Great place to get insurance. They don't immediately answer the phone much they be busy but make sure you leave a message with your name and number and they will call you back. Only do this if you cannot physically go there and your too busy. You can pay your policy over the phone if you got your insurance there.
Very helpful and dedicated to get you the best and cheapest policy. They have Spanish speaking staff as well so there's always good help for everyone 👍

Companies are only as good as the people they employ - Freedom offers a great service, but their real value is their employees - especially Matt Schank. I was very happy with the insurance quotes Matt tracked down for me. More importantly, when I needed help following a late night hit and run, he went above and beyond the scope of his job to make sure I was OK and getting the help I needed.
I recently moved from NJ to PA and needed to switch over car insurance. Matt was so incredibly helpful and ensured that I received a great deal with phenomenal coverage. It started off well with National Insurance of America. However about a month into the insurance, I received a mail in the letter saying there is an increase in a premium by 25%. The main reason given was because instead of brick veneer the predominant material of the walls was siding. Which does not make sense and claiming it was vacant. They came once when we were out of town and claimed that fact. The building is occupied by 4 people.
I did not agree to the increase in the premium, so they they cancelled my insurance - they they refunded only 2/3 of my premium. For less than 2 months worth of coverage. I don't know what my agent Junaid was doing to help address this but it just seems like he is a middle man that pings information back and forth

I had the pleasure of starting my commercial auto policy with Mohammad. He walked me through the entire process with ease while patiently and thoroughly answered all of my questions. I was truly impressed with the level of customer service. I highly recommend this company!

The agents are very rude... I called to get my grandmother a quote to switch her insurance policy, the agent I spoke to stated she gets off at 3pm and would call me back with a quote.. I called back at 3:15 and spoke to another agent and asked the her company worker gone for the day. She said yes. I responded by saying omg that’s rude she never called me back. The now new agent calls the agent who was previously helping (forgot to push the mute button) And stated mocking me and referred to me as “this lady on the phone” Very Very Very unprofessional. When the agent returned to the phone. I informed her I heard her mocking and I was going to report her to her manager and she said “That’s fine I said what you said” please keep in mind I went through them to insure my car.. But I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone

I don't like to chances with my business, and therefore I definitely wouldn't take chances with just anyone to ensure my commercial truck. When it comes to trusting someone to handle all my insurance needs I rely only on Houston international. They are the best and the service they provide is unequivocally the best!!!

Very rude!! The owner put me on hold to answer his wife call. I heard the hold conversation which wasn't important. He then got on the phone and told me I wasn't important. He said it could have been an emergency but I listen to the whole conversation because with his unprofessional conduct he didn't put the call on hold. I wouldn't recommend this business to the worst person on earth. When your spending your money which keeps his business afloat you should at least get good costumer service at the very least
