My time in Coalition Space has been nothing short of AMAZING! Dianne is truly an angel. She is so thoughtful and detail oriented. Truly cares about the tenants & their needs. Not only is she a gem with the tenants, she's always so nice with my clients coming in. Always goes above & beyond. Another notably mention is Tom, always roaming the halls making sure everything and everyone is okay. He is always a call away when needed. The coalition team is truly impeccable. I look forward to our continued growth together !

I have been at Coalition Space for almost a year and this place is amazing. Tom and Dianne have been incredibly helpful since day one. The place is always clean, making it a pleasant environment to work in. I highly recommend Coalition Space for anyone in need of professional workspace.
Apparently you need to book a tour or notify them ahead to drop in to work.
Came in on a regular Friday afternoon, Saw a sign saying staff will be back momentarily, waited 10min, called the number on the site. Told to wait for call back; waited another 20min, called again. Saying no one will be able to assist me, so i decided to leave, upon leaving, cleaning staff hand me a phone, the front desk staff that’s supposed to be here told me she left already….
Left very confused and waited for 30 min, a total waste of time.
Also photo of the space is not correct on google map, they have more realistic photos of the space on the site.

I have been with a previous shared office suite. The team of Dianne and Tom have made me appreciate the fact that I did not move anywhere else. They are engaging and attentive to the tenants needs. When a suggestion is given, it is heard. If you are looking for not just rented space, come here to call your office space...like home. Your business will florish because they care.

I reached out to prime Manhattan realty to express my interest in joining their company after completing my real estate course. I had a conversation with Jonathan, who displayed rudeness by quickly dismissing me and mentioning his ongoing call. It is worth noting that professionalism should not be compromised, especially by someone in a higher position within the company. Working for a company that mistreats others is not something I would desire.
The Community Manager Ms. D is the best she’s so helpful and kind. One of the nicest people I ever met. She helped me with my business and was very professional. I highly recommend that the day pass with her. She’s awesome.

The hardest part was finding parking for cheap (metered streets and lots).

I always have a great time seeing the art and talking to the artists. I just wish they had openings and events more often. The Alley and Buckets of Blood is very close to so you can make a night of it.
Clean, bright, building housing multiple businesses. Security guard in the lobby to direct you. Building gets 5 stars. The 2 is for the business I went to there...
I went for fingerprinting at identogo. They have an appointment scheduler on-line. I was forced to go to White Plains after they closed the Mt. Kisco office.
I scheduled for 130pm and arrived 10 minutes early. I was immediately told I would need to wait until after 2pm since the staff had to take his lunch break as another staff member announced she was taking hers.
When I asked about the purpose of making an appointment and reported the fact I had arranged my own work schedule around the appointment, the staff member said there was nothing he could do about it.
Poor practice in a service field to fail to schedule properly to accomodate your customers in my opinion. Especially knowing people were forced to reschedule due to another location's closure.
Glad I will not need to return.

I rented office space from them at 10 Grand Central and renewed for another year in July 2020 despite the fact that no one was going into the city. That year was paid for in full. When we decided not to renew because we were moving, they stiffed us on our deposit and would not answer communications from our firm and lawyer. It is not enough money to warrant a lawsuit, which they know, so they appear to plan on keeping it.
Heck of a selection of craft beers. One of the better brewery with multiple beers. The food is phenomenal. Great service too. Missing Falls Brewery at Canal Place
Mark at Prime Manhattan really helped to make a successful deal. He found me a property that I would not have found online. He showed great patience and attention to detail. I am looking forward to future transactions with Prime Manhattan.

The persons working there are awesome, they always cater to your needs. Every morning you are greeted by the smile of the staff who welcomes you at the lobby. The location is very quiet, and tenants are very kind. Any issue...it has been fixed immediately.

R Shea Brewing, this was our first time here and it did not disappoint. A beer and food was fantastic. Bought a super cool hat and a six pack to go. I'll definitely be returning time and time again

I've rented a studio here for several months now and could not be happier. The building is quiet and well-located with a bunch of options for spaces to rent. Mark and Victor are great to work with and have made the whole studio rental process easy and straightforward. Highly recommend this spot!
Canal Place is really cool! Awesome! I got to drive the Batmobile from Tim Burton's Batman! And then we built a simple generator and shocked little animals! (They didn't mind; it was an experiment to see if Edison or Tesla used the more deadly current.) After that, I got to ride in a police car! It was the best time I've had since my last incarceration!
Ok, I went to Crafty Mart. I got to see the ukelele club performing Christmas carols. That was lots of fun! They're pretty good and the lighting effects were sweet!
I had another, totally new (to me) overpriced coffee that was $@#€¢£ phenomenal! So much so that my wife liked it! Oh, and the honey! Akron Honey is the best. I haven't been able to get honeycomb straight from the hive since me ol' pap-pap passed in '77. It truly brought a year to my eye. 😢 So, a bittersweet experience that I have to just rate as the best. At least, for now...

We rented an office space at this location when we were in town for an independent film. The owner, Mark, and his staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The offices are mostly occupied by artist, so they prefer to keep a very low volume level. The building has secure 24/7 access, there is ample street parking, and even a parking lot attached should you need to rent additional parking. The offices and parking are affordable, clean and in a safe up & coming neighborhood. Lots of restaurants are walking distance as well as the blue line, and close to the freeway of self driving. I can’t recommend this place enough! Should you need short term office rental or creative space, consider this place! They also have recording studios in an attached property.

Beautiful Class A building. The offices are breathtaking. I really love this location! It's close to West Covina mall and many, many restaurants. Not to mention after a long week, I can enjoy a movie right across the lot with family. Thank you for the professionalism and services you offer. I highly recommend this office space agency!

In my opinion, this is an unbelievably unprofessional, bait-and-switch company with rude agents and misleading listings. Mr. Carroll,

- Today, when I was emailed by the online broker handling communications, it came with a reply from James, telling me to GO TO QUEENS. Unprofessional.

For anyone that is considering taking your passion to the next step, this is the perfect spot for you. I had been working in offices for the past 4 years and needed a creative outlet. I started renting a studio at Art Colony and could not be more grateful for what this space did for my imagination, confidence and portfolio. Mark the owner is super responsive and the community of artists are really kind. The only thing to take note of is that this is a quiet building so if you're planning on building, it may be best to do it at home and bring it in after. Otherwise, really enjoyed my time here!

another BS virtual office company that tries to DECEIVE you about their prices. STAY AWAY!!!! I REPEAT, STAY AWAYYY!! There are so many other companies in the area that provide VOs at way cheaper, UP FRONT PRICES. don't waste your time with these guys
I thought I could find a mid-size office on my own, but after seeing so many really terrible office spaces, I decided to give Prime Manhattan Realty a try. Wow, was it worth it. I'm now writing this from my 18th floor suite in Midtown, which we identified in less than a week.
