The store is kept clean and the staff is professional. I've been shopping there for years and I have always found the TV, laptops and devices I needed at a half decent price. My only issue is that the Roku TV's in stock are too expensive.

This store sold me an open-box TV with literally no power cable, no remote, no mounting system that’s supposed to be included after we confirmed with the pick up department that the box would contain all those items. After we spent our day lugging it back and forth from the store, the manager (I believe his name was JJ) offered no apology and told us our best option would be to buy a TV for full price. Gosh, thanks for telling me how a store works, mister.

Customer service sucked, their pickup department lied to us, and everyone was very unhelpful (except for that one dude who gave me a dolly as I carried the TV in)

I used to go there for the store brand pepto pills that you swallow not chew. Seems every time I find something affordable that actually works.... They take it away. Smh
I strongly prefer a human being at the checkout stations rather than a robotic station. For this reason alone I avoid Wal-Mart stores if I can purchase at other stores that have people at the checkout counter.

I don't have any issues with the target itself but the baristas in the starbucks need better training. Lilly is the rudest barista I have ever interacted with, as a previous corporate starbucks employee I was pretty horrified by her behavior. I simply asked if she could add water to my drink and was met with an instant hostile attitude which included her taking my drink from me and then throwing it down on the counter which made a large tea mess that she then had to wipe up. I then asked if I could have some sugar and she proceeded to tell me no. I was so uncomfortable with my experience here that I left Target and will likely not come back to this starbucks.

Every gaming console I've purchased has always been from GameStop. So when i wanted to upgrade from my Xbox 1 gamestop was naturally my go to. Come in ask the purchase the pre owned console and ask one of the workers on his suggestion of headset. The saving grace of this entire experience is he actually helped me find a better headset for a cheaper price then what I was already planning to buy. Says he's cleaning off the Xbox before I purchase it and making sure it's good to go. Leave the store very happy and excited for my new purchase. When I get home and take the console out of the box it had clearly been dropped multiple times (dents and whole chunk of plastic missing) and has I am moving it to get it plugged in to my tv you can literally hear a chunk of plastic bouncing around inside the case. Turn on the Xbox AND IT ISNT EVEN RESET! They didn't even turn the Xbox on when they bought it! How's this supposed to be certified pre-owned? This was quite literally untouched and just passed off to the first unsuspecting buyer that came along. Called the store and was told if I wanted to take the 1 hour drive back to the store he would be happy to reset it for me. After wasting all this time & money to get beat up console I really just want my money back. This is my last gamestop purchase I can assure you that.

This location is decent . It’s hard to have associates available to help. And when they do help it seem like they don’t want to be there. I do notice that there is more security than associates on the floor. Kind of feel like you in a .99cent store and the owner is watching what you doing. I like coming to a Best Buy to try out items before buying . A lot of the item are missing , the associates don’t know nothing about it so regular customer like me spend more time trying to figure out the difference. It be nice to meet someone that like tech and is well versed in it .

Great staff at register, customary products and prices, and above par Walmart experience. The single person scamming every receipt without looking at products whatsoever, was a disappointment. I understand the need for security but to have somebody holding people up before they leave and not understanding the reason for their position is absolutely unacceptable and probably a lawsuit waiting to happen.
Stopped here for the night when we saw they allow RVs to stay in their parking lot. We also bought up on supplies for the trip and honestly this is one of the nicer Walmarts I’ve been in. Clean, well stocked, nice and open. We’ll be stopping here again for sure!

After we returned an item 2 days late for full refund call back, the store made us take a site credit for the full refund. Sometime after that Best buy took a restricting fee of $45. That was more than 25% of the cost. We only found out about it when we went to buy something else and we were short the $45. Very sleezy! No notice at the return and no notice by email. I remember Circuit City was bad. Looks like Best buy is competing for top sleepiness title. I won't buy anything there anymore.

My old spare computer (i3) was running very slow. Not my main computer. Use it for travel and reading PDF's. I thought about buying another one and donating my old one. I learned about "Once Again Tech' and thought to give them a shot. I spoke with the staff and found out I could speed up my computer for only 100 USD. The computer is now running as good as new. I strongly recommend "Once Again Tech" for any computer post warranty repairs. Very satisfied.

Shelves need attention to detail as far as stocking them go and clothing departments are a mess with unfolded piles of clothes. Maybe lack of employees or just laziness.

I just really wish this Target was a bigger store. The shoe department is really small. They do have a Starbucks that takes up a lot of room, considering there is a Starbucks less than a 1/ 4 mile away. The store is usually very clean as well as the restrooms. I also wish they had a larger space for the seasonal section. It also seems redundant having a grocery area when Winco is in the same mall area

I am writing this review because I have recently had one of the most disappointing retail experiences and I wanted to share so that others can avoid the same headache and loss of money.

I live in Brooklyn. I ordered a printer from Best Buy and it was delivered by a courier called Roadie. I wasn't home at the time of delivery; when I got the photo confirmation that the printer was delivered to the sidewalk outside of my apartment building, I knew there was no way it would be there when I returned home. Sure enough, when I got home, the printer was gone. I contacted Roadie who gave me the runaround and told me to contact Best Buy. I contacted Best Buy who gave me the runaround and told me to file a police report with the NYPD. The NYPD has way better things to do than track down a printer that was basically fair game. I hesitate to even call it theft - the printer's packaging identified what was inside and it was left in a completely public place.

Because of Roadie's incompetence and complete lack of common sense (delivering a package to the sidewalk? In New York City? Come on now.) I am now out $80 and a printer with no plans to reimburse me or send a replacement. Both Best Buy and Roadie have utterly failed to take responsibility for this loss of product and I will never purchase technology from Best Buy again.

Be warned: if Roadie is in charge of your delivery, you may never receive your purchase, and if Best Buy is the retailer, you will have absolutely no recourse when your purchase goes missing.

Manager was extremely rude after opening the store late. Then proceeded to tell me they did not have a new Pokémon TCG product in the back and sold it to a lady who went into the store behind me and would not sell me one when I went back in. I talked to the lady who bought the product and she confirmed she had not preorderd it. I've never be treated so rudly at a gamestop in my life. Please take corrective action.

My experience at the Best Buy in the Fashion Center was phenomenal... The one at the Bergen Mall, not so much. I had to pick up my new phone at the Rte 4 store, and the data transfer took over 3 hours for what ultimately was a 10 minute task. To make a long story short. The first two salesman didn't know what they were doing and they were distracted by other things. Finally, 10 minutes before the store closed, a third guy came over and did the transfer in 10 minutes. Bottom line, just because they wear a headset doesn't guarantee they know what they are doing or are focused on getting it done.

This is my second time this month looking for some protection for my phone 13 pro no cases not screen protectors. When I called got someone in India huge turn off so far just wasted 40 minutes of my time. Customer service in that department sucks maybe because they being over worked. Always crowded with rude customers and staff going through the motions. If you enjoy being bumped by carts, people in the way, and staff that actively hates you... then this is your place! One of the worst Walmarts I have been too. Avoid like the plague on Sundays, because apparently God doesn't want you to buy clothes (unless they are in the clearance bin up front). (Bergen County law... stupid. You can buy liquor and weed, just not silverware or clothing). I go because I absolutely have no other choice. 2 stars because the lighting is adequate. Oh, and everything over $2 is locked up, and good luck finding the mystery key master. If you can get staff off of their phones long enough, they'll act like you just insulted them by asking for help getting any of the various locked up items. Miserable shopping experience - more miserable than most New Jersey Walmarts. At least you get to see sweatpants and flip flop wearing morons who can't grasp the idea that other people exist.

I Would Leave 0 stars if possible. I went here to pick up a couple of items and the only section that was open was the produce section, but this is not what made me upset. I felt as if I was racially profiled, when I was leaving the man at the door that checks receipts kept me there for a long time trying to inspect every item to clarify if I purchased every item, this was not done to ANYONE else. I had my son so this was 10x more embarrassing. Then all my items were in my wagon, it was about 8 items so they were visible & the man asked why wasn’t my wagon on my receipt, which did not make sense since everything was closed except the produce section. I will never come back here.

I do really like this store. It's clean and there isn't a whole lot of crazy, however, I'm getting increasingly irritated at the grocery delivery service and the "substitution" that's picked. Sometimes it's a much more expensive version of the substitution and sometimes they're returns or are broken upon arrival. I hope they work on this locally.

I got a game from here with no game inside, which there was supposed to be a game inside the case when I purchased. It would not be much of a problem if I live close, but I live several hours away. And the only way for me to get a refund is by driving back to this gamestop which would take several hours to (potentially) get my money back. But with this store, I believe I won't get my money back regardless of the instructions followed.

I can always find what I'm looking for most of the time. I enjoy ordering online with in-store pickup. But the best time to shop here is either early morning or late at night. Whenever there's the least amount of people to interact with.

I bought a nintendo switch oled there. It works the wifi in the library but some reason my home wifi doesn't work 😒. I guess they want me to play outside my online games. I bought a case there too. The worker there, Arliyah, hope I spelled her name right. She was helping me and listen to my story of how at target the same white nintendo switch oled didn't work in my home. Maybe there is something wrong with my home wifi. Anyway it is a upgrade to the nintendo switch lite I was using. I tried replacing the joystick but I think I damaged the wires and connections and it wouldn't turn on. So I upgraded to the oled. Costed about $402 dollars for the case and switch oled. The best buy store is huge and had many thing inside. Saw washing machines DVD, switch games near the back and laptops in the front.

This place is by far the worse gamestop in Columbus. I spent over $300 on a used PS4 and a few games. Get home and they didn't put the controller cable in the box so I had to go back and get one, after I get it set up, I put a game in and it's too scratched to read it. I try to eject it and the eject button is broke completely off the console. They won't answer the phone when I tried to call. Their service why I was in there was horrible. Go to any other Gamestop. This one is trash

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. I had trouble with my son’s gaming computer and they fixed it after other companies couldn’t find the issue. I just wish I had taken it here first. We are long time apple people so we had no idea how to troubleshoot a PC. They worked fast and gave regular updates on their progress. Very professional and I’m so pleased with the results. If you have complex issues with higher end gaming consoles, this is the place.

I've been in there a couple of times, the young men was very pleasant.
Never open according to their hours they close at 9pm but every time I come in the gate is closed. Did they close early or are they on a lunch break? Who knows because they don’t leave a note or anything to tell people. I waited an hour and no one showed up so I went and ordered what I wanted from Amazon. No point of supporting a business that’s never open.

I definitely understand Moscow is a tiny town and doesn’t need a full-size Target but the departments that were prioritized in this small Target don’t make sense to me. There’s a massive grocery section when we have a million places to get groceries in town. There’s so much wasted opportunity to expand the shoe department, home decor (such as including their most famous products like Hearth & Hand and Studio McGee), among other much better options.

Unacceptable. I preordered a game and expected the preorder bonus just to pick up the game and the associate tell me they are out of the bonuses. The associate then says the bonuses were limited. There was no communication leading up to the release of the game from gamestop telling me that the bonus was limited. Had they done so I would have went to the midnight release. I would have preordered from another retainer for a different bonus had I known the bonus I was expecting I would not receive. This is very unacceptable from any company.
I wish a phone number was available. Not everyone can follow instructions interrupted by adds.

The team working today was OK but could of been better. I took a some games to trade in and the guy completely missed one claiming it to be a different game. However I checked the receipt and it the game wasn't on the trade in receipt. When I went back he said "I was on auto pilot." Although he took care of the situation he and his co worker didn't apologize especially after he accused my son of touching a different monitor that another guest put you tube on it prior to the start of the start of the interaction.

We got there when they opened, maybe third person in line. Because of the two people ahead of us it took about 40 minutes to be checked out. One of the sales persons here, woman with short hair, was incredibly condescending and rude. You’re internal thoughts and comments, especially without having a clue about the situation on the customer’s side, are not necessary if at all striving for a high quality customer service interaction. I’ll shop elsewhere from now on.

Amazing technology store with exceptional customer service. This local business has fair pricing with friendly and professional employees. I purchased a new MacBook from here and the owner Alex assisted me with transferring all my previous data to the new computer, and answered all my tech questions. Sometimes it's organized/stocked. Sometimes it's not. The past year there have been refrigerator maintenance, which limits product availability. The women's clothing clearance section is often disorganized and shoe section as well.

Good store and helpful employees. Would benefit from having a cashier lane in-person open beyond the self check-out, and by better monitoring of supplies / stocks. We came referred by the manager of another Target stating the product we needed in large quantities was available in the five variations we wanted and not a single item was available, so poor documentation of supplies / stocks at a time when supply chain management is critical in distribution / retail. But the quality is good and even though prices have risen, still some things have better value than elsewhere. Where products are really overpriced is electronics. Location and parking are other good assets of this small to midsize store; product selections and quality are good.

We purchased a used switch from here- nothing to let us know there was a line in the handheld but we play mostly through the tv so it wasn't a big deal then we noticed one of the controllers joysticks would stick but we were out of the 7 day guarantee so we purchased another used controller.... immediately noticed a problem with the joystick... exchanged that for another and noticed the minus button was filled with junk and wouldn't press normal... exchanged for anything with a similar problem... basically we're on our 5th or 6th "certified used" controller from this gamestop and they've all had issues that would be noticed if they were actually inspected. Staff has been less than helpful, their "customer service" isn't great and they completely lack accountability. Disappointed.

We get most of our grocery and electronics needs here. The store usually has most of what we need. Some of the additional options are automotive, shoes and clothes, greeting and gift cards, cleaning supplies, vitamins, paint and household supplies and much more. They have a well stocked pharmacy, with a courteous, knowledgeable staff. Plenty of parking and a gas station next to the parking lot.

I visited this GameStop a few weeks ago. I just wanted to say the staff there is very hospitable and friendly. I didn’t get what I initially came for but I did purchase a plushie and some mini figures and they redirected me to a GameStop where I could find what I was initially looking for. They also gave my son a Star Wars Lego mini figure and poster, which they said they had leftover from an event. To my kid, that was everything and it absolutely made his day! Thanks y’all. 🙂

So good to have this place open. Walmart needed some competition. It's clean and organized, and you can find some things here that are hard or impossible to get elsewhere. Plus the prices are competitive.
This store embodies the saying "we will hire anybody". I was looking at new laptops and the employee had no idea the year makes or models of MacBook pros or how to even operate them. The employee had no interest in finding out any answers on Apple products. 4 December was the day I went.

This smaller Target is just as fun to shop at as the big box versions. Even with the small footprint, they have an amazing mix of essentials, groceries as well as cool stuff that will tempt you. You could furnish alot of your apartment, get a new wardrobe and buy dinner in the same shopping trip. Nice little electronics, toy and video game section.

Experimax is not only one of my favorite establishments in the area – but indeed, they are a gem of a business for all Apple product owners.

I have had numerous experiences with Experimax for myriad service needs – from a simple power issue on an aging G5 PowerMac, to upgrades and sustainability fixes on a 2009 Mac Pro. The work that the team performs at Experimax can best be described as surgical, for indeed, they operate like doctors to keep your beloved Apple alive and functioning. Moreover, the knowledge base shared between the owner, Alex, as well as Chris and the rest of the Experimax team extends well beyond mere repairs. They know audio/video, they know gaming, and they are knowledgeable about all emerging Apple technology.

It must also be noted that the customer service that I have experienced at Experimax is second-to-none. They have treated me (and no doubt all of their customers) like family, always employing crystal clear, yet thoughtful and honest communication related to whatever service I have sought from them. Ladies and Gentlemen, they cannot be compared to the Apple “Genius Bar,” or any other outfit that purports to service Apple products. You can expect EXPERT service, with heart, from real Apple “geniuses” that love what they do. And, their prices are beyond exceptional for the work that they extend to their customers.

Businesses like Experimax should be championed and celebrated – not only within the growing Apple community of patrons, but by our entire community-at-large. Experimax is a throw-back to the days when businesses truly cared about getting the job done for their customers. Alex and his crew are mavericks in the Apple tech world, and they are my best resource and ally in the maintenance of my old and new Apple products.

You wouldn’t trust your BMW or your Porsche to “any old” mechanic. I wouldn’t trust any other business beyond Experimax with the repair and service of any Apple product I own.

Thus, for any of your Apple needs, seek Experimax first and without hesitation!
Customer service certainly isn’t in their wheel house. I called and very politely asked how much a particular item is, the lady said she wasn’t sure and that I would have to come in and look. Then she laughed and hung up on me.

This is my son’s FAVORITE Game stop in Jacksonville! The customer service is more than 5****! Each time we walk in we are greeted with a smile and a “what can I help you find today!?” The store is always clean, fully stocked and has a positive environment! Our favorite associate is Chandler! Chandler is truly the best! My son preordered Madden 20, but my family and I were attending a special military event at adventure landing, so I left the water park to pick up my son’s game. When I arrived in the store at 9:05 I realized my wallet was in my “beach bag.” I was freaking out, Chandler calmly said “I’ll stay open a little later for you, don’t worry. I was once a little boy too I know how much this means to him!” I was blown away at his generosity! He could have easily said I’m closing, I need to home, but he waited! Not many people in this world like working late, so for him to stay open even later just shows you why this is our favorite store! When you are looking for a game or looking for someone to get what you are looking for or doing ESPECIALLY as a mom, Jacksonville come see Chandler he is truly the BEST! Thank you Chandler!!

It's really dirty looking inside. Prices are very cheap. A lot of it is also made very cheap. They do have a wide variety of plus size clothing and very cutest plus size dresses. The staff are a lot of times grumpy and rude except for only like one or two.

Being a Chicagoan, this tiny Target is wo cute! It's not that small , but stock is definitely limited. Store was clean, everyone was nice, and we found what we went there for so it worked out well.
This is a very old store, literally from when I was a kid 30 + yrs ago. It could definitely use some updating in the way of cleaner and updated restrooms and check out lanes. However you can get amazing discounts on brand names and the associates are always in there working hard to keep it organized. The staff is super helpful and friendly. I purchased an oversized chair and the associate loaded it for me without me having to ask. I've also found jewelry that had $95 tags and only paid $5.00 for. It made great stocking stuffer's for Christmas. When the lines are backed up they intercom and backup comes quickly. I think management has done well.
I've never worked retail but, I shop ... A lot! This is only the second Rose's I've ever seen in my life so, I can only compare it to the little one close to my house and, other stores with similar motifs. Great variety and, selection of: clothes, housewares, toys and, well ... A little bit of everything. However, the clothes racks were so overloaded it was hard to see what was on them. The staff was friendly to the point of being a little obtrusive and, there was a smell ... It was not entirely pleasant. That being said, it was also gigantic and, inexpensive thus, I will be back.

When you walk in this place there is a funny smell to it. The items they sell are very cheap but the prices reflect that. One register open and a line of people. There was a lady helping bag people's items when she could have probably served better opening the other register.
Roses Store in South Hill has a really nice variety of plus size clothing bought several dresses there for casual and church also nice tops for work. Household products great prices. I always stop there after coming from VSU visiting.
Nice discount store! They have clothes, hair products, patio furniture, toys..you name it and it's cheap! When I say cheap I mean inexpensive and not the quality. I purchased a few t-shirts that were seriously only about $2, a couple sundresses under $10 and a pair of capris for $8; they have been worn amd washed several times and they have lasted..no rips, no tears, no fading! I wasn't expecting much because you know, you get what you pay for as the saying goes but this was a pleasant surprise.

This store has potential, but needs a serious cleaning. The store is very dirty, and the bathrooms look as if they have never been cleaned. I don't feel this is a safe place to shop with small kids either because of the filth.This store is kind of like a large Dollar General and has variety but very cheap made things. I went once and won't most likely return unless they make it a more comfortable setting!
