nothing in particular and walk out after buying SOMETHING. I believe the gentleman I spoke to on my last visit was the Manager, and he was a great guy. A customer service pro, and dealing with his staff on more than a couple of occasions, he is training them well. I hope the store is doing well & his regional manager appreciates the work they all do. (I am NOT a friend/relative of anyone at the store). Just a former retail manager and would have definitely told my Regional Manager about recruiting this guy & staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I've made a few purchases from the store, have had them order in stock that wasn't present, and dealt with an exchange here as well, all of those experiences have been pleasant and easy.

Interesting options that you can't find elsewhere. Not much in unusual sizes. Despite the high prices, they occasionally do have that must have pair of shoes.

I am amazed at how many bad reviews there are online (involving a broad number of websites) for Finish Line. Folks, if you've had a bad experience with this company, maybe it's time to reach out to the people in charge at this company, because customer service obviously doesn't care.

You can reach any Finish Line executive by using the following email protocol:

Use the first initial of their first name and put that in front of their full last name and the domain is at finishline with a dot com after that.

Make sure your complaint gets the attention it deserves by putting your concern directly in front of the people who run this company. You can easily google the executives of this company too...
