My business office is at the POS Silver Spring location. Asalya is great at managing the location and treats us very well.
1. I have known Chiko and his team for several years, and they truly stand out as the best in their field. We also rent office space from Silver Location, which has significantly contributed to our company's growth. The office space is a vital aspect of our business model.

It’s an old stinky building but it’s got a vibe.
Having been a member of WorkSmart for the past two months, it has been a delightful experience. Located in the heart of Glens Falls city center, it's conveniently situated near local shops and serene green spaces, making it ideal for work and leisure. The interior boasts spacious open areas with standing desks, meetings rooms, shared tables, and private phone booths—perfect for collaborative projects and personal tasks.
The additional perks of delicious coffee and various snacks energize me throughout the day. The big windows allow beautiful natural lighting to touch every corner of the building. I especially appreciate the thoughtful inclusion of a spot to park my bike and a dedicated parking lot for those days I decide to drive.
However, the authentic charm of WorkSmart lies in its community. The members are not only professional but also incredibly warm and welcoming. I've had the privilege to meet some truly remarkable individuals here. The comfortable environment, crafted meticulously by Cristy, makes me feel like a valued member and part of a winning team. Highly recommend!

I was there at Choice Pain Management. The building is always neat, elevators working. The facility itself ran professionally. I have no complaints.
So I have a tuff time giving this a rating as it could be awesome because the building is cool and something great could be done with it. However it's mostly vacant and really uninviting.
After a couple years of remote/hybrid work, I knew I needed to either upgrade my office space or move!! I chose the former and am so glad I did. This community has been so warm and welcoming, providing me a little sanctuary of calm when I needed space to do focused work. Many thanks, Christy (and everyone in the WorkSmart community) for being so fantastic this past year.
This PNC branch always have friendly staff that are helpful, attentive and make it easy to conduct your banking transactions. It is clean, quiet and relaxing for a bank. Great warmth/energy.
We utilized the Boardroom for a workshop geared to developing communication skills for small business and nonprofit leaders which lead to welcoming spaces of belonging for diverse staff and clients. As such, it was critically important that we utilized a space that demonstrated those values, and WorkSmart more than fit the bill. We especially appreciated the personalized outreach to ensure the space met our needs and that we were aware of the array of services available, along with an invitation to tour the space and chat more about our shared values in developing welcoming spaces across our region. We can't wait to come back!

I was here for Pole For Justice and had an absolute blast! The team were all absolutely killing it and even when the event went over the staff were professional and courteous. The cocktails are fabulous and strong, and the food looked amazing so I'll definitely have to try some next time I'm there. The margaritas were stellar!
I’ve had my band at this location for six years… Super safe, climate control. It would recommend.
Good reception and excellent customer service
I am a photographer and social media content creator so I don’t have typical 9-5 hours. But I really wanted an “office” space to pop into in between sessions and meetings where I could connect, collaborate and get uninterrupted work done. WorkSmart was the perfect solution to balance my work/life schedule. It’s in the perfect spot downtown and the members are so friendly. My first day people came up to me and introduced themselves and also offered their connections when I would chat about my business goals. Don’t be intimidated if you don’t have set hours of work. I usually pop in for a couple of hours at a time to crank out editing photos or sending emails. It’s like renting an office without being stuck in the office all day because it feels like a little family.
Cannot take scooter and bike or any they think "big-enough-thing" inside of building, even in your own office. They have a so call "bike room" in the basement and cost extra 5-10min to park which they claim that don't responsible for theft.
WorkSmart is great! I've very much enjoyed coming to WorkSmart and will plan to return in the future. It was so helpful for me to be out of the house a number of days and have a comfortable space to work at, at WorkSmart. In addition to just a great workspace - folks there are welcoming and kind, plus the location is centrally located to a variety of coffee shops and eateries. Getting some steps in during a quick coffee run or lunch outing was a nice perk!
I work in NYC, but was in Lake George for a long weekend. I dropped in for a day at the WorkSmart Glenn Falls, NY location. It was perfect. WorkSmart can support any business needs you may have. Glenn Falls is a beautiful town. The connectivity was excellent. The business owner was super helpful. The building was spotless. Even the other professional people in the location were very kind. Highly recommend, and I will be back.

This Brewery used to house the Bay View Brewery which was established in 1883 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2013. Cool Building!! Check it out!

WorkSmart has been a huge benefit for my business. Having the ability to meet with clients in an office location as needed has worked out well. The renovations they have done to the building are quite impressive. Everything is very clean and the staff has been great to work with. Whether you are meeting with clients, or need a remote location to work, WorkSmart has you covered in Glens Falls!
I go here for my pain management I was told I have the right to go back to the doctor or N.P I choose to see I don't find it fair for any doctor to keep any patient for choosing who they want to see .

Very unprofessional very rude they asked me 2 different prices for one jacket I went on Friday and they told me to come back on Monday because they were restocking They never put out new items and I drove the whole way from New Jersey i’ve been coming her over six years and I’ve never had a washer experience in my life they were so rude really nasty I wouldn’t recommend any want to go they were selling Hugo boss shoes and they were the same price in Bloomingdale’s it is supposed to be a sample sale and they keep asking you for tips and really rude about it their prices are the same as Bloomingdale’s or any Play brand stores there’s nothing in the difference it’s supposed to be at sample sale

The bank of America bank, has a great staff here! They're quick and thorough and make sure the customers understand their money. As an international student this is helped me to know and understand the financial aspects. They're led by a dynamic group of women, and I was super impressed and inspired to watch them go about their work! Its always my favorite part of visiting the bank. Thank you, BofA! :D
Very secure music jam rooms on the lower levels called groove universe, kind of pricey unless the whole band pitches in...decent internet. Apartments that allow pets and... artists lol. Groove city grind coffee replaced Tully's. Downside a little noisy from the freeway and smelly from the homeless...

Went to this place for a networking event. Nice venue. Easy access. If you may need to carpool to get a spot if it's a larger event. I had to park across the street, down the block a little ways.
Building is clean and modern. They are renovating floor by floor and it is nice.
This location is where my union is located. Typical of all buildings in the Wall Street area, ID is required for entry here.
Looks like an awesome place to rent some space at. A friend of mine has rented space there and will say it is very spacious high ceilings minimal walls and plenty of space for you to design however you see fit.

I am a business professional with over 18 years of experience. I have worked with New Hampshire Business Center and the property manager for close to five years. The facility is secure and well maintained. They will work hard to make sure your business needs are met. The property manager is intelligent, thoughtful, courteous, and responsive. I would highly recommend this office space.
Does not let resident companies set their own pet policies, impeding technology-worker recruitment and retention efforts. This is not very innovative and seems contradictory to the economic development mission of the Center.
