Love Old Navy. Clothing is always reasonable and good quality. With no exception, this location is welcoming with amazing customer service.
Horrible customer service! Employees standing around chatting with each other and on their phones. Don’t look like you need help, that’s not why they’re here, smh. Not once was I asked if I needed help, unfortunately the wife found something she was looking for. Don’t spend money where you’re not wanted. Alex seemed to be the only person excited to work!
You will probably find a deal depending when you shop especially when seasonal styles are phasing out or holidays.

I didn't find anything on the store website but I got many great deals and hard-to-find men's clothes on the main site. I recently started buying online and shipping to the store on some items. I can get them faster if they are in stock. Then I try them on before I leave. I get better prices online sometimes or because I am a Naviest Rewards member with a card from them. The girls in the store are all very helpful and nice.
The Mrs likes this store and I have to admit this is a much larger store than I'm used to seeing. They lost a star because though I appreciate them having public restrooms, they need clean them.
The manager there on December 28 2023 morning shift is completely rude. Should not be working in customer service what so ever. Me being a manager position I know what it’s like to deal with customers and she clearly does not and needs better professionalism skills and customer service. Her name is iris . She’s rude and needs more training. employees even apologize on her behalf

Outstanding customer service. I called wondering if my order would be here by Christmas, even though the kind woman on the phone couldn’t guarantee my order would be here, she did the best she could do talk me through my holiday stress shopping and after asking what she would do if she were me, I placed my order in hopes it will be here by the holiday. I received my confirmation email and not even 20 minutes later received notice that my order was shipped out. Even if my order doesn’t get here by Christmas, I know that Philadelphia Independents does their best to make their customers, like me, happy:) Thank you very much for your kindness and humanity. This is my go-to place for gifts for loved ones! I’ve gotten multiple candles here and every single person I’ve given them to says they loved it. They support and sell small artists work, so I love knowing I’m supporting small businesses by purchasing items here.
Practically no women's clothes and is mall is garbage it's dead in corridors so you can't get out or get back to your car unless you double back and walk the exact same path you already walked since I'm handicapped this mall is a nightmare I will never come here again
Store hours advertised as close at 10pm 12/6/2023, but the store was closed before 9pm. Call before making the trip or choose a different location. This one is not reliable.
Loads of items!! Lots of sales and very nice salespeople.
I shop here often and most recently went and was DENIED access to the bathroom with my 7 year old. I'm not even sure if that's legal to have a retail store of that size with NO PUBLIC BATHROOM. Just shopper beware! That was my last time at that store.

Holidays coming up shoppers be aware especially men that accompany wife and kids. As you know shopping with family takes forever sometimes if in between that time you have to use the bathroom while shopping at Burlington, they have a new policy The bathrooms are for employees only . Not open to the public. Even if you're a patron keeping them in business. Men just be aware holidays are coming and we all know those long winter days.
Only one cashier working it is 9:17 PM. There is line full of customers. They need to hire more people here. Please help. Thank you

I get there's alot of theft this days. But nobody takes merchandise to the restroom them walk out.. they just walk out... I had to use the restroom, I ask a worker if I could use the restroom? She laughed at me as she is walking into the restroom....

By cashier was very young and had just started and seemed nervous and I wanted him to engage and talk to me and learn about him and make it more a conversation while I know he has a script to set to but I think it's important to see these young people out at these customer service care jobs post covid and they are some of the hardest jobs to work and they don't get enough credit or pay so I always like to have a conversation and let them know I appreciate what they are doing and commend them for being out in the world making it a better capitalistic American System and that he or she should be proud

Came in looking for jeans. I found what I was looking for after a little help from a young woman in the fitting room. Picked the wrong size and asked for correcto ones. The price was decent as well. Checkout was quick.
Only 2 cashiers here wow and this was after 7pm. The longest line and the no AC so it was extremely hot.

Yes, I love Old Navy, I can pick me up something and my Grandson too, from shoes to PJ, underwear, clothes , socks, good place for Christmas Shopping to for family and friends 🤗

Came here for a sweatshirt and I was very impressed with the selections of all clothes. The store was clean and the clothes were pretty well laid out. The prices were very reasonable. The staff were very friendly and very willing to assist. Check out was a breeze.

I didn't enjoy my shopping experience there, albeit their cute inventory. We were monitored the whole time (they were just watching us without talking), and were even denied opening and seeing a tea towel's full pattern when we asked. We were very polite and respectful during our short visit (and we DID purchase things from them at the end), so their hostility and unwelcoming attitude might very much be racially charged. We did not do anything—other than existing—to deserve that kind of treatment. As a person of color, I didn't feel safe at Philadelphia Independents and would not recommend any minority groups to go.
Great value clothing without breaking the bank
I wish I could give this experience more stars. The cashier handling my return was a bit of a bumblebee because it was an online order that was 3 days past the 30 day return window. This policy seems new to me as I have never been told this. Ultimately she agreed to give me a gift card which I promptly went home and used. Her attitude left me feeling sour so I wasn't interested in shopping in the store.
Visited when we were in town - super unique and adorable stuff, many good gift options for toddlers/young kids. The salesperson was very sweet and not pushy.
Since the moment I walked in to the store I was greeted and welcomed into the store. I received phenomenal service by the cashier and also got rewarded with points for my purchase.

We patronize local small businesses. But we cannot support a business that only cares about making money and not their customers. Probably the most unfriendly toy store in NYC. Within 2 minutes of walking in, the sales rep stated “please don’t touch the toys unless you’re going to purchase it.” Why have it on display if we’re not supposed to touch it? The sad thing is, we were planning to purchase a few of those overpriced items to support the shop. Plenty of other toy stores in the city with better service. Very unfriendly.

Instead of blaming my wife, and my 3 year old son, why not take some ownership and accountability for the unfriendly service provided? If you’re not up to working X hours, paying the landlord, paying utilities, then why run a small business? You’re obviously very articulate so a 9-5 would suit you perfectly without all the burdens you’ve described. Why run a toy store if kids can’t play with the toys? Why would I ever want to come back and review the tapes? This is a snarky response and not customer service as I’m sure you’re more than aware of. Maybe get out of the retail business if you’re so worried about kids touching your toys in a toy store? Unlike you, we would happily take full accountability and purchase any items if they did get damaged. Came in with my toddler and husband to get a Philly shirt on a nice day- no other customers, we were not being loud or irritating in anyway that I can reflect on but there was no greeting or even smile from the woman working- I complimented her store and she mumbled something to me, I bought a shirt and left feeling really uncomfortable and unwelcome. Now reading the reviews I’m not sure why it’s so difficult for her to pretend to be nice to customers over the years unless she wants her signature to be being known as the ‘rude gift shop lady?’ I felt bad that day and brushed it off thinking maybe she was having personal issues but seems to be a pattern! Too bad.
The store is clean, bright and nicely set, very attractive goods they have. cashier is friendly however the sales lady is so unfriendly, the poker face and attitude so unpleasant. I hope this changes by training to encourage better sales.
I was looking for a stroller for twins. In the photo, the store inside is large, but it turned out to be a small room. there were only 2! strollers for twins… I wasted my time

Store is fine but they charging $4 for a bottle of coke. They think they Disney or something. The lady at the register asked for my email like 4 times. When a customer says no once that should be enough.
We usually get our everyday clothes from Old Navy, the carry good deals and quality is Ok, sometimes they lack variety but it’s understandable since their designs are trendy.
Ok, so I haven't been to old navy in a while before this visit. However, they didn't disappoint customer service was excellent and I was able to find my pre teen son who only now believes that joggers are his only form of clothing choice options. Loved the prices which were very reasonable.
We stopped in here expecting outlet prices but a lot of the things in store seem to be priced at normal Old Navy store prices which was surprising. They have options for everyone here, just make sure you check the prices and the sales before you commit to buying something.

Visited today on 26th nov 2022(time 8.30pm). Bad customer service. I’ve read the past negative reviews and could say I’ve experience the same. Went on billing counter it was quite busy. When I was on the counter I’ve greeted but didnt get responce even though the girl who is attending me her name is start from “A*****” what I’ve notice, she is only interested in greeting special kind of peoples only. Manager please train your staff to behave and respect everyone…!!
This Old Navy Outlet was very clean and organized. It's convenient to have a parking lot in front of the store. The cashier was so attentive and sweet. Some prices are relatively similar to a regular store.
😡🤬The store that steals the most in the United States, I love everything they sell but if you don't check the prices they charge you when paying, rest assured that 99.9% of the people are stolen and I have verified it many times. I wanted to buy a sweater and since I wasn't convinced by the price, I told him to cancel it and he told me I already did. When he gave me the total, I told him how was he going to charge me $81 for 2 packs of socks and 2 blouses? He said that's the total 🤣.he never removed the sweatshirt and not even if that would be the price to pay. I argued with him and he ended up charging me $61 dollars. I took out my account and it didn't work. I went to the manager and argued that everything was fine, well, in the end up paying $41. This is just to give you an idea of how this shoplifting shop works.

Curation at this shop is outstanding. Gorgeous little place, and I spent way longer browsing than intended and wanted to buy everything. I came for the toys. Many of these are high-end brands, and I thought the prices were reasonable for what they have--for example, one extremely hard to find toy that is out of stock everywhere else and resells for huge markups. They had a gorgeous display of Maileg mice. Also loved the Ollie Ella dolls and Fagus trucks. All high quality, thoughtfully arranged, and the owners were lovely about explaining everything. The curation of books and clothes was super fun too. Perfect place to find a gift for the kids in your life.
To echo the review of another customer, I experienced the worst customer service in this store. Though it does carry lovely goods, the owners seemed hostile and were hovering over us as we shopped. Other parents in the store did not seem to be subjected to this behavior - the owner was happy to explain the back story of the brand’s design to another mum. Nothing but a cold stare at me and my daughter, despite my attempt to smile at her. It certainly felt as if we were being singled out and treated with more suspicion because we didn’t fit the aesthetic. I’m a single mum visiting NY, and while I am sometimes flustered, I am not inattentive or lax with my child. I had my hands full holding my stroller in the tight space, and my friend helped us put toys back that we weren’t planning on buying. She is 3 years old, in a store meant for children- she was excited, but not rowdy. She gently touched four toys at most, all of which we carefully placed back as I emphasized that we needed to leave the displays as we found them. The silent disapproval from the owner was overwhelming. Would not return or recommend, as it is clear that the owners can only be bothered to engage courteously with those they perceive to be a certain class/demographic. The space does not seem to be meant for actual children to enter.
Not everyone was incompetent here. The employee I mainly dealt with when I asked her where something was her response was I'm not sure somewhere over there. Then I asked about the super cash. Answer was I don't know. I'm sorry but what?

I go to old navy’s all over the place trust me but I always go to this Downey location because they always have the best customer service. This time around Megan Topped it all. She by far had the best customer service. She asked if I wanted a bag and if I needed help with sizes and was just very attentive all the way around. Wish all stores had a Megan in them!! :) (I hope I got her name right!)

I haven’t physically been to their store but I have ordered from them through Amazon more than once (by mistake the second time) and I can only say DO NOT purchase from them.
I had two very bad experiences. First I returned a defective stroller but they refused to refund me and kept the stroller. After about 5 phone calls Amazon eventually refunded me. Second time, the stroller I ordered as a replacement (by mistake from same seller) was again defective, they kept a 50% ($270) restocking fee because box was opened. They are awful.

I have been store here onJuly 17 2022 . At checkout store rep. And Manager Robert refused to make a attempt to apply as much GAP reward as possible on order total. Due his odd behavior I-had first decided to not buy the clothes and left the store unsatisfied. My wife needed her choices of clothes so she went back to accept whatever rewards points they can apply but the manage Mr. Robert had behaved very rough with my wife first and later with me. Scared us that he was going to call security when I had started argued that I was ready to accept whatever rewards he want to apply on order total even I knew that they can apply $30 rewards to $34 order total. Robert wanted to show off amongst their employees and behave weirdly m. I may have forgotten his behavior if he may have limited his mis behaviors with me but I can’t accept his behavior with my wife in public. It is not acceptable behavior. Old navy management should look into this matter and ask Robert to respect at least female customers. As a customer he/she may refuse to buy but that doesn’t mean manager scare customers by telling that he going to call security. He made me felt like a thief when he told me that he going to call security. I could have call police for his behavior but I am not the person of his kind so left the store and decided to report this on social media so people should think before going to this store.
Excellent array of odds & ends, friendly atmosphere, and great variety of Affirming wares. Stickers to kitchen towels, dresses & decorations, cards & gifts - there is always something to find.

I experience excellent service at this old navy every single time I go. The store is spotless and super organized. Every employee that I have spoken with is kind and directs us if we have any questions. I speak with Celeste every time I purchase something because my mom and I are regulars at the store and she is always helpful and greets us with a warm welcoming.
Today an employee was extremely rude; I was trying to put a pair of jeans back in place and he snatched them from me, making disgust noises while doing so.

The place it's been renovated, and it's become a good , clean , organized shopping spot. The staff is kind and very friendly here. Honestly I love the products. I’ve been here 3 times. One for a very expensive romper for my daughter before she was born and that time was pleasant enough. But as a mom now…I don’t know. The last two times I’ve went in I’ve felt the owner was cold, clingy and very strange. I had to leave my stroller outside because it’s a very tiny store and so I had to hold my daughter who is in the phase of wanting to run around everywhere. My girl was looking at things and I could feel the discomfort of the owner who annoyingly went to rearrange everything as my daughter touched it. I also felt watched and idk if it’s bc I’m black but that’s honestly how it felt. For the prices I’d just expect a warmer experience, not like I’m a nuisance when I’m spending a lot of money there. Won’t be going back sadly. They didn’t even acknowledge me leaving (bad customer service as someone whose worked a lot of retail) and when my daughter was having a meltdown I felt like they could’ve helped me check out faster so I could get out of there. Just not a positive experience as a mother.

Bree was absolutely fantastic. She asked questions, offered to help me get something I was looking for, and remained cheerful. She represents what I want in a clothing store salesperson. I definitely will go back based on her work ethic.
Had a bad experience at this Gap store recently. I bought quite a few dresses from the store and it was directly paid through my Gap card. The billing person kep the bill in one of the bags and I came back.
Out of those dresses I returned a couple in a nearby Gap store due to size issues.
While making the payment for my Gap Card , I realized there is some excess amount and I checked my bill and found that Ibwas charged for a dress which wasn't in my bag.
I called store manager (Steven) detailing the same and he asked me to come back to store with all items so they can verify. I told him it won't be possible since I returned couple of items. He said he can't do anything as he has TRUST issues and can't trust me till he sees all items.
This was so absurd for 2 reasons :
1. It was so easy for him to say he doesn't trust
2. How foolish it was of him to say to come back to store with the items. What if I could intentionally hide a dress back at home and go back to store saying I did not have 2 items in my bag?
I found that ridiculous and thought of letting it go but wanted to share the experience.
Out of those dresses I returned a couple in a nearby Gap store due to size issues.

Last minute thing I rushed to Old Navy 30 minutes prior to closing time. Grabbed what I was able too. Shortly announcing they'd be closed. Of course I was the last one there. I was told by an employee that he would walk me upfront to the registes so I can make my purchase because they were closed. I told him: Please I didn't get my Grandson anything... let me get a few things quickly. He gave me a break and said we will meet you up at the registers. Honestly he and the cashier Andrea were awesome and more than just patient with me. Not once did they pressure me or had them on my back. While Andrea was scanning the items I was still choosing some jewelry out for my daughter. Couldn't be more thankful & happy for the service they provided, Thank you all specially to Andrea!

They are pretty well assorted with a lot of merchandise, but their prices are not as good as the Tanger Outlet at Daytona.
This place has great stuff! Some very creative interpretations of classic and modern Philadelphia icons on quality merch. The downside is that the lady who runs it is really kind of rude. The uniqueness of their offerings definitely makes it worth dealing with it though. Would have been a solid 5 stars, but the interaction with the lady behind the counter was less than desirable. Again though, they have unique, high quality inventory that is worth your business. 😉
I set my merchandise on the counter and the salesperson did not greet us or say hi. The salesperson gave a rude off-putting service but treated the woman before us much better just because they both speak spanish. He looks miserable. I don't understand why he would treat others differently based on ethnicity.

Intrigue is a five star plus shop conveniently located on Moscow’s Main Street. Situated in a beautifully refurbished historic building and connected to a wine bar makes Intrigue a very relaxing and pleasant shopping experience. The store is aptly named as there is a wide variety of unique, interesting and often humorous items gathered from around the world to explore. If you’re looking for a gift, this is the place to go. I don’t consider myself a shopper, and I had a hard time pulling myself away. So grab a glass of wine and set aside some time to relax, shop and enjoy Intrigue.
This store is awesome! I don't live in Moscow but it is a must stop destination whenever I'm in town. I just went to their new location on Main Street and it is a welcoming as the last one. Great selection of gifts - in one place I can buy for my mom, my spouse, my kids, and my clients...something for every personality and occasion. Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful and will tell me if I am making a bad decision...LOL.

This local shop has SO many adorable and unqiue cards (some that are hilarious), home decor, jewelry, bags, clothing and many more! There is something for everyone! The prices seem to be affordable and have a variety of range (depending on brand, quality, etc). So happy Moscow has a shop like this!

I was very excited to see an Old Navy Outlet opened here, too bad this place is a disaster! This store was rough to shop, and truthfully half is due to the aweful clientele as they trash the store without a care in the world. The other is definitely management as I was let into a fitting room with hangers strewn about, dust bunnys on the floor, and size stickers plastered to the wall. The young girl who let me into the fitting room opened the door and looked in first so she was aware of the condition. A huge disappointment to see that no one cares to even clean the fitting rooms for customers. I did make a purchase because the prices were great but I hope they take some pride on the areas they can control.
I received a very unfriendly service from Michael. I bought a pair of clothes for my girlfriend and two of my clothes, and asked him to split the shopping bags into two, but he bluntly said that we could not afford one shopping bag. I once again asked him. Michael told another employee to put it in a small bag that did not fit well and he went elsewhere. The clothes I bought did not fit well into two small shopping bags, so the other employee gave me another small bag when Michael did not see it. The other employee continued to apologize to us and we felt very uncomfortable.

They are very friendly, very helpful and kind. Had inputs and suggestions and directed me very nicely. Child friendly (of course!) And great range to select from. Approachable staff who know all the details and nitty-gritty.
This place is in the Grapevine Mills Mall. GAP offers a wide range of clothes for men, women and children. Usually crowded on weekends, best to visit on weekdays to beat the crowd. Getting registered with them also helps as they send coupons and offers over email/SMS.
Galleria Dallas is a wonderful mall to shop, pass time, have fun, eat, skate on a rink etc. Too spacious and a wonderful experience. Whenever there s a plan this, please think about parking your vehicles as it may take much time.
