The store has definitely improved since the last time I was in. More stock, less messy. However there was an older/elderly employee (I assume manager) who was incredibly rude to me and the employee helping me at the cash register today. I was buying two small trash cans and I denied a bag. The woman came up and touched my cart, so I smiled and thanked her (believing she was removing it for me). Instead she looked at me with a dead stare, turned her gaze to the cashier, aggressively grabbed a bag and forced it into her hands, demanding she put the trash cans (which were already in my arms) in the bag. I didn’t want to waste plastic, as I was parked very close, and was already holding the dang things, but the unpleasantness of this woman seemed like it wouldn't be worth arguing. I apologized to the cashier because I know how these employers are. Looking for things to insult/pick on for no reason other than boredom and ego.

You can’t help but enjoy shopping at Burlington on top of that. They have a layaway all year around. It just gets better.

I thought not give any star.for corona california store.yesterday i need something no any employe for help overthere.massey store.and my husband bought Charlie perfume like water no smell.only 2 cashier.and.after customer service lady opend.so.same 1 register opened .and customer service lady open.very long line slow employee.may be I stay in line 1 hour.very bad.2.3 years ago was very nice store.manegment.and now very bad.

Terrible checkout management! What's the point of having 15 register when mostly 2-3 are being used!!! No respect for customers time!! All employees seems lethargic! I'm pretty sure it's hurting the business but the employees don't care!

Went today to shop after 12 pm, line was a little long. There was a lady worker up front with two buns in her head like a little girl playing with hangers and not helping customers. I don't know if she was the manager but if she was she should be ashamed of herself. 👎🏻

Worst attention ever in a Burlington store. Restrooms were locked for costumers and just 2 cashiers opened.

So first of all I would like to say I usually have had a good experience shopping at this location and so I decided to apply well I did and I got an interview and everything with the hiring manager Kathy , She told me that I was a good candidate and that I should hear back from her in a week so that’s what I did I waited a week or so and I called back and I told her that is there anyway I could start after my trip because I’m visiting my dad because he is having surgery and she was like of course yeah just reapply when you get back, after my trip that’s what I tried to do and I had some trouble with it and so I tried calling the store to speak with her and was unable to get a hold of her left her my number and I even spoke to the GM of the store twice and she didn’t help me at all. They literally had me go through a roller coaster trying to figure out if I had the job or not . Do not apply here at this store at all I would recommend going to either TJ max or marshals for a job

Be sure to check the receipt on the spot! Count purchases and the number of items on the receipt! Today they brazenly tried to deceive me by scanning the same item twice, I immediately noticed once and the cashier removed the extra item. But when I paid and checked the receipt, there was another duplicate item! I returned to the checkout and demanded a refund. At the checkout, I noticed that I was missing items in my bag and when I saw them in another bag at the cashier's, she did not even give me these things!!! The cashier did not even apologize, she said that IT IS MY PROBLEM that everything turned out this way! I cannot imagine how you can provide such service!! Impudence and theft - that is the service of this store! And also, few working cash registers and endless time in line!

The male young worker is not a good worker there. Not a nice customer service at all. I bought many items there, he bagged me with small bags and expected me to carry the new backpack that I bought from there until I asked if there was any bigger bag to put that backpack in. He impatiently handed me the big bag very unwillingly. I spent a lot of money there and I was treated badly with this particular male worker without manner. This guy doesn't wear glasses and with a burst fade style hair up. I don't want to ever buy my items there ever again. Very bad customer services. He didn't even say Thank you in the end. Please do something to improve your store customer services. I see that I am not the only one who has bad experiences with your store. Can you do something????

I go here a lot they are Wonderful people, they take there time to understand and help you the best they can even when you need baby clothes. Amazing staff!

Visited Boston for the first time. On the Google they open Sunday till 10:00pm. We came 9:20 and staff not allowed us to get in. Told us they closed. But we can see a lot of people still inside. :(

They get you in with the sales. Then when you wait in a the super slow line to check out, they have all these random things with no prices. Grabbing a few of them, and then for some reason they can't scan the actual barcodes, they have a book with them all. They must mark up the prices because 2 20oz sodas, and a candy bar actually cost just as much as the shirt I got. I couldnt believe it. When mentioning it, I was told they charge premium for that stuff because they aren't a candy store. So just buy the clothes and ignore everything without a price tag while waiting in line.

A well deserved 1 star. We were on the line for over an hour, with no air conditioner. It was very hot. Customers were complaining about the long waits and the high temperature in the place. Some turned around and left. I will not be returning. Very stressful experience.

The line is always 30 to 45 minutes long. They only ever have 3 cashiers on when there's literally hundred of people in line. They don't have bags, they just give you trash bags to take you stuff out in.

Good selection of goods. Affordable prices. But for me personally the store is located a little far away. And the behavior of customers leaves much to be desired - people take goods from the shelf and often throw them right on the floor - this should not be the case! An interesting fact is that you can only get to the toilet in a store if a store employee opens it for you. The toilet is clean and comfortable, but looking for an employee is not always convenient. And cashiers do not always remove the magnetic protection on clothes. Today I bought several dozen things and found these magnetic tweeters in 2 houses. When leaving the store, the security guard checked us and let us out - there were no problems. But carrying things with these magnetic locks is inconvenient! And now you need to go somewhere to remove these magnetic beepers from the clothes you bought.

This store is in Fairfax and is part of a national discount chain brand. The store offers products at lower prices since it purchases excess inventory from other brand retailers and sells them to consumers at significant discounts. The store is quite spacious and well-organized in each section. However, during my visit, I noticed that some products needed to be better arranged and appeared cluttered. This detracted from the overall shopping experience and made it less enjoyable than anticipated.

I've never waited so long to try in a few things. The main dressing room was closed and they had 2 small stalls in the front. People were waiting over 20 minutes to try things on and no store attendants in site. I would def not recommend this location.

Poor customer service from the store lead. I mentioned that they were out of my size in some things and she didn't offer to have it shipped to me, which I saw on a sign while I was leaving. Also very frustrating that a lot of the tag sizes didn't match the size on the hangers so you have to dig and dig through mountains of clothes/tags to find your size. Might as well just shop on line.

This store has gone down, it's so trashy and junky, now. Very disappointing. The restrooms are closed to the public. An employee finally begrudgingly let me use the marked ladies' room. I go in, the ladies' room is huge at least 8 stalls, new sinks... but it's not for the public. I will never spend another penny at Burlington. They think so low of their clientele that a huge bathroom is off limits. And the store looks worse than a 50 yr old thrift store.
A new Burlinton opened in the Lake Sucess Shopping Center(where Bed, Bath and Beyond was), it's 5 minutes away and just as junky and trashy. Target is opening in the old Sears building. Bye to Burlington... if they don't step up their game.

VERY RUDE BEHAVIOUR, NO TRAIL ROOMS, NOT HELPFUL
I was there today at the store, The trail rooms were all closed. They never open the trail rooms at the back and only keep one fitting room in the entrance open. They were people in queue to try but the manager wont open the other fitting room at entrance.
I had lot of things to try, but she said I can only try 6 (not at a time, but what she meant was I can only try 6 today) . She said if I try more I would be blocking other people, but they were not willing to open the other empty fitting rooms. She said if I try more, they will have to put the clothes back on the cloth racks, it would be too much work for them. She asked me if I would buy all of those? If you won't buy then don't try is what I was told.
So I started trying the clothes and putting them back myself on the cloth racks in respective sections. I was trying 6 at a time and was managing the fitting room with other customers at store and let them in whenever someone was waiting outside, because I didn't wanted to block them. Still the manager comes to me and says I already tried 6 clothes in a day and I am not supposed to try more. It is very messed up.
Update: The manager comes and gets upset with me in-front of other customers because they wanted the trail room open. She was not ready to open the vacant trail room at the front but was okay to blame me for occupying the room. If they do not want to provide trail rooms they can put a board up at entrance that said "BURLINGTON DOESN'T ALLOW TRAILS' but I was there selecting items for over 3 hours and later when I go wait for a trail room I am being told that they wouldn't allow me, because they are understaffed and are not interested in taking back the trail items back on shelf. I get they might be understaffed but you cannot be rude. I was taking back and putting all things I tried myself back and everyone thought I was an employee.
I purchased for around 200$, They also didn't allow me to add my email or phone number on the bill, not sure why.

Everytime I come, there's only one cashier and a very long line. Staff are friendly but it doesn't make up for standing 30 min in line. Miserable. Today only one dressing room was open, so another long wait there. We waited in line for the 2nd one for a very long time before we saw the button to call for help, and the manager came to say the room was closed and not available. No "out of order" sign or anything.

45-50 mins wait time for purchasing just 2 items?? Can you figure out how to add self-checkout system in the store. You have 10 counters for checkout and 7 of them are not being used. Why can't the customer use the 7 counters to self-checkout?

Last minute Christmas shopping but rude Indian worker followed me around the store then became vocally loud and even more rude when she announced at 30 minutes till closing that we needed to bring our purchases up or she wouldn't be able to ring us up any later. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I will NOT be going back. This old navy has the worst management I’ve ever seen in my life and the employees are EXTREMELY rude when help is needed or at checkout. Prices and selections are good. The store is a constant mess, though, and the lines are ridiculous!! Knowing that it's the holidays, you would think they would add some extra cashiers. And make sure you really want it because if you need to return it you need to get in the same line for the cashiers. Both times here recently have left me waiting in line for 40 minutes with only 2 cashiers working. Come on, guys. You know it's the holidays get with the program. And clean up the store a little. It doesn't need to be this messy all the time.

I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction and concern regarding my recent shopping experience with Pottery Barn Kids. In September, I placed an order for a crib, a dresser, and a nursing chair on your online store, and at the time of purchase, the indicated delivery date was early October for the crib and dresser, and late December for the nursing chair.
However, in October, I was surprised to discover that my order was consolidated into a single shipment, with a new delivery date scheduled for late December. When I contacted the customer service for more information about the change in the delivery date, I was informed that the decision to bundle all the items in my purchase was based on the total purchase amount. I was told that, as my purchase did not reach $5000, the products would be delivered together, which was not at all clarified on your website during the purchase process or in any prior communication.
This change in the delivery date and the lack of transparency regarding the shipping bundling policy were extremely frustrating and disappointing. As a customer, I expected to receive the products on the originally promised dates and was not informed that the total purchase value would affect the delivery process. This experience has caused inconvenience and uncertainty, especially considering the importance of the items I acquired.
I would like to request that Pottery Barn Kids review this bundling policy and consider providing clearer information to customers at the time of purchase. Furthermore, I request that my delivery be rescheduled according to the original dates promised during the purchase.
I hope that Pottery Barn Kids takes steps to improve transparency in its delivery policies and provides a level of service that lives up to the reputation of your brand. Thank you in advance for addressing this issue and for the timely resolution of the problem.

When I contacted the customer service for more information about the change in the delivery date, I was informed that the decision to bundle all the items in my purchase was based on the total purchase amount. I was told that, as my purchase did not reach $5000, the products would be delivered together, which was not at all clarified on your website during the purchase process or in any prior communication.
This change in the delivery date and the lack of transparency regarding the shipping bundling policy were extremely frustrating and disappointing. As a customer, I expected to receive the products on the originally promised dates and was not informed that the total purchase value would affect the delivery process. This experience has caused inconvenience and uncertainty, especially considering the importance of the items I acquired.
I would like to request that Pottery Barn Kids review this bundling policy and consider providing clearer information to customers at the time of purchase. Furthermore, I request that my delivery be rescheduled according to the original dates promised during the purchase.
I hope that Pottery Barn Kids takes steps to improve transparency in its delivery policies and provides a level of service that lives up to the reputation of your brand. Thank you in advance for addressing this issue and for the timely resolution of the problem.

After experiencing many great experiences with this store over the years, I feel the need to warn potential customers about current issues the store is experiencing with their delivery provider, Fidelitone. In summary, we ordered a bunk bed and two mattresses to go with the bed in June. We took two days off of work for deliveries which Fidelitone no called / no showed on the date of delivery. I have spent a combined 12 hours on the phone with PB Kids and Fidelitone and both parties remain endlessly confused. Will we ever get a bed for our daughter? Who knows, but they have our $3,500 which we can't get back.

Purchased a Glider from PB Kids and it was delivered in the timeline they communicated. However, after one week , it was lopsided, the frame bent and it no longe rocks or works well. After no less than 25 calls with customer service, we are still left with our broken Glider. We have a four week old at home and cannot use the Glider and have had to deal with this at the same time. They said they would come out and fix it three weeks ago but have not and have not issued a replacement or refund. Some of the worst customer service we have ever dealt with and we have purchased a lot of things from PB kids and will never be shopping there again.

I usually don’t write reviews but today was the worst experience with Lexi I’m pretty sure was her name she wears glasses extremely rude I don’t need her to say hi but first she didn’t even look up when she started checking us out which okay she might be having a bad day but then she rings up in item that comes in a 5 pack and we didn’t know since we doing it single with a tag and I come back 5 min later to ask her when I realized and nicely just asked why it was a different price and I guess that bothered her and gave me attitude saying i don’t know others return it I was like oh okay can I just get the refund and then she looked over at her coworker and have her a look and I said there’s no need to give attitude and she answered back giving more attitude and throwing back the money that’s extremely unprofessional I never thought a simple question would bother her for her to act the way she did and manager seemed to not care and didn’t want to give me her name when she walked away it’s upsetting I was with my niece and she had to see all that

Do not order nursery items from here if you want them to arrive before the baby does! Their estimates mean nothing. We ordered on 2/4 with an estimated delivery date of mid May. Then it changed to June 20th. Now July 13th, which you can imagine I don’t trust since it just changes every month. Customer service is not helpful because they really don’t know where anything is, they say it’s just in a port somewhere. If you do order from here just order online because there are absolutely zero benefits to ordering in store. If anything it’s just an added hassle.

I am so disappointed in old navy. I walked into the store, hoping to find thong underwear, I walked through the store for 5 hours and there was NO female thong underwear in sight. They had men’s boxers, but not woman’s underwear. I was so distraught and speechless. What happened to gender equality? I thought times have changed, but clearly there are still issues that need to be fixed. I will not be shopping at old navy ever again after this traumatic experience.

I’m starting to wonder why anyone would go to a store anymore. There had to be seven employees, all working at the back. No one to help myself or another woman who literally went to drag an employee to the front to check out. Didn’t really have my size, which is not super uncommon. I definitely wondered at what point I should just give up or just leave without paying for my item, which I definitely could have. Online is just way easier.

In line now for 12 minutes there are 35 people in line and two cashiers. Not acceptable, my first time in the store and will be my last. Not sure how this treatment exists and why these customers are being treated this way. Spoke to the manager who told me other workers were doing inventory but what good is taking inventory if you can’t move your Inventory out of the store.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME! We had the worst experience with Pottery Barn. We placed an order for all our nursery items in September. We specifically chose items the store told us were in stock. Everything was supposed to be delivered by October. We even opened a Pottery Barn card to pay for the amount.
Then, as our delivery date came close, the system moved the estimated date. On contacting the store, we were told that the dresser we ordered was delayed. So we ordered a different dresser which was ‘in stock’. Meanwhile, we ‘paid’ the credit card as the balance came due.
Then, once again the shipping date was delayed. Calling the store only meant getting vague answers about delivery hubs/shipping partners/investigations etc. We called customer service - the guy told us that this happens all the time and ‘orders get lost’. He told us he would create a new order for the two main things - the crib and the dresser. This seemed weird but he said it was the fastest way to get our items.
Then two days later we got an email saying our dresser was canceled. Meanwhile, they want to deliver the minor items on the order (a book case). No line of sight on the crib or dresser.
We had had enough - so we called customer service to see if they would cancel our order (what’s the point of getting small pieces that won’t match with the main items which we would still have to buy elsewhere). They told us - we can’t cancel this. Call the delivery people. The delivery people say - call customer service.

I read some of the lower rated reviews & noticed many were from a few yrs ago. I went there today & had a great experience! The place was clean & orderly. ALL the staff were pleasant, friendly, helpful. It was noon time on a holiday weekend and not a long line and the line moved quickly. I found 2 awesome outfits that were very reasonably priced and great quality.

I've worked retail before. Hell, I've worked retail severely understaffed, but this place was a travesty. Literally every aisle had 30+ items just thrown all over the floor. Shelves just had items thrown on like no one had a care in the world. There was so many items open and stolen out of that a good 20% of things couldn't even be purchased. Some of the aisles weren't even assessable because there was so much merchandise in the floors. Also there eas water on the floor in the checkout aisle creating a very dangerous situation, with no wet floor sign to be found anywhere. This store needs to be shut down until it's cleaned up and organized.

I love Old Navy so much! Me and my family consistently but clothes from there! From amazing basics to any sort of denim this is the place to go! Also extremely appreciate the size inclusivity and I know that they will always have my size consistently, as anywhere from a size large- 14 it is greatly appreciated! Store closed 30 minutes early and I was unable to pick up my online order at curbside. We parked and notified the store via the app. When. No one came out I walked up to go in just in case they were busy. The door was locked at 840 when I tried to open it. That was after waiting almost 10 minutes in the parking lot. All the lights were on, to include the register 1 light, but no one would answer the phone or respond. Very disappointed. The shopping items were for a birthday. I rushed to get there before closing only to find they close early. Online schedule hours are listed as open until 9pm. We arrived around 8:35pm.

I was here Saturday afternoon in full costume for one of the Halloween shows. This was one of many Recycled Percussion shows I've been to, and it was one of the best! The new venue is amazing and the beforehand "experience" which included a backstage meet and greet and a little history and tour of the stage and light board was fun! Overall it was a blast, I danced a bunch and I will be back for more shows! I will say if you are sound sensitive, bring some earplugs as this show is loud!! 😀

I Love this place!!! Their deals are some of the best I have seen. My two children are growing quick so I love stopping in here every few weeks just to check them out. I was counseled (religiously) about my life without asking for it (for an excessive amount of time after already voicing I was not religious). Again, after voicing that, they kept pushing it on me. Saying things for my future: assuming I wanted to and was able to become a mother and they assumed I wanted to be married and in a relationship married by god. It was extremely frustrating and awkward, I could not get out of there fast enough. The staff was very nice but it was almost embarrassing how they couldn’t take the social queue to stop talking about religion to me.
Regarding the services they were quick with the tests and results! So in that aspect it was a nice facility.

Constant sign bait and switch sales tactics that should be illegal. (Sale sign over and item when the second tier is on sale. When I brought manager over he did not feel that the customer shouldn't have been penalized for their error but didn't think anything of it). Store is a mess. Cashiers are sweet, management need better people skills. I shop online now. At least I know what I'm getting, the price and selection.

This PB Kids is attached to the PB Bathesda location. My husband and I went into Pottery Barn this morning with our toddler in tow and did spend some time in the PB Kids side. PROS: I gave two stars because this store does display some of the PB Kids decor for you to see in person. I love Pottery Barn and believe you can get it at a reasonable price during sale promotions. CONS: We were very unimpressed by this PB Kids Bathesda location. The PB Kids side of the store is fairly small and purchases cannot be combined with those made on the PB side (so when ordering you will pay for shipping twice). The staff working in PB Kids do not seem to have adequate training. A sign was left up from a previous sale and the staff admitted they should have taken the sign down, but were unable to honor the sale any longer. The staff rang up the wrong item in the computer system and we were quoted three different prices on a glider by three different associates (prices were not displayed on the furniture). Understand, they would have been ordering/ sending us the wrong glider, which is non-refundable and non-returnable. We then encountered a manager who came off as very snooty and had an "I'm right and you're wrong" attitude, citing her number of years experience rather than attempting to help us find a solution. However, we had an entirely different experience on the Pottery Barn side of the store and ended up spending several thousand dollars there once we realized we were wasting our time in PB Kids and moved on. In sum, I can not recommend the PB Kids store in Bathesda and do hope they find some better management.
