I have not been into a Marshall for years and wow, what a change. At least this one was really great. The entire store was very well organized, great merchandise and competitive prices.

Visited this store with my daughter in The Mall of America. She loves the clothing and accessories from lululemon so it was a must stop for us. She was able to try on several different items and ended up selecting some of her favorites for purchase. The store was well stocked, clean, and there were plenty of staff members available.
Why did I deduct a star? Although there were many staff members available, none of them actively asked or assisted us. The checkout process was a little long too, given how many staff members there appeared to be.
Overall, the store was not bad and we would visit it again.

I bought a Wolverines long sleeve shirt here with a faded looking logo. I wore it for a day and washed according to the instructions and the faded logo is washing away… i usually only post good reviews but I am not happy with the quality.

The store is great except for one older Asian female cash register employee with glasses and dark hair that was very rude to me for no reason and made extremely uncomfortable and unnecessary comments to me. I just wanted to purchase my jacket and get out of there asap. Not a good experience. But I still love shopping at REI. If I see that specific employee I will avoid her like the plague.

Been a member at REI since the 80's. Some stuff can be pricey but most of it is worth it. Just remember that w4lm4rt also carries some of the same brands at a lower price.

Be sure to check the receipt on the spot! Count purchases and the number of items on the receipt! Today they brazenly tried to deceive me by scanning the same item twice, I immediately noticed once and the cashier removed the extra item. But when I paid and checked the receipt, there was another duplicate item! I returned to the checkout and demanded a refund. At the checkout, I noticed that I was missing items in my bag and when I saw them in another bag at the cashier's, she did not even give me these things!!! The cashier did not even apologize, she said that IT IS MY PROBLEM that everything turned out this way! I cannot imagine how you can provide such service!! Impudence and theft - that is the service of this store! And also, few working cash registers and endless time in line!

REI(Really Expensive Items….lol)has an awesome reputation. ALL items are returnable within one year of purchase. Many of the companies REI deals with has a LIFETIME warranty(Leki, Marmot, Patagonia, etc). You are buying top quality gear at REI thus the price, no second tier gear. Any extreme adventures, REI has you covered. Excellent technical support on the phone is available.

Our first time here, and it did NOT disappoint! We left with everything we were looking for 💛💙💛💙〽️ Everything from jerseys to Christmas. We would have appreciated a visit with JJ or Blake, but we get it, they're busy 🤣 Hope we get to come back! GO BLUE! ohio sucks 💛💙💛💙〽️

The male young worker is not a good worker there. Not a nice customer service at all. I bought many items there, he bagged me with small bags and expected me to carry the new backpack that I bought from there until I asked if there was any bigger bag to put that backpack in. He impatiently handed me the big bag very unwillingly. I spent a lot of money there and I was treated badly with this particular male worker without manner. This guy doesn't wear glasses and with a burst fade style hair up. I don't want to ever buy my items there ever again. Very bad customer services. He didn't even say Thank you in the end. Please do something to improve your store customer services. I see that I am not the only one who has bad experiences with your store. Can you do something????

I like this store because it kind of quiet compared to other stores I have been to throughout Denver. Very helpful staff; returns are easy though you have to be in the same line. They have nice men's clothing but I could not find jeans there.Maybe it is summer and so it was just shorts.

Visited Boston for the first time. On the Google they open Sunday till 10:00pm. We came 9:20 and staff not allowed us to get in. Told us they closed. But we can see a lot of people still inside. :(

There are better REI stores nearby. Lots of out of stock items and lack of displays, for example only one tent, very few chairs, etc. Probably a condition caused by the homeless activity in the area.
Defeats the point of visiting a brick and mortar if I have to pic my item from a picture or a screen and they run to the back to get it especially if I can just order from Amazon for less.

Been shopping Sac REI since it opened. Came in today because my REI tent of 11 years broke down, just as summer started. Came in and there’s one tent assembled at the camp store, directed to look at photos of tents like I’m online shopping.

This store was very nicely set up. I went to buy skims for my little sisters birthday. The lady that assisted me with getting my sizes and sisters sizesin the skims department was very friendly and helpful. I wasn’t going to buy anything for myself but the environment was so welcoming that I felt comfortable to look around and get myself skims as well. I usually get uncomfortable trying on clothes in stores as I can never find my size. I range from a medium to a small. The employee made me feel comfortable and even helped me find my sizes. I left feeling happy and satisfied with my purchase. I recommend shopping here.

I know none of what I'm about to say is not the fault of the people at this location. All is the problems are penny pinching tickets by corporate.
The line is always 30 to 45 minutes long. They only ever have 3 cashiers on when there's literally hundred of people in line. They don't have bags, they just give you trash bags to take you stuff out in.

FABULOUS 'LITTLE BIT OF EVERYTHING' STORE IN THE FRENCH QUARTER
I love this store. It’s full of whimsy and fabulous products. I come here each time I’m in town. My first purchase, ten years ago, was a super soft printed T-shirt, one of their original designs and the product that launched the whole enterprise. It was so nice that it went missing from my hotel room in Miami less than two weeks later!
They have nine locations throughout the city and surrounds plus an outlet at Louis Armstrong International Airport, for those last minute purchases.

Absolute terrible, not a single isle had any organization. Assorted sizes of items in every section I looked in. Extremely rude elderly lady. The beat employee was a very young gentleman. I went I'm there dressed in Prana paints, Salomon shoes & a small over one shoulder Osprey bag.i was stalked, not followed,STALKED be this elderly lady. When asked if I could speak to a manager she replied, her picture is on the wall. I will be righting headquarters, I was stalked so badly I wanted to shoplift for that reason. I am 43 years old, social service worker, and haven't shoplifter since middle school. It's not even about being surveyed, I'm not going to steal so what do I have to worry about. It's. About literally turning around jn a isle and bumping into my stalker.

All Fleurty Girls are best Fleurty Girls but if there had to be one best one this would be it! Everyone’s always so nice and friendly. As a Louisianan living out of state I am always excited to visit and see what new Louisiana items I’ll be taking back with me to DC. I always appreciate the quality and uniqueness of all Fleurty Girls items. Great shopping experience, social media and prices. Do yourself a favor and visit any and all Fleurty Girls. It will never be a disappointing experience <3

My 91 yo Mom attended our daughter’s graduation. My Mom’s Masters is from U of M and she wanted to buy some swag from the M Den. It was crowded and crazy. We were directed upstairs, downstairs, and back upstairs. Tired and frustrated, Dearron stepped in to help us. He made all the difference and we found the items she was hoping for. Thanks Dearron! You are a gem and made these customers very happy ❤️

Very deceptive sales tactic. Sign makes it look like items are 25% off but when you get to register it’s really just an offer to price match if item is on sale elsewhere. Why that involves 25% is not clear. Turns out this rack is full price and ended up buying my daughter a dress I wouldn’t have suggested if I’d known. Bummer

This store is in Fairfax and is part of a national discount chain brand. The store offers products at lower prices since it purchases excess inventory from other brand retailers and sells them to consumers at significant discounts. The store is quite spacious and well-organized in each section. However, during my visit, I noticed that some products needed to be better arranged and appeared cluttered. This detracted from the overall shopping experience and made it less enjoyable than anticipated.

I've never waited so long to try in a few things. The main dressing room was closed and they had 2 small stalls in the front. People were waiting over 20 minutes to try things on and no store attendants in site. I would def not recommend this location.

This REI is smaller than others in the Bay Area, but it’s well stocked and offers everything you desire for your outdoor adventure. I was there on a weekend buying Ruffwear dog gear. Ruffwear has expanded their product line for dogs…I had to stop myself from spending way too much! But my REI dividend did help a bit 🤨🥴

This place (and all m dens) was amazing. First off, I'm not a Michigan fan, but my daughter was on a college visit so we stopped in. However, if I was a Michigan fan, there's no way I could get out of here without buying at least 10 different items. Selection is fantastic and somewhat different at each store. My daughter ended up buying 3 things - and she doesn't even go here!

This is the best spot to get Michigan Gear. They have multiple floors of T-shirts and collectibles for any Michigan fan/graduate. I enjoy walking through there with friends. I wish they had the ability to make customer jerseys in store for football especially with NIL.

Just wanted to share my excitement about finding the perfect shoes for my younger brother of Cole Haan brand . They were a bit pricey, but totally worth it because the shoes are amazing! As an educator coming in to visit another store, this is an amazing store for availability of products, merchandising, and organization. This store layout is awesome, it contains a cafe for mid shopping coffee stop, while also offering two fitting rooms and a very large store. This is the most unique store I’ve been to, and recommend for all Lulu lovers. However this review is low because while I found there to be multiple people working, they did not attend to me, or greet me, while 5 educators talked at the door. While normally Lulu lemons dynamic is 100% guest oriented, unfortunately today I did not experience the Northstar Experience.

I was there today at the store, The trail rooms were all closed. They never open the trail rooms at the back and only keep one fitting room in the entrance open. They were people in queue to try but the manager wont open the other fitting room at entrance.
I had lot of things to try, but she said I can only try 6 (not at a time, but what she meant was I can only try 6 today) . She said if I try more I would be blocking other people, but they were not willing to open the other empty fitting rooms. She said if I try more, they will have to put the clothes back on the cloth racks, it would be too much work for them. She asked me if I would buy all of those? If you won't buy then don't try is what I was told.
So I started trying the clothes and putting them back myself on the cloth racks in respective sections. I was trying 6 at a time and was managing the fitting room with other customers at store and let them in whenever someone was waiting outside, because I didn't wanted to block them. Still the manager comes to me and says I already tried 6 clothes in a day and I am not supposed to try more. It is very messed up.
Update: The manager comes and gets upset with me in-front of other customers because they wanted the trail room open. She was not ready to open the vacant trail room at the front but was okay to blame me for occupying the room. If they do not want to provide trail rooms they can put a board up at entrance that said "BURLINGTON DOESN'T ALLOW TRAILS' but I was there selecting items for over 3 hours and later when I go wait for a trail room I am being told that they wouldn't allow me, because they are understaffed and are not interested in taking back the trail items back on shelf. I get they might be understaffed but you cannot be rude. I was taking back and putting all things I tried myself back and everyone thought I was an employee.
I purchased for around 200$, They also didn't allow me to add my email or phone number on the bill, not sure why.

If they do not want to provide trail rooms they can put a board up at entrance that said "BURLINGTON DOESN'T ALLOW TRAILS' but I was there selecting items for over 3 hours and later when I go wait for a trail room I am being told that they wouldn't allow me, because they are understaffed and are not interested in taking back the trail items back on shelf. I get they might be understaffed but you cannot be rude. I was taking back and putting all things I tried myself back and everyone thought I was an employee.
I purchased for around 200$, They also didn't allow me to add my email or phone number on the bill, not sure why.

Everytime I come, there's only one cashier and a very long line. Staff are friendly but it doesn't make up for standing 30 min in line. Miserable. Today only one dressing room was open, so another long wait there. We waited in line for the 2nd one for a very long time before we saw the button to call for help, and the manager came to say the room was closed and not available. No "out of order" sign or anything.

The REI in CalExpo is next to Costco. The location is convenient, but the traffic is busy sometimes.

They have a lot of high quality clothing that I can feel, touch, and try on before I pay for it. Same thing with hiking shoes. I like to try it at the store instead of ordering it online.

45-50 mins wait time for purchasing just 2 items?? Can you figure out how to add self-checkout system in the store. You have 10 counters for checkout and 7 of them are not being used. Why can't the customer use the 7 counters to self-checkout?

I’m a bit shocked posting this, but here it goes. TLDR don’t shop at this location. Manager and retail associates are not well trained.
I was gifted pajamas from Splendid for Christmas. They were purchased at this location. I tried them on, and had to return them because they didn’t fit. I came in with the original receipt to request store credit vs a return - because who doesn’t love Splendid? To my dismay the store associate told me that they were final sale because “the website says so” even though the physical receipt said nothing to that effect (and they weren’t purchased online which is the only place this is apparently stated). When I pressed her about that gap in information and how the buyer couldn’t have known that, she said “I know it doesn’t say it on the receipt but I told this to the person when they bought them” and then said “I remember selling it to them.” How on earth does she know a single customer in the holiday rush three weeks ago? And how does a verbal comment - which can’t be proven true or false - make something final sale? Anything I buy final sale - in store or online - clearly states “final sale” at checkout and on the receipt. Either it’s printed or the associate hand writes it before handing over the item and receipt, right?? Finally she told me she could do an exchange. Great! And then the other store associate who I think was shadowing her in training on the floor (?) chastised me like a child for tearing the very basic cardboard sleeve the pajamas came in and said “we can’t take them back; you needed to be gentle with the cardboard. How are we supposed to restock that with the cardboard torn?” pointing to a wall filled with dozens of these pajamas that they clearly haven’t been able to sell out of inventory and don’t want more of… In what world is a customer spoken down to like that or expected to know to treat a flimsy cardboard sleeve carefully when trying on an item?! That’s like saying you can’t rip the plastic an item comes in when shipped to your house or the cardboard a toy comes in from Target vs restocking it with a new wrapper (which all retailers seem to do??). Then the manager came out from the back room and instead of asking me what was going on and being open to hearing about my experience, told me bluntly she didn’t have to accept the item back, no matter what the receipt said. I’ve never witnessed or received such patronizing treatment in a retail environment and frankly I’ve never had to write a review like this. It’s clear the root problem is in how the receipt is printed and not the fault of the store associate…but instead of acknowledging that and doing the right thing by honoring the return for a gift someone innocently received — which probably would have resulted in me spending more money in the store that day than the credit I was expecting — it was like they were having Groundhog Day with these returns and decided I was their problem. I’ll never be visiting this store again and I encourage you to avoid it as well.

Because of my customer service experience, I felt I needed to leave a review. We frequent lulu at MoA, and visiting the day after Christmas was crazy. The line was incredibly long but moved briskly. At the counter, our lulu rep was amazing. Without a receipt, we were able to do an even exchange. We also used a final sale return toward a new purchase. I believe his name was Peyton. He was knowledgeable, and customer serving. Great employee!

Last minute Christmas shopping but rude Indian worker followed me around the store then became vocally loud and even more rude when she announced at 30 minutes till closing that we needed to bring our purchases up or she wouldn't be able to ring us up any later. The Fleurty Girl Store on Chartres is way more than a T-shirt shop. They stock apparel of all types and a lot of sizes. They also have New Orleans style nick-nacks of every conceivable type. If you love the French Quarter chances are you will find something here to make you smile. The staff is super friendly and helpful and they have a great inventory.

In line now for 12 minutes there are 35 people in line and two cashiers. Not acceptable, my first time in the store and will be my last. Not sure how this treatment exists and why these customers are being treated this way. Spoke to the manager who told me other workers were doing inventory but what good is taking inventory if you can’t move your Inventory out of the store.

There quality of clothing isn't really good. I went in during the holidays a couple years ago I think and forgot the name of this store but & really liked this nice maroon colored jacket that had a scarf attached to it but you could always take it off & it was "on sale." The buttons weren't properly sewed on because several days later the buttons started to fall off. I wouldn't recommend this store

Customer service is OUTSTANDING!!! I called looking for a specific pair of jeans, not only did they check for me, but found them, put them aside for me, and helped me when I got there to find whatever else I needed without me even asking. The young lady helping me was so pleasant. She smiled and joked with me making my experience a 10/10.

I went to this location with my family and it was great! I was immediately greeted at the door, and staff helped me find everything I needed from the store. They also answered some of my questions about merchandise and offered to show me some other merchandise that would fit my interests. I was extremely satisfied with the service. The only thing I disliked was the line to pay. For some reason there was only one cashier on, but there were around 10 people in line. I had to spend around 20 min in line for one item. I’m definitely coming back!

The space is an anchor for health and fitness. Staff wasn’t welcoming (to me) One person spoke with/to me, I walked by at least 5 staff members and was not acknowledged. Sections for men and women are vast. Cafe is great. They are always improving the space which speaks volumes to the investment in the space.

I've worked retail before. Hell, I've worked retail severely understaffed, but this place was a travesty. Literally every aisle had 30+ items just thrown all over the floor. Shelves just had items thrown on like no one had a care in the world. There was so many items open and stolen out of that a good 20% of things couldn't even be purchased. Some of the aisles weren't even assessable because there was so much merchandise in the floors. Also there eas water on the floor in the checkout aisle creating a very dangerous situation, with no wet floor sign to be found anywhere. This store needs to be shut down until it's cleaned up and organized.

I love Old Navy so much! Me and my family consistently but clothes from there! From amazing basics to any sort of denim this is the place to go! Also extremely appreciate the size inclusivity and I know that they will always have my size consistently, as anywhere from a size large- 14 it is greatly appreciated! I have been a loyal Splendid customer throughout the years. On 2/17/2022 I placed an on-line order for one item. The item was timely shipped and delivery was to be fulfilled by UPS since I am a paying UPS Premium My Choice subscriber which qualifies me for automatic upgrades from UPS Sure Post packages to UPS Ground. What this means is that the delivery time is shortened because UPS fulfills delivery vs. USPS. UPS dropped the ball and handed my upgraded package to USPS. USPS has no clue as to what to do with the package so they returned it to Splendid. Rather than replace the order Lachelle in Customer Support accused me of committing fraud. She can tell from UPS tracking that my order was NEVER delivered and is enroute back to Splendid. Shame on you Lachelle. I will never conduct business with Splendid in the future.

Place had a good selection of clothing for the entire family. There were a few items for each for Fall, Halloween, & Christmas but not much. Store clean, organized, & good parking. Easy in & out & cashier wiped down counter after each customer.

Lots of variety, a little of everything. Very well priced. I suggest making sure what you buy isnt broke or opened we seen people opening the makeup pallets and not buying them. I know its obvious but sometimes it may slip our mind. We were there for about 40 minutes and maybe seen one worker trying to organize the store, which i understand is difficult because it was busy. When time to pay lines were pretty fast.

The line was really long, but it went so fast. They had plenty of cashiers on. We found everything we needed for school clothes, and ordered the rest. The order is shipped free and items are priced the same as in store sales. Very happy

Boys department is lacking to a point it's discriminatory. Terrible size selection. Everything falls apart but I'm a firm believer in "you get what you pay for". Constant sign bait and switch sales tactics that should be illegal. (Sale sign over and item when the second tier is on sale. When I brought manager over he did not feel that the customer shouldn't have been penalized for their error but didn't think anything of it). Store is a mess. Cashiers are sweet, management need better people skills. I shop online now. At least I know what I'm getting, the price and selection.
