The store has definitely improved since the last time I was in. More stock, less messy. However there was an older/elderly employee (I assume manager) who was incredibly rude to me and the employee helping me at the cash register today. I was buying two small trash cans and I denied a bag. The woman came up and touched my cart, so I smiled and thanked her (believing she was removing it for me). Instead she looked at me with a dead stare, turned her gaze to the cashier, aggressively grabbed a bag and forced it into her hands, demanding she put the trash cans (which were already in my arms) in the bag. I didn’t want to waste plastic, as I was parked very close, and was already holding the dang things, but the unpleasantness of this woman seemed like it wouldn't be worth arguing. I apologized to the cashier because I know how these employers are. Looking for things to insult/pick on for no reason other than boredom and ego.
You can’t help but enjoy shopping at Burlington on top of that. They have a layaway all year around. It just gets better.
Good shopping experience. Lots of items i was hoping to find were there and priced right. Lines were not outrageous and store associates were very helpful and cheerful in spite of the rush.

Great service today! We are in Telluride for the holidays and found out unexpectedly that we had to travel for a funeral. We found great options at Cashmere Red, and they were also really helpful and called ahead to Scarpe to find pants for us that would work. We were met at the door with kindness and they were ready to help us, and immediately brought perfect options for pants, belts and shoes! To have this positive experience while we are going through a tough situation really made the day.
The store everybody's looking for bargain this store always give good bargainsit still may seem like the average bargain store but it's a pretty large one.
Celebrated my daughter’s first birthday here. The place was clean and so fun for all ages that came to the party. The owner was super nice, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
I highly recommend hosting your kids party at boogie babies. It’s fun for all ages, super clean and the owner is so nice and accommodating. It’s like hosing a party in your basement only much bigger and more comfortable with a man cave kitchenette and endless fun for the kids. 10/10

This fall I had purchased a shirt at the Polo outlet in Tilton, N.H. I have bought many shirts and sweaters there over the years. It did not fit and a week later my wife tried to exchange it for me. In the course of her experience she found the manager to be curt, unhelpful and rude, in her perception. I told her not to worry, I would return and had plenty of time because the salesperson had told me that I had sixty days to return or exchange. I thought that to be strange at the time and repeated the “60 days” back to the sales person and they confirmed it. At around 40 days I finally had some time to stop by. Apparently this same manager, was quick to shut down any possibility of an exchange or return after 30 days, all I wanted was an exchange as the shirt simply did not fit. I tried to explain, that I was under a different impression and the manager referred me to the reverse side of my receipt, and seemed to have an attitude that there would be no consideration of other facts. My impression was that this individual seemed to enjoy his authority a little more than customer service and used very polite words to convey what seemed like a very decided contempt for my request. I would not recommend this store.
They had a wide selection and I found everything I needed. The store is clean and organized.

It's been difficult to find an open register to check out. Maybe a sign at the entrances saying which department has a register open.
both kids 1 and 3 had so much fun. they have activities for either boys or girls! the place is safe and clean. they even have a designated space for kids party and play with no over crowding. very welcoming atmosphere! we will be back for sure.

Went today to shop after 12 pm, line was a little long. There was a lady worker up front with two buns in her head like a little girl playing with hangers and not helping customers. I don't know if she was the manager but if she was she should be ashamed of herself. 👎🏻
I had a wonderful experience shopping at the Clinique counter. My search for a new skincare routine was over after I had spoken to Kylee. She was well informed, professional, kind, and attentive. Just found the best legging/yoga pants here. I love them so much I bought 2 pairs. I love the material and best part is they have pockets. Haha. I like the way their jeans fit as well
Great inventory in this location. It was clean, orderly and staff is friendly.
They get you in with the sales. Then when you wait in a the super slow line to check out, they have all these random things with no prices. Grabbing a few of them, and then for some reason they can't scan the actual barcodes, they have a book with them all. They must mark up the prices because 2 20oz sodas, and a candy bar actually cost just as much as the shirt I got. I couldnt believe it. When mentioning it, I was told they charge premium for that stuff because they aren't a candy store. So just buy the clothes and ignore everything without a price tag while waiting in line.

I’m so sorry to the two girls who came up to me right after someone had told me they were closing in 15- they were just doing their job and I didn’t mean to come off so rudely. 10/10 customer service
While there shopping today I had a bit of a medical issue. I sat in one of the chairs in the cosmetic dept. Michael, a salesperson there, came over to inquire if I needed help. He set me up in front of a fan with a chair and brought me some water. Had it not been for his kindness I could have ended up on the floor!
It's hit or miss here. Some friendly staff others not so much.
You can find some pretty cool things here. It's a good place to find small furniture and unique decoration and home goods. There is usually something for everyone where it comes to clothes too.

I know I couldn't expect anyone to open it just for me but I just asked Vicky if she could let me try 2 pairs of denim before I buy them as I was visiting the town for weekend and wouldn't have chance to return it!
Vicky gladly let me try them at 7:50 and I was really happy with those denims and ended up buying!

The mall gave them (along with 2 other stores) FREE glasses to watch solar eclipse to GIVE out to mall guests. This store was only store that required a purchase to get them. Cashier's attitude made me not want to look around to possibly make a purchase.
Boogie Babies in Rochester is awesome. I loved that I could see both kids play in different areas. They had a giant slide, a kitchen, art area, dancing room, building blocks, doll area, and a tot area. It was super clean. The owner was extremely friendly. Message them on Facebook or call before you go to reserve a spot. I messaged at 9:30 at night expecting a response the next day, and nope it was nearly immediately. They do private birthdays often, so you want to make sure there is open play. It was only $12 per kid. Highly recommend! Both kids had a blast.
My daughter loves Boogie Babies! We have been coming since she was one. She had her two year old birthday party here. Everyone loved it! Three of our guests ended up booking/inquiring about parities of their own! The owner is so kind, accommodating, and communicates very well. We love love love this place.
The employee didn’t give me one of the bags with my items in it. I kept calling their number, nobody ever picks up! I don’t live near the store, & going to get it back or refund was a hassle, but I will never visit the store again.

I’ve only been here twice so but so far, this place is great! The owner is very kind and professional. The place itself is very clean for being an indoor kids playground. My 10 month old loves it here and it’s great to get us both out of the house!
My wife and I pulled 3 cards from the angel tree at church. I got elected to do the shopping for theaeb3 poor kids. One was 8 one was 5 and the other 13yo. I had no idea where anything was. I see a store employee and ask for help. Her name is Barbara H. She said wait a minute went and clicked out. She then proceeded to walk around for a half hour helping me get all the items on these kids with list. She could of just pointed areas out but no she took me to each area and helped me find the things the kids wanted. Employees like that are very hard to find. . Bless you Barabra H and thx for the help. Your bosses should be proud of you.
Prices and selections are good. The store is a constant mess, though, and the lines are ridiculous!! Knowing that it's the holidays, you would think they would add some extra cashiers. And make sure you really want it because if you need to return it you need to get in the same line for the cashiers. Both times here recently have left me waiting in line for 40 minutes with only 2 cashiers working. Come on, guys. You know it's the holidays get with the program. And clean up the store a little. It doesn't need to be this messy all the time.
This Marshalls is the only one in the area. It has lots of variety and is well stocked. Is very busy but well kept . Plenty of parking

This Old Navy Tanger Outlets is ALWAYS stocked with the VERY BEST! I can always find exactly what I need even when item is no longer available in stores or online. Excellent store.

Very cute place! It's a perfect size for young kids (looks like up to 5 years old). Usually I have to follow my 1 year old all over at other places designed for older kids and it's stressful but this was so chill. He got to explore and I could see him at all times. VERY CLEAN AND SAFE. This is the cleanest play place I've ever seen. Owner was so nice. He did say he usually books parties/events and it's a good idea to call before coming in to see if open play is available. I didn't know that. Luckily we were able to come in. I'm so glad I found a place suited for little ones.
My granddaughter needed Polo shirts for school. Price on the tag said $49.50 sign above the shirts said 20% off. Brought them to the counter, they said the tag reflects the discount. That's bull considering it's $49.50 regular price on line. There is no way they changed EVERY tag on their sale items including the ones out back.
One of the best store to go to in this outlet. Of course the manager makes a huge difference. Last week we went, the manager Misty was wonderful. You can tell she loves her job. Store is organized. The customer service is great. Very professional and friendly. Thank you for an excellent service.

Fantastic sales! Everything in the store was clean, organized and spaced out wonderfully so you weren’t bumping into people while shopping. Huge selection to choose from, left with a huge bag of clothes!
We met several kind and helpful employees. That's the exception to the rule in most Marshalls, Ross and TJ Maxx stores. The clothes were more organized than I have seen at other locations. We found great shoes and clothes for my daughter to wear to work. She's petite and has small feet and can be hard to shop for. The dressing room attendant was fantastic. I also found really high end bedding for both of us at great prices. The cashier was nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend shopping at this location.
I am so disappointed in old navy. I walked into the store, hoping to find thong underwear, I walked through the store for 5 hours and there was NO female thong underwear in sight. They had men’s boxers, but not woman’s underwear. I was so distraught and speechless. What happened to gender equality? I thought times have changed, but clearly there are still issues that need to be fixed. I will not be shopping at old navy ever again after this traumatic experience.
If you have a toddler that you don't want to fall from astounding heights, or get pummeled by bigger school age kids who are in the tot area....THIS IS THE PLACE! The space is manageable. I've gone to so many places where you walk in and are immediately overwhelmed. There are opportunities for exploratory and imaginary play. If my son wandered off, I didn't worry at all because there are 2 doors. If he went through one, the alarm would sound and he wouldn't be able to go through the other because of the child protective knob. I have to stay on top of my son everywhere we go. It was nice to sit and watch him run and explore for once. This place is a dream come true and my 2 year absolutely loves it. The owner is such a sweet guy. I've spoken with him on the phone multiple times and he was always very kind. I really appreciate that, especially in today's climate. This is our new spot! Can't wait to go back!
Always love their clearance section since kids outgrow stuff fast. Lacking on anything worth while today, mustard yellow polos, pea green sweaters… sometimes you can find really nice polos or shirts at a good price. 4 star because it’s a little unorganized.

Jillian was amazing. Stores are so understaffed and she handled it beautifully. Waited in line for 10 minutes to buy shoes but wanted to get perfume also, 4 people in line behind me. She was calm, kind and thoughtful - took the 5 to 7 minutes to help me find a great smelling perfume when it was busy and reassured me when I told her I was sorry I was preventing her from clearing the line at the register for a few minutes. Everyone in line was kind but frustrated at the short staffing (just like the staffing issues with bus drivers) - our young people like Jillian and other employees deserve praise for great customer service, a raise and maybe most importantly our compassion. Merry Christmas and may we all show each other more love.

I read some of the lower rated reviews & noticed many were from a few yrs ago. I went there today & had a great experience! The place was clean & orderly. ALL the staff were pleasant, friendly, helpful. It was noon time on a holiday weekend and not a long line and the line moved quickly. I found 2 awesome outfits that were very reasonably priced and great quality.
I was able to get all of my sons school clothes from here as well as some cute things for me. LOVE their graphic tees. Store is very clean and staff is friendly and helpful.

The two ladies running the store were incredibly rude. When my friend and I walked into the store we were looked up and down by the lady at the front who did not say hello. After being in the store for 2 minutes we were informed “they only have the smallest sizes on the floor so if we want to try something on they might have our size in the back”.

From the parking lot to cash register is very neat and clean. The staff that I delt with were courteous and helpful. They seemed to have a working knowledge of the products and current sales.
I was here Saturday afternoon in full costume for one of the Halloween shows. This was one of many Recycled Percussion shows I've been to, and it was one of the best! The new venue is amazing and the beforehand "experience" which included a backstage meet and greet and a little history and tour of the stage and light board was fun! Overall it was a blast, I danced a bunch and I will be back for more shows! I will say if you are sound sensitive, bring some earplugs as this show is loud!! 😀
First time at Marshall's today. Found a few things I liked. Was in check out line and fire alarm went off. Nobody at the registers seemed to know what to do. Stood there a good 7 minutes before an associate from the back came up front to tell everybody to leave the building. Fire Dept. came and no fire was found. Stood outside almost 30 minutes waiting for them to let us know something or let us back in. Finally got tired of waiting and left.

On 1/10/2021 I had the worst experience at this store to make matters worse its a " KIds foot locker." I am a disabled vet and was shopping with my 5 year old son. Two young females , one by the name of " iliwen, " was assisting the other. I asked for a pair of shoes and they had me waiting for 10 minutes. While I was waiting two new customers walked into the store and asked for shoes and within 2 minutes they got their pair of shoes. I then asked them what was going on with my shoes and they said they didn't have my sons size. They had me waiting for ten minutes and instead of telling me they didn't have the size they continued to help customers that were walking in . To make matters worse I told them they had bad customer service and one of the other customers in which whom they were helping was trying to challenge me to a fight in front of his kids and in front of my son. I ignored that person and instead of the clerk calling security she was egging him on and allowed him to continue his immature behavior. I believe she knew him and was upset because I voiced that they had bad customer service. These store clerks need training in customer service and need to be evaluated and need to leave their poor attitudes at home. This is a kids store and kids and their families should feel welcomed to shop and not treat people the way they treated me. Never will I shop at kids foot locker.

Every time we visit this location the manager staff treat minority customers as if they are thieves. Monitoring everything they do and talking about them on their headset. It is an uncomfortable shopping experience. As a working professional that shops at several high end stores I would not recommend this store to anyone. No one should be treated this way.
I Love this place!!! Their deals are some of the best I have seen. My two children are growing quick so I love stopping in here every few weeks just to check them out. The people here are always so willing to help. If you can't find a size or a color they are right there helping you order it online for free delivery to your home. PS huge shout out to Emma who was so sweet to my daughter who was very upset they didn't have the purple one! Thank You

Good stock considering Covid. They had made effort to make the shelves/end caps look full. Convenient location in Wilson. Overall it was clean. The staff was courteous and helpful as they greeted customers upon entry.

Great brand and have variety of products for everyone in the family👍. Spent around an hour browsing/shopping around this store located in Tanger Outlets Foxwood. Staff is nice and courteous. Got 10 percent extra discount because of Tanger Outlets subscription which is one time fees for 10 dollars but worth as it gives you access to lot of digital coupons for all stores.
