I bought the coolest Biker-type badass winter bomber jacket, not all puffy just perfect & the fit made me so happy! I love this store, oh & the jacket was on sale for $100, it's easily a $300 originally priced jacket!
Really was a surprise that the prices of clothes are cheaper like ross dress for less (only 10 or 20% more, but better quality).

Had the rudest interaction at cosmetics department. A guy with with blond hair and red shirt was absolutely rude and inpatient with me. Like it’s not the person fault that you speak so low and with an attitude and plus you wanted to push me out of the way just you can talk your friend.

Macy’s is a large department store chain with locations across the United States. They offer a wide variety of products, from clothing and accessories to home goods and furniture. The staff provide excellent customer service and help customers find the products they need. I find it nice that the staff acts in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance with product selection. The New York one is the biggest in the world, filled with many wonderful goods and products.
the biggest Macy's I've ever been to and definitely the most confusing one, but we got some amazing deals on Levi's and Adidas, and they have several fast food restaurants and a Starbucks on site.
We called into Macy’s to see the 100 year old wooden escalator. Typical department store selling good quality, high end goods. As we had never been to the store before we stopped and looked at the map explaining where the different departments were. This was placed more or less straight in the doorway and , as we approached, it had customers looking at the map. We joined them and were in the middle of working out the floor we wanted to visit, but we were told by the shop greeter to move on out of the way from the entrance. ( annoyingly others weren’t told this). Not a great first experience. Maybe the map shouldn’t be placed in a place that can clutter up the entrance.
Has some great budget products here. A good selection of brands.
I was in the building with a buddy of mines while he was resolving a issue with unemployment. We only used the restroom in Macy's but the staff was helpful and courteous. The smell of the basement was pretty bad so I took a star

Not bad, similar to TJ Maxx and Ross. Belts for $8, Hillfiger polo $24, luggage for $70-80. Mostly clothes, shoes, bags, but a few other things, too. Store is dated but not dirty. I'd go again.
They had NOTHING that I needed, no summer shorts in my size (6-8), the tops were all awful I found nothing.
Very nice departmental store. Almost all top luxury brands here. Cloths, shoes, bags, perfumes & makeup etc. Better have Macy’s membership card to enjoy extra 25%.

Black Friday in July sales totally worth it. Lots of 20-80% off ticket prices so you'll really find a bargain when you look hard enough. Friendly and vibrant staff, clean, well lit and easy access toilets.

I enjoy going to this location because it is very close to my work area. I go there to pick up makeup, shoes, gift items, and sometimes just to walk around and enjoy the scenery.

Amazing service by Calvin, just bought a tux and he helped me A LOT. Employees like him are rare to find. I will definitely be back.
A bit confusing but employees are super helpful and will tell you where something is if you ask. Has a great discount clothes rack on the women's clothes floor. Was able to find all pieces for an outfit I needed for under $100. Also in a fun downtown area easily accessible by public transportation and with a lot of things to do nearby. Clean inside and had changing rooms open.
Asked an employee if I could try on a shirt in a fitting room today at 11am, and he said they were closed, and to instead try the close over the clothing I was wearing. Common, what kind of leadership and professionalism is this, I would expect more from a Lacoste store, so I ended up going to Náutica a couple stores down and their customer service skills is always above and beyond. They need to take a grasp on this employee because I shop here pretty frequently and their customer service is pretty poor, and it shows by the emptiness of the store.
This is the most amazing Macy's store! It's 9 floors of shopping pleasure with tons of friendly/helpful staff! They have a ton of elevators and escalators to keep everyone moving. I especially like the old wooden escalators! Most floors have a dining option as well. Billed as the "Largest Store in the World" and I believe it! Definitely a stop worth making.

Wow, what huge department store, all the major brands are sold here. It’s great to be able to try on shoes and clothes in person to see how they fit and looks on me. Much better than shopping online.

If you have never been in a maze before, if you come here, you surely have been now they have so many awesome things here to buy. I came here for two pieces of garment and left with like 27 different things.
I've been in this store several times and I've never felt not welcomed as this time it looks like they hired new sales lady even though it is slow the lady who works here didn't say anything just looked at us me and my friend. As an emigrant I try to not be paranoid about racial stuff but after I saw her reaction with an American dude who came in right after us she was so welcoming and asking if he needs anything that made me feel so uncomfortable

It's definitely more of a tourist place to me than a store to me. It was cool to see their flower display for spring collection. We actually went there because in the back of the store is an original wooden FUNCTIONING escalator. It's cool to know that many decades ago people were riding this same escalator. It's a beautiful store but I could only imagine the prices with it being a tourist site. Cool to see them go out compared to the local Macy's back home.
They have every great outfit for everyone. Love how spaced out the place is; giving every person room to look around and find what they need.
Also love the food places inside - such as Starbucks because shopping can sometimes be a tiring exercise that requires one to rest a bit, for a snack.

I give this old navy a 5 star because everything is always so nice and neat. Also the times I’ve gone mostly clothes is on clearance and workers have been super friendly.

A very wide range of collection. Specially on perfumes cosmetics and beddings. Highly recommend their bedding and comforter sets over the other non branded ones.
This is my favorite Burlington in the area and I find that their prices are better than TJ max or Marshall’s. Always a wide selection to choose from and enough space where it doesn’t feel claustrophobic like the other one does. Would recommend.

Located next to Union Square, with several levels of shopping. I went to Cheese Cake Factory here for lunch , which was located on the 7th floor with direct elevator up to it. Here you will find most of the famous american brands - all under the same roof.

Superb wine bar with views that relax and service that is relaxed and makes you feel at home ; best part of this store is where they sell bed sheets where the service is informative; But the basement where they have kitchen products is more cluttered warehouse with limited service; I also like the Boudin cafe in the basement which has good food and service.

Bought these Sun glasses less than 2 months ago and they just randomly broke while in my hands..I took care of them like a baby. They clearly sell trash branded as Tommy Hilfiger. Not recommended
Burlington is a fun place to shop. They always have new items, friendly staff and a clean store. Other than some messes some customers leave 🙄. The store is arranged nicely so you can actually move between rows with a shopping cart.

I rarely write negative reviews but these were the most rude staff members I have ever encountered in my life! Closed their fitting room 30 mins before the 9pm closing time. Tried to provide feedback suggesting that they should either inform customers in the store or put up a notice that fitting rooms close earlier than the store. The store manager (Kate) and her cronies totally ignored us and walked away mid conversation. Girl at the checkout had so much attitude! Didn’t ask about the shopping experience, never told us about store membership or the additional discount if you sign up. We had to ask and sign up ourselves. After billing, she didn’t even have the courtesy to hand over the bag in our hand. Instead she just left it on the counter. No “thank you, have a nice day”. She was probably instructed by the store manager to treat us rudely in this manner! Staff seriously need some training on customer experience. If you don’t know how to communicate and treat your customers, you should probably not be doing this job. No complaints about the style and quality of products that were available at the store.
This is a very nice Macy's Department Store. I love the aesthetics and Holiday Decor 🎄I was amazed at the fact that they have Toys R Us, Cheesecake Factory, and a wine bar on site. It was a bit difficult to find assistance on the floor, but I got lucky enough to find a short checkout line. There are a lot of people doing their holiday shopping. The cashier was very polite. 👍👍

Haven’t had their fitting rooms open for 2 years already, possibly more . Very inconvenient. I like to try things on that way I don’t end up having to come back to the store for returns etc. please open the fitting rooms.
Zero customer service at this place. Four associates in the nearly empty store, two of them starring at their phones and nobody can open a fitting room. Apparently per their policy they have to stick all together instead of helping the customers.
Found everything I was looking for. The people were polite and friendly. The cashier explained the benefits of a Burlington charge account. I applied and was approved. Got my promised discount. Was more than pleased. I will definitely do my Christmas shopping there.
This review is for Toys R Us located in the lower level of Macy’s in Union Square. Now, i’m extremely biased because I grew up a “Toys R Us Kid.” After the store went out of business some years ago, I was so sad because it was part of my upbringing. It was so nostalgic walking through the aisles and seeing the logo. Despite being smaller in scale because it’s not its own store, this location in Macy’s has a lot of amazing toys. There is an aisle for all of the favorites; Disney, Nerf, Power Rangers, and so much more. For the next week, beginning Saturday, October 15 the store will have sales and giveaways.

I was calling to do a stock check for pants and she took the time to not only look through her shop but also looked to see if any nearby stores had them 🙌 She went out of her way to call AppleValley's store since they didn't pick up for me and she gave me a call back. The store was incredibly tidy and roomy. We found a wide variety of choices, but there was just one dressing room available on the third floor where we were shopping. We spent approximately 20 minutes waiting for the fitting room and another 20 minutes at the checkout counter. There was only one cashier on duty, and we were the next customers in line. The waiting time seemed somewhat excessive. Nonetheless, it's a pleasant shopping destination overall.
I cant believe one star is the lowest. 0 stars could t start to explain this store considering the last 4 times i have went here, their doors were closed during regular hours! The last 4 and the last 5 out of 6 times. Would of much rather paid a premium and went to the old kenwood store, than to even think about shopping here. At least the kenwood store would be open during their advertised times. The last time, I showed up at 4:55pm on a sunday. Everyone online says they are open until 6pm, but their sign says 5:00pm sundays. Okay, that stinks for alot of people, but whatever, ive got 5 minutes due to a bunch of lousy workers are too lazy to change hours online. I go to walk in and the door is locked! And the workers just staring at me, smirking! SAVE YOURSELF THE HOUR TRIP PEOPLE, don’t go, because you mor3 than likely wont be able to shop at this store.

I asked an employee folding clothes if they had a size 38 in a shirt my wife wanted. They suggested i stand in line at the cash register. Maybe the checkout lady could help. Considering im paying $300 for three shirts, i kind of expect a level of service thats better then Walmart. We just paid for what we already had and walked out. Probably wont be back. If you want to charge premium prices, the level of service needs to match the prices.

Rudest store I’ve been too . I called to see if they were open for business because a lot of them are closing and the lady didn’t even say your welcome or anything she just hung up on me. Also when I go in there always extremely rude when you ask a question they get annoyed. one time I was in there and I had asked a question and the lady started talking about me in Spanish and she got a rude awakening because I understood her I am also Latina I said I am not what you called me ( in Spanish ) ... her face looked like she seen a ghost. Macy's, I feel, is my husband FAVORITE store beside the foot locker stores. So he says, "Let's go to Macy's. I just want to check something out as we get in. He pulls out his phone, goes to the clerk, and asks, Where do you have this particular jacket. So now there is another jacket in the house. Other than that, Macy's store have friendly and willing to help you workers it's clean and when we were in the men section nothing was on the floor everything was neatly hung up or folded on the shelves.
