A Children's store that is not child friendly! If you still want to shop here keep your little one at home. There is no space for a stroller, which I understand as the store is quite small. However One of the workers took it upon herself to make a comment to my child, who was not misbehaving or being mischievous whatsoever, she was just looking at a book and I do not leave my child unattended when shopping. Seems like she has little patience with children. Disappointing.
I love the brands they carry (especially Pink Chicken dresses) but I walked right out of there sadly.

Today 09/30/2023 me and my family went to this store. The cashier was making fun of my wife English speaking. They are disrespectful to the customer and store manager should do something about this cashier.
I have a history shopping there and I know where to find things but for a normal shopper it is very disorderedized very fluttered and packages are opened in the store is a mess. Other patrons are openly breaking merchandise and taking it out and taking it out of the store families are doing it and it's very frustrating to watch. I go there because I find good deals and I have always shopped in places like these stores so I know it's about getting into the store early with an open mind and taking time to go through the department and dig through to find the good merchandise and spend a couple hours on a basic treasure hunt and if you have a free morning and money to spend with not a lot of particular products in mind you can go through and spend a lot of time doing a Treasure hun and come out with good deals but it takes a lot of time and you have to seep through piles of garbage and deal with not so nice co shoppers, and frustrated stuff. I'm a rare hardcore Shopper that enjoys the challenge and will advocate for people to shop with me to show them how to enjoy that type of shopping.

And I know as someone who has worked in retail and spends a lot of time shopping. in this current economy its outright war on store. Shoplifters taking massive amount of items that don't belong to the people taking them. And if the shoplifting wasn't bad enough patrons are constantly vandalizing the place that are right that assorted staff can't keep up with. I know it goes beyond staff I know it goes beyond management I know it goes beyond the authorities in this town but some things got to give. I'm a positive person and I believe it will and soon I will continue to shop there because I love the clothes and I love the deals and I really do enjoy the people that work there for an honest living. Hopefully me modeling that behavior will have a small impact on others who see it and want to show respect as well. Slowly but surely positivity and good energy can make a difference than change the world continue the good work hopefully I'll see you when I get some spare money.

Bought a baby gift toy for a friend, from Lullaby Baby through Amazon. Item arrived damaged, the box mangled and dented- not giftable, as it was sent in a plastic bag versus being protected if it was shipped in a cardboard box.
Immediately contacted Amazon and the seller for a return label and refund, sent pictures, and followed instructions.
For over 16 days Lullaby Baby tossed the problem back to Amazon. Lauren C from Lullaby Baby kept wasting everyone's time with slow back-and-forth correspondence not resolving or even following Amazon's specific instructions for the return. Amazon kindly refunded the damaged item. I would never purchase anything from the seller again online and do not recommend them to anyone else, as you can also read from their reviews here on Google (Lauren C- 1 star*) Amazon, and Yelp that CUSTOMER SERVICE is A REAL PROBLEM.

Easy to find items, everything is well organized. Friendly and efficient staff.
As a first time visitor from Cali this is the most ratchet Burlington I've been in. It's so messy and disorganized and the shevles are bare. Got another star because it had multi - vitamins I wanted and nice staff.
A worker yelled at me for trying to maneuver my stroller through the store - ITS A KIDS STORE. Make it accessible for people with strollers.
Has some great budget products here. A good selection of brands.
I can always depend on Old Navy if I need something last minute.

Not bad, similar to TJ Maxx and Ross. Belts for $8, Hillfiger polo $24, luggage for $70-80. Mostly clothes, shoes, bags, but a few other things, too. Store is dated but not dirty. I'd go again.
They had NOTHING that I needed, no summer shorts in my size (6-8), the tops were all awful I found nothing.

Placed an order online for a dress for my daughter that was out of stock everywhere else I looked. It arrived the next day beautifully packaged. So happy to have found this store will absolutely be purchasing from them in the future!
The clothes are both simply stylish and some are casual comfy. Not sure when old navy got more $$ but it's more wanted clothes are that way. I like the men's basic tees and the pants are nice too. The website and the store inventory really need to be updated on the count. We saw some cute things coming in for the fall selection in the girls section

Yossi was the best. He was extremely patient with us as we asked endless neurotic questions about car seats and strollers. He was very knowledgeable, demonstrated how to use and fold everything, and gave us great suggestions we didn’t even think about. So glad we found this place.

So genius to have installed an automatic sliding door for people with strollers! and a nice pretty selection of cute special occasion clothes for babies and young kids.

The Atlantic Center location is much closer to me but I walk 30 minutes out of my way to come here because Fulton St location is less crowded and it always seems to be easier to find what I am looking for.
Went in person before it closed and got a bunch of items, got home and discovered that the employee that rang us up left out a whole bathing suit and socks but made sure to ring up and made us pay for everything… at this point not much can be done but make sure to check your bags for ALL your items that they rang up. Super disappointed and upset.
Freakin love going through Burlington and seeing what they have. Found some good stuff today and will def be back to buy some more.

Really great little store. We found everything we wanted, and bonus an umbrella for the terrible weather today. If you’re looking for Brooklyn merch and more, this is the perfect shop for you!

If you have never been in a maze before, if you come here, you surely have been now they have so many awesome things here to buy. I came here for two pieces of garment and left with like 27 different things.
I have ordered breast pump on Amazon from them. They have provided wrong tracking number that was showing delivered to the wrong address, I immediately contact Amazon to confirm is that the right tracking which they did. I’ve ordered another pump as I needed ASAP and then few days later this pump arrived. Item has never been unboxed but they refuse to take it back for free- in best case asked 25% restock fee to be paid. Medela policy which they are referring to clearly states that product that haven’t been opened can be returned.

I give this old navy a 5 star because everything is always so nice and neat. Also the times I’ve gone mostly clothes is on clearance and workers have been super friendly.

This store becomes crowded really fast depending on the times that you visit. I also don't like that the jewelry display is in an awkward place, which is in the waiting line. It makes it hard to browse the selection of jewelry with people impatiently waiting behind you. I was told once that I was holding up the line when that wasn't my intention.
We always stop here on our way to Vegas. I swear this Tommy store can take all of my money when I come through! You'll always find a great deal and great clothing and accessories.
Millie from Lullaby is one of the best salespeople we have interacted with, period--providing the highest levels of customer service. As first-time parents, we were overwhelmed with the options for car seats, strollers, traveling, and high chairs while also wanting the safest options for our kid. Millie calmed our nerves, provided excellent, human-centered practical advice, and matched us with the best products for us. Millie remembered our names and was super accessible. Everything we have purchased has been so great for us in ways, honestly, we wouldn't have anticipated, but that Millie thought about and explained to us.
The overall store is fantastic too. One time, we tried to buy a pack-n-play online and couldn't get it delivered for more than six weeks. We called up the store, and they had it in stock and ready for pick-up the same day. They also had the high chair we wanted in stock that was not available online.

This is my favorite Burlington in the area and I find that their prices are better than TJ max or Marshall’s. Always a wide selection to choose from and enough space where it doesn’t feel claustrophobic like the other one does. Would recommend.

Milly has been AMAZING.. I have been coming to this store for months in regards to which stroller would be the perfect for our family. She took the time always to explain and answer any questions I had. I ultimately went with the Nuna Triv Next. She also reminded me I was a customer in 2014 with my first child. Her time and help is definitely appreciated. Will be back for more necessities.
I frequent this TH store several times a year, and I can say their prices are still as high as any big name anchor store. It's always clean. The staff do just that... staff. Nothing more, nothing less. They stay moving the store around, so I stay looking for what I need because it's never where I left it lol. I mean it's an okay store that's why I go back.
I purchased a Nuna Aace booster car seat online and had an awesome experience picking it up. Their online store is on Shopify which I love for its convenience and when I went over to pick up the order the shop manager / owner unboxed and installed the car seat for me. It’s a wonderful neighborhood boutique store with lots of beautiful, essential inventories such as car seats, strollers, and beyond.
I love shopping at Old Navy especially for summer clothing. I love the fact that many of the items I buy are 100% cotton and usually not made in China!!! From my point of view, Old Navy is relatively inexpensive. In addition to tops for spring/summer, I love the flip flops, straw hats and bags for summer. It's a great place to shop if you need items for your vacay!!! I would recommend checking out Old Navy!!

I want to make an exchange and I went to the 1st old navy representative and expressed to her of a certain size I’ve been searching for, I begged and plead to her (which wishing it wasn’t necessary) if she could find the size if available in the stockroom, she search to see in her computer and said there were 4 left of the size I want available. I already had a item in hand so I went to put the item back where I found it from the rack, when the second old navy rep went to the same rack as i, the size I wanted wasn’t available (which it was not how I expect) but the second representative, name Chris, thankfully was really helpful to me even though I was rushing and fumbling because I knew the store hours was about to come to a close didn’t want to cause in wasting their time and energy (again wishing it wasn’t necessary) but Chris was kindly patient with me, helped me out a lot. Chris offered me suggest options for the size item I wanted and helped me with my item exchange….Chris was a godsend….thank you so much.

Bought these Sun glasses less than 2 months ago and they just randomly broke while in my hands..I took care of them like a baby. They clearly sell trash branded as Tommy Hilfiger. Not recommended
Horrible customer service. Drove 120 miles to the store and was told that I couldn’t purchase jeans in there back stock because they just did inventory. They told me to drive back the next day after 2pm and they would sell me the jeans. What retail company does inventory on Saturday the busiest shopping day of the week. This is a Tommy Hilfiger Store not Walmart. I will forward this experience to there corporate office.
one of a kind shop with a lot of really unique local gifts! it's my go-to place when I want to bring something "Brooklyn" to friends and family. This place is family owned and run! The shop has a friendly relaxed bright and happy vibe. The owners are real Brooklyn neighbors and are also great to chat with about all things NYC. great shirts, cards, bags... A lot of the products are designed and produced on site! Definitely stop here if you are exploring Brooklyn or if you want to bring a piece of the city home with you!
As a bigger and taller woman, it is hard for me to find pants or bottoms that fit correctly and are long enough for me. I went to Ross, Marshall’s, Walmart, Target, etc and could never find anything. That’s when I decided to go to the Old Navy and THANK GOD I did. I found leggings, pants, AND SHORTS. Some in the clearance section, and other on sale. I also got some cute shirts. I bought 4-5 outfits for myself all under $130. We went back today to find some jeans for my fiancé and he got a ton of pants and shirts, too. Their deals and sales are amazing. The rewards are awesome. The selection is body-inclusive and for once, I did not feel ashamed or self conscious in a store. I’m so happy they carry bigger sizes. Thank you, Moscow Old Navy.
Burlington is a fun place to shop. They always have new items, friendly staff and a clean store. Other than some messes some customers leave 🙄. The store is arranged nicely so you can actually move between rows with a shopping cart.
I rarely write negative reviews but these were the most rude staff members I have ever encountered in my life! Closed their fitting room 30 mins before the 9pm closing time. Tried to provide feedback suggesting that they should either inform customers in the store or put up a notice that fitting rooms close earlier than the store. The store manager (Kate) and her cronies totally ignored us and walked away mid conversation. Girl at the checkout had so much attitude! Didn’t ask about the shopping experience, never told us about store membership or the additional discount if you sign up. We had to ask and sign up ourselves. After billing, she didn’t even have the courtesy to hand over the bag in our hand. Instead she just left it on the counter. No “thank you, have a nice day”. She was probably instructed by the store manager to treat us rudely in this manner! Staff seriously need some training on customer experience. If you don’t know how to communicate and treat your customers, you should probably not be doing this job. No complaints about the style and quality of products that were available at the store.
Zero stars if I could.. in the past 3 years each and every experience at the store when walking in to SIMPLY pick up an online order has been an awful nightmare... For starters, the staff refuses to make eye contact! They are hasty and overzealous too for no reason! They have zero experience and don't understand the simple premise of customer service: you must be happy to be there for one, two, you must make eye contact with a customer! Then you are genuinely communicating and simply assisting someone with checkout. Simple. AND especially with an online order pickup: it's supposed to be easy, they say it is on website but when you get to this location it's a nightmare and you're made to feel awkward and uncomfortable as you're trying to reach in your bag for the phone that you need with the email & barcode, as well as the ID you need to bring (which is clearly stated on the email)..I mean hey we know how to shop, we know what to bring!;..but when you walk in you are demanded your ID immediately - as in one case from a girl who was not even doing the pickup she was going to go get somebody else - but she wouldn't shut up about the ID immediately after I walked in the front area..... TODAY Nov 28 '22 is the last day for me to pick up my extremely much needed items purchased online days ago!! Today's the last day, the 5th day to pick up by end of day (as my email clearly stated)! BUT the inexperienced, rude staffer overzealously (per usual) put it away ??? and I got notification that I'm getting a refund ?!? Well it's heartbreaking now.. We purchase stuff online at a discount..a great deal and the items are extremely useful and good quality and much needed!! The items I purchased are severely needed and I was looking forward to picking up today :( :( :( The person who put it back did wrong and provided a huge disservice to me! The management needs to make amendments by contacting me.. I will be contacting upper management in San Francisco.. I have had enough of this store and this needless rude behavior..this is not the Old Navy mission or practices across the Nation! I am devastated by the email today letting me know that I'm getting a refund when I extremely needed the Christmas gifts that I purchased a few days ago for "store pick up, bring this email & government ID"!! :( :( :(

You have to have an Old Navy credit card to get many of the "great deals", otherwise you're going to be tricked into paying full price for most or all of your shopping. The % off signs around the store do not state MUST HAVE AN OLD NAVY CREDIT CARD FOR THIS DEAL Store employee typical reason "oh, I just work here." LAME!
My mom was visiting and needed to find some cute NYC gifts for her friends back home in North Carolina. We were avoiding Manhattan and crossing paths with the NYC Marathon, so this store was a truly convenient find. The store is well stocked and the staff was super friendly. My mom got everything she needed at very reasonable and fair prices.

Zero customer service at this place. Four associates in the nearly empty store, two of them starring at their phones and nobody can open a fitting room. Apparently per their policy they have to stick all together instead of helping the customers.
Found everything I was looking for. The people were polite and friendly. The cashier explained the benefits of a Burlington charge account. I applied and was approved. Got my promised discount. Was more than pleased. I will definitely do my Christmas shopping there.
I ordered the Doona from Amazon but when we were told that our baby was coming home sooner than expected I had to change plans. I called up Lullaby baby to have them send this earlier (they were the sellers through Amazon). The customer service representative (who I can’t remember the name at the time of this review!!!) from their store was EXTREMELY efficient. She called me back saying they can take mail me the item by days end and it would arrive in 2 days. They even called back to make sure that I received the item. Of course the Doona came and is an amazing stroller. I would highly recommend buying items directly from them when possible! I had an excellent experience.
This has got to be one of the worst stores I’ve ever walked in. Once you walk in you noticed the barely stocked racks. There are barely any clothes items AT ALL. All of the clothes sizes were mixed in together. The whole store is super messy, and there is literal trash everywhere. I don’t understand how they can allow a store to be this distasteful. I would stay away from this Burlington since it is not worth the time.

It was by chance that I stumbled upon this adorable children's store. There are a variety of books, toys, and unique merchandise available at the store. Their clothes are absolutely adorable. The owner, sales manager, and staff are all very friendly, helpful, and eager to help you find the perfect gift. In addition to being decorated for every holiday, their windows are as whimsical as well. It's a favorite among the neighborhood children!! This is a great place to go if you need a gift for a newborn, toddler, or 6 year old! There is also a sister store called Disco that is just as amazing and fun as this one!

I was calling to do a stock check for pants and she took the time to not only look through her shop but also looked to see if any nearby stores had them 🙌 She went out of her way to call AppleValley's store since they didn't pick up for me and she gave me a call back. I found a pair of swim trunks that I wanted to purchase but I was told you had to purchase BOTH the swim trunks and the rash guard because they were a “set” but you had to buy each piece individually. The trunks were 48 and the rash guard 42. I found them online from the company and they didn’t have to be purchased together there.

Great customer service! Great prices actually surprised at the great deals they have and they offer on top of the sale they have if you sign up for the rewards program which is free and only gives you more coupons they take an extra 10% off at the register for the whole purchase. You won’t be disappointed and their prices are great!.
Really adorable kids clothes, but crazy expensive. I didn’t give two stars for the price though, I gave two stars for the customer service. I was persuaded into buying and extra outfit in case the other didn’t fit- later to find out they don’t do returns, just exchanges. In addition, every time I go in the woman working is very uncomfortable. Makes me feel like my child and I are in the way and an inconvenience. Now I’m stuck with a $125 gift card to a store I’d prefer not to go into.
This place is a complete wreck on o the point where it’s unacceptable.

Went there for some Christmas shopping, saw, took pictures and left. There was garbage and accessories on the floor and it was absolutely horrendous in there. The only good looking space was the clothes. At least half the store was organized but for god sakes what is all the trash and stuff on the floor? 10/10 do not recommend going in there. All of this is right as you walk in too, not hidden or anything. Very disappointed that I couldn’t shop there. I hope they get their store cleaned up and organized.

It's a huge store. As compare to other burlington stores they have almost no shoes, loads of ladies clothes and decent kitchen variety.
The thing I loved the most is the art supplies that you don't u as usually find.
Its at a very convenient location because it has a shopping mall enterance and there is a JC Penny's and Target at a walking distance.

What a great store!!! One of the only locations in Brooklyn to have a Baby Cruz V2 in the color Finn that has been discontinued by the company! The owner was knowledgeable, sweet, helpful and not at all pushy like some other mom and pop places. He even has the Out Of Stock, Very Popular Doona Car Seat & Stroller in the store!!! I will be recommending this place to all my friends who are parents or soon to be parents!!!
I am so happy that I popped into Tommy Hilfiger before I went on vacation. I was able to grab 3 outfits and my husband was as well, that accommodated the look and feel of what I needed for my trip. In the first picture, I am dressed ready to go out on the town in a cute white short sleeve sweater and Navy blue rayon pants. My husband and I wanted to coordinate for our second and third day and Tommy Hilfiger was able to provide from head to toe the look I was trying to accomplish. Great place to shop and desirable prices.

Terrible customer service’s employees sitting around on merchandise they do t great you when you walk In. I came In to purchase an ladies sweatsuit, quickly changed my mind, I rather provides service elsewhere. Will never return back there again. Please don’t waste you’re money on this in professional disorganized place. You don’t know who’s coming to shop or how much I was planning on spending.
The store is clean and organized. Great sales and discounts. The male employee working the register today with the long wavy hair was amazing! Great customer service, friendly, funny, and helpful. He deserves a promotion or raise.
I did a purshace last week, sorry I was so disappointed, tye shirt has a big hole, I'm far way I can go to the store to ask for replacement.....
My daughter was gifted with clothes from Old Navy. None of them fit. We went in to exchange them today. My daughter and I are both ASD, and photosensitive, and were both agitated being in a store we've never shopped in. Literally EVERY employee who was there today, was wonderful. They were patient and kind, knowledgeable, and kept offering to help us, with everything. They walked us to the areas we needed, and were gentle and supportive every step of the way. I was very impressed, and touched, and wanted to compliment them publicly. Good job.

Love there Discounts I come every other month to shop.... this last time I came in one of the cashier first was nice but after when we started to ask her about the discount she started to give us attitude and making sound with her mouth.
As always, this is my store! Awesome deals and lovely clothes. Wide variety of styles and sizes. Very affordable and of good quality. You lost a star because the one working bathroom in such a big store in the middle of Downtown Brooklyn is not good. There is never any water to wash your hands, in that one working bathroom either. Please do better Old Navy!
Very clean store and alot of clothes to chose from. They also have their signature Tommy perfumes and cologne. Love this store so much!
I wanted to change my closet to something new. After going through a lot of thinking I chose Tommy. But the outlet made it even better. The price is cheap for the same thing you get at Mercy's or any other shop. With about $2000 wealth of clothes, I only paid about a quarter. The best part is, the sales AAssociates are friendly and will let you know if there is extra amount of dollars you could save. I rate it 6 stars if I could.
Tony was good. Considering that this outlet is simply boring. Yes, boring. You will se many signs announcing the serious discounts. But you will not follow me that many times worth the buy. I got many underwear that were on sale. The rest wasn't worth purchasing.

When I was growing up in Moscow old Navy was the place to go for affordable clothing. While it's not my style anymore they still carry high quality clothing. They have really good prices for jeans, t-shirts, polo shirts, and pretty much any kind of clothing you want. The store was great if you outgrew something shortly after you bought the item. I've seen this store quiet and I've seen it rowdy, however it's mostly quiet all the time. The store as well lit, clean, and organized. The staff is super helpful with all of your questions. The checkout as a smooth process. Sometimes they have deals to look out for. Prices are pretty inexpensive across the board, I personally recommend buying Jean's and shirts from here. The store does have a dressing room and it's usually empty so you won't be waiting long. Sum it up this store is great for kids who are still growing. Five stars for excellent service and prices.

Went in to look for a pair of jeans, and got exactly what I wanted. Tammy provided excellent customer service throughout the store. The business is friendly, professional, and priced exactly right. I'm definitely going to be purchasing from this location again!
