Absolutely ridiculous the wait. Lines all the way around the burlington. Slow cashiers, little cashiers and too much talking in the front. This is even worst than the one in fordham. It used to be the fastest and efficient workers. Now it's disorganized, almost empty (2nd floor)filled with broken items, open products, etc. No working bathroom which makes it even worst. THREE WORKING CASHIERS!!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!

I don't know what this neglect of customers is. People are waiting to pass to perform. I think the officials are not interested. The line does not move and there are two employees at the cashier. This is absolutely unacceptable. I think the person responsible must be changed. I will not come back again

The bathroom is another issue. They literally hide the code from you which is straight up ridiculous in my opinion. They cover the code and make sure you can’t know it. The bathrooms are disgusting too. Avoid this mall at all costs. Not worth going to.

This place has so many great things (clothing & accesories, housewares, home furnishings & accents, toys, tools, colognes, food items, electronics, etc.) and at such great prices. In this current inflation it's good to have a place you can go to where you can buy brand new items at greatly reduced prices. The only downside is that lately the checkout lines are ridiculously long. I'm willing on wait on them...sometimes.

I just literally went in and asked about a shoe for sale and got ignored by the 2 workers in the front and they were on their phones about something on their screen . No wonder why they get bad reviews. Hiring kids these days that have no work ethics .

Decent store, it has a nice variety of stuff for all ages. Got a cute little purse here but that line is just HELLAAA long, waited atleast an hour but their prices are really good, so I was willing to wait but still just beware that line is loooong

I love Burlington stores, however, this particular store is in a shambles. Corporate needs to get a grip on it. Change the manager or whatever it needs to do. Just because its located in the Bronx, doesn't mean it has to look like this. Horrible just horrible.

My first time in this Burlington store in Cross County. I had to use the restroom the security guard at front of store told me where it was located, near the women's dressing room. Another Lady also had to use the restroom. Maria in the women's dressin

Very hectic store at checkout but otherwise lots to choose from. With the usual Old Navy value
The line is outrageous. They only had 3 out of 15 registers open the entire hour we were on the line. They were more people walking around behind the registers then actual registers opened. Also everything is opened. Chips? Body spray? Charger? Headphones? All opened.

I applied online as a sales associate but was denied the position because it was full. I was offered the backhand position. There were very nice people when I came for my first day of orientation. After that everything just went downhill. Very unorganized to a point, I was terminated three times before I even started, which is insane. Someone messed up my tax information. I was terminated, my account was locked. I was terminated now I had to wait three weeks after messing up and calling periodically to ask why my personal information was messed up, why I wasn’t able to get a response or schedule. Today I was terminated once again because I had a doctor’s appointment when they finally decided to give me one day to work at the last minute. This is very unprofessional!! Unfortunately, I would not recommend anyone working here unless you’re a high school student looking for minimum pay and hours. Also, I’m scared because I have no clue what happened to my personal information.
Will not be shopping at this or any burlington anymore. While looking for shoes in the childrens section for my daughter i stepped on a security tag needle it peirced thru my shoe and foot. I brought it to an employees attention that the needle/pins were all over the floor and she looked at me and said "yeah they're there and what" I left the store after that. Forget about me what about all the kids running around there shoeless trying on shoes what happens when one of them step on the bunch that were on the ground.
Today, as well as the past few visits, was completely disappointing. The store is always an absolute mess, there are security guards that are supposed to be watching the floor, but instead, they're on their phones, not paying attention, and my biggest problem, is that the selections in the Men's department, if it can be called that, are absolutely terrible. The shirts and pants are dismal, and there are no shoes to shop for. Quite honestly, I have had about enough of this store. The quality of this location is absolutely pathetic and REALLY needs to be improved.

Terrible place. The line would take you about an hour. That’s all you need to know. You want to get out on time, bring someone with you to get on the line as soon as you come in- by the time you have gathered all you need, you would still need to wait a couple of minutes before they check you out. There is just 1 cashier actually working. The others are just supervising that the cashier is doing her job. Also, can you find the bag of chips that hasn’t been open? 👀
I've been to Burlington in a few states and they all suck like they just fling the merchandise on the selling floor Majority, the shells are always empty.The only full section is maybe the bath section with towels and shower curtains.It's the worst
This place was great a few years ago but recently has gotten really shabby. The selection of stuff has gotten way smaller. The store is always a mess and has been arranged in a weird way. The security guard has to let you in the store through a stanchion which is also something new. Yeah, I don't think I'll be going back to this location.
This was the most unprofessional clothing store I ever experienced. The clothes were priced higher in their computer than the sign said they wouldn’t honor the sign. 2 workers were arguing with each other and the other guy on register was on the phone taking forever to ring people out. If eblens lost the rite to sell Jordan’s and went under I don’t see how this place even exists. Any Eblens location was a far better biz then this hell whole

I purchased some home items and came back to return them and both times he was extremely pleasant n helpful.The lines are pretty long so I had time to watch his interactions with other customers and he deals with every customer with the outmost respect,this is extremely rare in todays world .Kudos to the young cashier upfront with the dreadlocks sadly didn’t get his name but he has a winning attitude.
Also I see a few comments complaining about the stores organization…literally has more to do with the shoppers at this location then the staff I frequent this location enough to see customers mess up the aisles like toddlers the isn’t enough payroll to clean up behind everyone ,you want neat stores shop better !!!

Disgusting workers! They are very rude and disrespectful they say they close at 7pm but they close the gate at 6:45.
Nice store, very unorganized though and lazy workers don't want to put clothes where they should go. Never had an issue at this location and found some nice clothing for myself as far as modest wear! Peace ✌🏾

Store should be open til 6pm on Sundays per Google..yet I pull up to a sign we are closed at 5pm on 1/21/23 per management 🤬 update your hours if this is the case!

they made me wait outside and let one person come in the store around christmas time where its cold and then they tried to sell me fake shoes. fake nike dunks. but they sell nike brand clothes and other shoes but tried to sell me fake ones. they need to get closed down
This Old Navy was spacious & organized. But unfortunately when it comes to the clearance section it’s too disorganized I couldn’t tell which pants is for women/men. Maybe separating men’s & female’s clearance clothing could be a nice suggestion?
Rainbow, I used to love and be here every Friday to buy clothes for myself and my grandson. I asked the manager who's heavy. Who wears tight close if I could return the bras. If they didn't fit right, she said yes, I came in here tonight with the receipt and they didn't want to return them. So the manager that helped me that day said in Spanish. She's crazy, just return them. Not knowing that I speak Spanish. I'm a grown up these days and it saddens across the store and yell. Something like that about a customer just disrespectfu and embarrassing and I will not be back. I spend check here almost every Friday but will no longer be shopping at this store.
Went here yesterday for help with an online order return and the staff was pleasant despite a customer's loud phone conversation making it difficult to process what the man at the counter was attempting to relay to me. Went downstairs to get shoes and the woman named Dahlia helped me and was very sweet : ). Dahlia asked me about my forever21 coat and we had a nice conversation. Unfortunately it seems the staff get the short end of the stick when it comes to customers. Please be kind to retail workers! 🙏
They have great stuff it's just that they where out of bags and I had to put my stuff in a garage bag that they where giving out. The staff is fantastic and security is friendly. Corporate please take better care of your staff so they can work comfortable.
It was 4 PM with ONE cashier. There was more than 14 people in line, and when the cashier called for assistance, nobody came up front. She said the manager was in a meeting. Please do better.

Heard about this shop. I thought the clothes would be too youthful. I'm 75 however I am in shape and take pride in being age appropriate . This store is on track. Well made garments and affordable prices. Very well constructed garments .
I love this store ! All my jeans are from here, their clothing is of good quality, it lasts long, it doesn't wash out or get stretched. They are a bit pricey depending on the item you want, but it's worth every penny
The minute I walked in they all looked miserable and annoyed. Asked to try on a shirt and they said the fitting room was closed. I asked the return policy and was told no cash back again annoyed we were asking. Not friendly at all. If people don't want to work don't and give it to someone that does. This reminds me of the old Eblems....if you're from new Britain then you know.

One of my favorite stores to go to on third avenue but for some reason they either open late or are completely closed . And I’m stuck going to Burlington … security is always present just seems like there’s poor management. I’m in there at least once a week and I see no leadership present . Usually a supervisor and a cashier trying there best.
Worker forgot to put in a pair of pants i purchased. I called and the person I spoke with said that they would hold it for me. I told them I live far away and it would take a couple of weeks for me to pick it up. They said that was not a problem and to give my name when I arrived. When I got there they did not have it and could not pull up my records of purchase even with my phone number on file. Missed out on a pair of pants I was charged for and never received.
I love this store, although I called today to confirm they were also running Memorial Day specials (being that they are an outlet store) and the woman I spoke to was so incredibly rude. She unfortunately did not share her name. Although when I asked if they were still running the specials she said “the 50% off?” I said yes, I wanted to confirm as you are an outlet store - she said “yeah… you called the outlet store.” And as I was saying thank you, she hung up on me.
They have a large selection and overall the staff does try to keep the store clean, but man the wait times can be a bit intense at times. I had to wait on line for 45+ minutes today and it was a weekday.
I came in today 3/26/23 and the male employee behind the register was extremely rude when I was asking for assistance with the shoes I couldn’t find downstairs. He snapped at me and told me to go find it myself. Then when I was waiting to check out he looked at me and walked away. Very disrespectful, he just proper training on what ‘ good customer service’ is because clearly he has None!

Spent 400 on clothing for grand kids on Friday but noticed Saturday one item was not in the bag. Called the store and spoke to the manager name Oscar. Oscar was very rude and came off very racist. I told him I had my receipt and what had happened. He asked for the trans number and what time I purchased my stuff. He then asked what color was I and what did I have on that day. He said he would have to look at the camera to see if I was telling the truth and would give me a call back later. Remind you I had my receipt and only wanted one item missing. The whole time the item was left up front with a note the night I had left it and he should have known that.
Store was being organized and seemed cleaner than other times I’ve been here. BUT most of pricing at this “outlet” store was much higher than the prices found on old navy’s website. Crazy prices for old navy clothing… Check prices online beforehand and have them price match in store if possible!!
Rainbow I don't like their quality of clothes too much anymore. A lot of the clothes are made w/ polyester instead of cotton and the purses are strange.

Very disappointed with the customer service here cashier didn’t give me original receipt after I made a return they only gave me the return receipt and they acted as if I was lying about not getting the receipt back after the first return thankfully I was able to get my money back thanks to an assistant manager but the store manager was stubborn and rude would not recommend

Clearance section is very neat. Few staff available to assist on the floor. No conventional registers available to check out. Had to do self check out. Could not find a conventional demin shirt or traditional jeans in my size so I was disappointed. Was advised by staff that was assisting me to find items to go online.

My daughter is in a leggings phase. But the music, while edited for radio, is not child friendly. Also, I did have to replace her last pair of leggings after a few weeks. But the process are good.
This is a great place to find inexpensive clothing trends in a wide variety of sizes from children to ladies plus sizes.

I needed a specific color t-shirt and they always have a variety of colors to choose from. Plus they have v-necks which I love.
I’ve visited many Burlington Stores in the past years and I have to say I’ve visited the Yonkers Burlington store on Central Park Ave is by far the most organized, well maintained Burlington I seen and they have knowledgeable staff. The Store Manager deserves an Award for the best Burlington in the North East region... FYI the pictures below were taken on February 12 at 2pm!!!

I’m not gonna lie I do love rainbow, they actually have the same stuff as fashion nova, you just have to take your time and look... I’ve found plenty FN items at rainbows.. the one in Manchester in a plaza is HUGE they have a lot!
The staff was great and professional. And it was my daughter's birthday and the ataff said, 'Happy Birthday"my daughter was so thankful for that!

I went there for the second time yesterday. The first time I went, it was around Christmas time. And during both times, the lines were moving really slow. When I went in line during Christmas, it was long because it was Christmas time, but even for that... the cashiers were still moving slower than snails. During Christmas time, all I did was buy one thing and return something else, and I think I had to wait in line for over an hour.
So when I went back yesterday, that was the last place I had to stop for the night before leaving the mall, and I thought it would be better than Christmas time. But, when I arrived there, there was maybe only a total of three other people in front of me; but I still had to wait a total of 30 minutes before two out of the three people were called to the register. And after that, I ended up waiting only an additional 15 minutes, because even after that time, the last person in front of me still hadn’t been called to the register. And by that time, I was already waiting for approximately 45 to 50 minutes just to return something that’s less than $2. And my husband was outside waiting to pick me up. So I ended up just leaving, without doing my return. I just decided to go to the Old Navy closest to my house to do the return another day. I’m never going back to this location again. And I would give this location a 0 star rating if I could; but, you know, that’s not an option.

I am appalled at the shear disrespect and disregard for loyal customers in the Yonkers (Getty Square) location. I was so disappointed to walk in 45 min before closing time for them to tell me half of their store is closed. The manager said “we wouldn’t get out of here until 11pm if we didn’t close the downstairs”. I’ve never seen or heard of any other clothing store complain to their customers about things of this nature. That’s what they’re in business for. I’ll be calling headquarters as well regarding this store. Every other Rainbow that I personally have been in has never brought me to such disappointment in my life. Words cannot describe the shear shock I am in that they didn’t want my money. My friends and colleagues are surely just as appalled as myself. I will not be going back again to this Rainbow and I wouldn’t recommend it to others either.
Amazing place for purchasing shoes for young ones. Although, some employees speak unexciting to customers; they always sounds they really don't want to help you. However, the prices to buy shoes is great, and there are some good caps there too!

Bought one of the lined winter jeans here. So happy with it. They had decent specials around black Friday. Picked up a hoodie as well. Both are comfy. Both fit great. Good quality also. I'm hopeful they gonna last. Their selection is good. Lots of jeans but the prices could be a little friendier. Had to stand in line a little longer than I thought I'm gonna but I'll give 5 stars because I'm so happy for the stuff I bought here. Would recommend, but if you're on a strict budget, probably this isn't the first store to look at.
Rainbow has always been cool. The prices are budget friendly and the store has a variety of apparel, accessories to choose from. Smtmes, sizes are sold out quickly esp. w/ shoes, belts, & intimate apparel. But, over all I like the store esp. the umbrellas & eye catching shirts. The name of the store is appropriate😀!
LET'S BE REASONABLE!!! I've been shopping at this location for the last few years and IT IS A GREAT LOCATION! There's always a long line because of that and you'll ALWAYS have an irate consumer or consumer that wants to question every little detail as the rest of us wait in line. It's BOUND TO HAPPEN. People also toss objects to the side until they find the size they're looking for. So it's bound to be messy from time to time. I've always had a good experience there. Thank you KP Old Navy

I always shop at the location on School street in East Hartford and I know all of the saleswoman. Well I'm upset to say that I won't ever shop at this location ever again. They were so nasty to me because my item broke and I wanted to exchange for another one. I told them that I put so much money into this business and they should never treat me like that. It's not like I was asking for my money back, I only wanted an exchange. It's too bad!!

Was online for about 30 minutes only to have a young Spanish girl with glasses and a ponytail tell me I couldn't check the balance on my gift card when the old navy website says you can check in any store, she gave me a dirty look like as if I was the one wasting her time. Very unfortunate because I was looking at some nice clothing and they had some very nice sales going on I had to take my business elsewhere to another location. I know they may sometimes have rough days but that's no excuse to treat people and talk to them with a nasty attitude makes me not want to come back to old navy
