This place has great styles and prices. I am always surprised by some random item that I find here. My friend is always going here for her socks (and other odds and ends).
I cannot go to the outlet without visiting the Polo Ralph store. Cannot beat the deals compared to Retail locations.

I do like the store a little not my ch selection their return policy is not ok folks misplace or lose receipts it happens they still refund but on store credit only if I'm not happy with the first thing I certainly don' wantt a second item they don't back their customers well I don't personally care for it give folk back their money's I've read a few complaints on this very issue
Came in looking for a new look for the new season, Alexis helped me out through the whole process. Bought a handful of new things, although pricey they should last for a long time. I will be back!

King Lemonade was here! 🤭 Anytime we are abroad he has to locate some good shopping. And you will get that here at the Nike store. The sales associates were nice and accommodating. If you had questions, they were very knowledgeable and gave you the answers and the direction of where to find it.

Zero star if possible! Horrible customer service and all the employees have a very bad attitude. I was inside the store at 5:30 and they said fitting room is closed. They just don't care about customers
Bought a pair of sneakers here. Liked the store but more so loved the service. Jerome helped us out. He was fantastic. Did his job in a nice quite way. Was very supportive in getting us the right sneakers and also answer our question. Just terrific. Good luck Jerome studying Human Resources. Stay true to your self. You will go very far. Big thank you to Nike, for hiring talented kids like Jerome and giving them the space to express themselves.

It's just way too crowded. Super long wait line, way past the ropes. Service was good considering. Why do LMP officers have to be inside every Nike store I go to here in Vegas? IDK !!!! Other hi end shops don't have cops for security!!!!! SMH.
You need to let them harvest your data through the app to not pay extra in the store. Also, app is broken and they want you to install it on multiple phones to not pay extra
Everyone was very helpful even though it was very busy (Saturday plus free tax day). My arms were full and one of the associates took my clothes upfront for me while I continued browsing.

Honestly this store is always clean and well organized but its frustrating googling what time the store closes to be told my employees they close half an hour earlier than posted online. I got here at 7:40 on the dot thinking i had at least 10 minutes to find something and checkout before it hit 8pm only to find the doors locked. There were like 4-5 customers in the store. And i dont want to be a b**** and complain and make them open the door because now theyre grilling me as i shop. How is the customer supposed to know ? I dont care if they close early but have it posted so people arent wasting their time and gas driving there. There isnt other stores like this in that “mall”. At least please post your hours on the door so people arent arguing with the employees all the time.

I went today and I had one of the worst customer experience in my life. The staff was so rude. I wanted to ask someone a question but a person “Sam” said that she wasn’t working. I went to the cashier to find someone else and they made me feel like a burden for asking a question. After I got all my things I went to the cashier and the same person “Sam” was at the cashier checking out, because she was buying something, with someone else at and she was making fun of the situation. They were laughing and giving me and my mother weird looks. This is not customer service. If this is how you treat people you’d Gould not be doing this kind of job.
This Belk was smaller than my home store but offered a much better selection and the clothing and sale items were much easier to find.
Nice place to visit for Nike store, it has four storey building with every level of floor has different things they are sell.
One of the staffs in this store was very rude and unprofessional. I asked a follow up question about alteration because the description is different from online and what they told me in the store. It says they can do do alteration for previously bought Uniqlo item unless it’s heavily worn online. But the staff in store said once it’s wash, they cannot do it. So I showed the staff the description online. When I showed him the policy I found online on my phone, the staff became rude, raised his voice and said it’s the policy, I cannot do it. The policy is “not” online.

The young man at the customer service return desk was very nasty and rude. I said that, I’m going to report him to the corporate office as soon, as it open on 6/5. I guess that is why he didn’t have a name tag on today, because he was prepared to be rude to me a senior citizen so early in the morning. The store had just opened up. I reported him to the manger on the third floor, but that’s not enough for me. This young man need a class in customer service etiquette. Just think we just had a major pandemic and, we are still not out of the woods.He should be grateful for his job and his life. Especially after we just came through the pandemic.

Hard to find help finding a product. All there are is cashiers with long lines and waiting. Mgrs should be helping them out.

I was looking for a windbreaker with a hood, but didn't find one. I bought a pair of Sketchers athletic shoes with a nylon upper and Goodyear soles; they fit well and were marked $40; down from $70. I bought a box of Teavanna Tea in Pineapple Mango flavor--it's scrumptious! They have bedding, Kitchen, Children's, Women's, Men's, Pets, Packaged Goods, Candy and many more departments. Merchandise is different every day, so if you see it for a good price, you'd better pick it up!
I only gave it a 4 star because I couldn't find my size. Otherwise, the sale associate was very nice.

This Nike store is absolutely massive, it’s spread over 5 floors, the top floor is dedicated to all things Jordan basketball with a mini basketball court.
The building is such a cool place with a great decor with amazing displayed items, I was very impressed with the plus sized items for ladies, good show Nike

The New Jersey edition tee shirts are so cute! Many friendly staffs in the store that are very willing to answer your questions. The store is in the first floor.

First of all after finally getting into the store, I was told that they don’t carry maternity items. Secondly they ran out of their gift boxes within 20 minutes of store open time. Such a waste of my time waiting for nothing.
My suggestions are saving an entrance for people who just want to shop and don’t want to wait for the gift, and prepare more gifts or limit the gift to one per family, etc.

Alexis the manager is AMAZING!!! I had a concern and she addressed it immediately and professionally. My husband and I travel often and always stop at the POLO stores. We will be sure to stop at this one more often!!!!
The best store that I alredy visit and see. So many stuffs (shoes) here. It's so amazing for me can arrive and find something new here.

Huge NIKE store in Soho. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Huge selection of Nike products over 4 floors. On the top floor is a small basketball court where you can play a little bit.
Prices are high, but on the same level as in other stores.

I go here every year when visiting Vegas especially during the holidays. Excellent deals on all NIKE attire and shoes. This last visit I found Jordan “jump” shirts for $15 that would cost $45+ at the stores, latest shoes for $60 that cost $125! During this thanksgiving holiday they posted everything in the store whether marked down or not was an extra additional 30% off! I’ve never been disappointed and it’s well worth the trip.
VERY VERY RUDE MANAGER (He has long hair)... I think he definitely has some problem and he needs to go for diagnosis. I got one shirt for my uncle as a gift... The size doesn't fit and came for an exchange. The store manager said there will not be returns or exchange for CLEARANCE item and he himself said there will be ORANGE color sticker on the tag. The shirt was not kept in Clearance section and there is NO orange color sticker on the tag. HOW DOES CUSTOMER KNOWS ITS A CLEARANCE? Thats the question i asked and he don't have an answer for that. when am arguing on this he lost his control and said that's all marketing techniques. How he had appointed as a MANAGER? GOD Knows. I had three five dollar reward dollars so my purchase came to 14.34. Why the cashier stated it wouldn't let her do all three. Hmm. She said that's never happened before but never offered a solution so I had to pay three dollars a d something. They just could not let my entire purchase be free, fixed system
The team in this shops is awesome. Very good service, friendly and supportive. My girlfriend had a pair of shoes mixed up (a blue and a black) and two weeks later I was able to exchange it to one full pair without big issues. Reminder - keep your receipts at least until you know you got the right pair ;)

The only reason for the two stars is the size and cleanliness of store. The store is 5 levels and has a massive amount of room. In typical Nike nonsense there is barely any apparel and shoes for sale. The 5th floor is called Jordan and I counted 5 pairs of Jordan's.... Foot locker down the street has nicer and more Jordan's. They have a half court but it was closed for private event. I'm sure that thing is closed more then open.

The negative reviews are true I fear… the general manager, Ramon, suffers from bouts of anger that he needs therapy for. He yells at his employees over little things. Lacoste deserves better. Ramon and some of his employees talk terribly about customers as well. Godspeed you, Ramon. Get well and may your mental health improve, I worry for it.
Very very poor service. I got one T-short from this store. I didn’t took that T-shirt out of my bag and I went to return that as the color which I got my friend didn’t like that. When I tried to return they said it had marks on it and their is no rag. I tried to explain that I don’t know it had tag or not. I don’t know how the mark came on as I didn’t take that T-shirt out of the bag but they didn’t return it. I mean how insane it is .. I wasted my 60$ on one T-shirt. Well I just have to show off this adorable purse. I've been eyeing in the window at Citi Trends in Greece... It was the very last one on display.. I think it's unique, trendy, colorful and will look great with the perfect outfit... The store manager was very helpful to get it from the locked display.. We came to look for summer shorts and had tried on a few things. Janelle was so informative and friendly! She helped us find the sizes we needed and even let us know the deals and promotions that were on the specific clothes we were trying on. She also checked on us as we were shopping throughout the store. Great customer service! She deserves a raise!!

I never knew of this store. I love their children's selection for "kid flashy clothes" & their clearance section definitely attracted my attention. It was a pretty exciting visit even just to look around. Reasonable prices. I didn't intend to buy anything but ended up picking up a few items because it was such a good deal. The staff was helpful & had great opinions and recommendations. I rarely leave a four star review but I felt this store deserves it because I know the value they add to the community.
Extremely disappointed on how I was treated when trying to return an online item. Manager was not helpful at all. Spoke to me as if I was a child as I tried to get more information on how to return items. She refused to help me and walked away. Left me with unanswered questions. Store associate apologize for manager’s behavior. I’m sure the associates are use to her rudely behavior.

I never know what I'm expecting when I go in because their inventory changes so rapidly but that's part of the fun. Employees are always friendly and helpful. It's actually part of the mall with access to the interior. I wish that there were more shops in the mall here and don't really understand the mall hours. Parking is usually easy to find. Returns are straight forward and they have a hold plan in case you find something you'd like but have to wait another day to pay for it.
The prices are really REASONABLE and nice!!! They have clothing sizes from small all the way to plus size! Pretty jewelry, pretty shoes! I love this store and the workers DON'T stare you down or walk behind you as you shop.. I feel completely COMFORTABLE and RELAXED when I'm shopping in there.

Went into the store for the first time not knowing what to expect and I was thoroughly pleased I had no idea that the store was even in the mall and Iv worked in the mall for over 2 years. Everything is such a great price and they have so much stuff to choose from
Sometimes there is a great selection and other times it is not. The store was clean. The cashiers are nice and helpful. The black “security” guy tries so hard to catch people stealing that he forgets what great customer service is. Welcome me in the store instead of follow me and others around the store. Lastly, they provide a military discount, so that’s a plus. I won’t return though, I hate being treated as a criminal.

The one in hamden right now seems to be ok for the season. Its a well kept store and the prices are really goos. However the store in Hartford really doesnt have much to look at. Not worth the trip right now if you are from out of town. Ill be sure to keep updating on the stores as the seasons bring different looks.

Store has a lot of cool shirts but unfortunately the adult shirts are really expensive. I didn't buy anything here but my brother did. He spent a lot of money on a Santa Cruz shirt.
The clothes is reasonably priced...I found a few items that I liked... earrings was different but cute. They have purses and shoes also if you're looking for a quick outfit this is the place to shop.
The store has a nice and full selection which is great. But I went to make a return tonight and the employee had his mask off when I came to the register and then acted as if I was interrupting him. Then once the return was done, he told me I couldn’t have my original receipt back. Only giving two stars for the cleanliness of the store. But the customer service is basura.
App did not work to setup personal shopping appointment. The merchandise in the store was not the neatest for a good shopping experience. Staff was professional, friendly and very helpful. Signage was very visibly posted for Covid-19 safety. I will be returning in hopes of an even better experience.

Worse experience here recently I went pick up an item and I waited in line for 15 minutes. The cashier jasmine so was rude she purposely was running around ignoring customers! Me & the lady behind me ended up leaving without purchasing anything.
I love this place. It is affordable and the staff is always nice. The stuff they have is pretty great. Love the kids clothes. They were the only place I could find pants that fit my son properly.
Entered into the store and was treated warmly. Malcom is the man!! Super friendly helpful and energetic. He is the definition of an amazing employee. The store itself was clean and laid out well. Tons of selection. The only downside was there was no sale :-( however, I will be back!!

I was there today and I had a bad experience I have two shirts for 25.00 and I grab the two shirts from the same rack ,but at the time of paying she told me one is two for 25and the other one is two for 35 I and up paying like almost 40dlls. Is just a dirty trick of them to make you pay more is not a honest business because if they keep doing this the store is gone close for good the customers don't come back.
I love rainbow their clothes are reasonable price at this store. The only reason why I gave them a 4 star is because when you returned stuff. It is not an hassle but required too much information that wasn't required upon purchasing.

I am in love with this store! There is definitely something for everyone at affordable prices. My only suggestion is that maybe the displays in the windows could look more appealing. It took me year's to go in because I was just judging by the displays. Other than that I am hooked & love just about everything in the store!

The clothes are 1 of a kind!!! But the attitude of that Man manager the one who acts like he owns the store is the rudest person in that store he thinks he's irreplaceable very very VERY rude is all i could say on here. He don't care WHO you are it's his way or NO way! Example of recent rudeness, it was MAY 23rd 18 a Wed. To be exact they were doing inventory until 2:00pm that particular day.
There were a few people outside including myself as well as UPS we were standing there Not realizing the inventory was going on nor did any of us see the paper off to the right side of the door that said closed till 2:00pm we see the rude MAN manager i told You about right they're near the shoes when You first walk in to the store looking at us shaking his head. We looked like why's he shaking his head with a smirk on his face? It was after 10:00am at this point so we thought what's going on? No decency to tell us or atleast point to the sign. The UPS driver left after 5-10 minutes of waiting without explanation. Finally i looked in and as i backed up i noticed the sign in black letters like the rest of the signs way to go manager-wanna be owner.Also after that incident i was walking back by after shopping at other s Stores in that plaza and i saw him actually open the door and in a louder voice say can't you see the sign??? The elderly woman who couldn't speak English just looked at him clueless and thought she was able to go in so she proceeded to walk towards the door and he shut it and locked it back up quick in het face. I've witnessed him numerous times be disrespectful i say to my self I'm not the only one. If that was my store, I'd be ashamed that That man was treating my customers like that. Actually a person like that Would NOT be running my store. He's got to go for the sake of your customers! I see others here wrote about this manager he's the only man manager there so it's gotta be the same one. I shop here nearly every week but i just kill him with kindness cause that's my nature. He's just to disrespectful to those of us who spend lots of money there. Other than him, You get clothes out of there nobody else has! It's 5 stars for the clothing. But 0 for that manager. There were a few people outside including myself as well as UPS we were standing there Not realizing the inventory was going on nor did any of us see the paper off to the right side of the door that said closed till 2:00pm we see the rude MAN manager i told You about right they're near the shoes when You first walk in to the store looking at us shaking his head. We looked like why's he shaking his head with a smirk on his face? It was after 10:00am at this point so we thought what's going on? No decency to tell us or atleast point to the sign. The UPS driver left after 5-10 minutes of waiting without explanation. Finally i looked in and as i backed up i noticed the sign in black letters like the rest of the signs way to go manager-wanna be owner.Also after that incident i was walking back by after shopping at other s Stores in that plaza and i saw him actually open the door and in a louder voice say can't you see the sign??? The elderly woman who couldn't speak English just looked at him clueless and thought she was able to go in so she proceeded to walk towards the door and he shut it and locked it back up quick in het face. I've witnessed him numerous times be disrespectful i say to my self I'm not the only one. If that was my store, I'd be ashamed that That man was treating my customers like that. Actually a person like that Would NOT be running my store. He's got to go for the sake of your customers! I see others here wrote about this manager he's the only man manager there so it's gotta be the same one. I shop here nearly every week but i just kill him with kindness cause that's my nature. He's just to disrespectful to those of us who spend lots of money there. Other than him, You get clothes out of there nobody else has! It's 5 stars for the clothing. But 0 for that manager. Corporate will be contacted and I'm not like that but when i pull up and wonder if he's working which he usually is knowing I've gotta see that Man i don't even want to go in to my favorite go to store for my entire family.
