Went with my grandma who has just had quadruple bypass surgery and can't walk up their stairs they refused to accommodate in anyway to be trying to bring paperwork to the car or anything at all, should really attempt to add something so they're more accessible!

This company is the absolute VERY VERY WORSTE The workers do not pay attention and do there job at all came to get my vehicle inspected and they put a whole different vehicle on my print out then tell me I would have to come back and get it re inspected very unprofessional company DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

They literally told me I will need to pay over $1,000 down and almost $700 a month for car insurance for BMW, and that's with me never being in the accident in my life, I suggested they've been someone else over the barrel, because no way.

What appeared to be a challenge facing us due the unexpected loss of our private insurance and facing the unknown in how to do Medicare, we watched a video from Medicare Hero. Right after we viewed the video, we called and got contacted by Brooke. WOW. She took us step by step thru the process explaining the differences between ALL the different plans and what she considered based on our past private insurance coverage, which plan would be most suitable along with a pharmacy plan and other options. We completed the entire process of getting proper paperwork from former employer, and our form to sign up for Medicare B. Completed everything and enrolled in two weeks and effective coverage Feb 1. No break without having any coverage during the process. Thank you Brooke for everything

Once I was able to be seen, the staff is very helpful and friendly. Lengthy wait times makes it aggravating though when on lunch break to accomplish crucial insurance business.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the abysmal customer service I recently experienced with Mazzola, to which I was referred by an agent. Unfortunately, my encounter with the representative left me utterly dismayed and questioning the professionalism of the organization.
From the outset, the automated recording's directive to disclose information about quotes from other insurance companies seemed like a reasonable request. However, the moment I brought up the fact that I had received quotes elsewhere, the representative I spoke with displayed a shocking level of rudeness and a terrible attitude.
It was evident from her snippy responses that she had little interest in assisting me. At one point during the conversation, her lack of enthusiasm and uncooperative demeanor became so apparent that I contemplated asking if she needed a moment or if it would be more convenient for me to call back later. It was disheartening to feel like an inconvenience to someone who is presumably in a customer service role.
Moreover, when providing my demographic information, I was taken aback by her presumptuous assumptions. Without any basis, she automatically assumed that I would not drive to sign a policy and then did not have a response when I informed her insurance agent is located in Rochester. This kind of preconceived notion not only reflects poorly on the company's professionalism but also contributes to a dismissive and discouraging atmosphere for potential customers.
Instead of facilitating the process and offering assistance, she seemed more interested in making discouraging comments that dissuaded me from obtaining an estimate. It is disappointing to encounter such an unhelpful and unwelcoming attitude when seeking assistance with a service that requires a significant level of customer trust.
This experience has left me with serious reservations about considering the company for my insurance needs. I strongly urge you to address the issues of rude customer service and unprofessional behavior within the office to prevent potential customers from experiencing the same level of disappointment that I did. Customer service is a crucial aspect of any business, and unfortunately, my encounter with this employee did not reflect positively on the company.

You just simply can't go wrong with Medicare Hero! We've been with them since we reached Medicare age. From the great webinar, which explains in simple terms everything you need to know, to helping us find the best coverage to suit our needs. Always an immediate response to questions. Brooke even reached out to me mid-year when my Supplemental coverage had a significant price increase - I had forgotten you can switch plans (not Part D) at any time. She found a plan that saves me $100 + per month!

Wanted to take care of business and used the drive-thru today. We experienced the most Rude and Unprofessional teller Stacy, she also said she's the bank manager. Stacy was very Unprofessional and Condescending. She Never acknowledged me until I asked what was taking so long with the transaction. If she is truly the back manager, she definitely needs a refresher in Guest Service and how to interact with people!

I have worked with Medicare Hero and Brooke for the past two years. The first year was for my initial coverage and the second year was to review and change the previous years plans due to an increase in coverage. Both interactions have been excellent. Brooke was prompt in her responses, and provide numerous options for me, with great and detailed explanations of the plans, and cost associated with each plan. I felt very comfortable in the information provided, and was able to make the best decision in coverage for my individual needs. I highly recommend their webinars and services.

Both my husband and I were eligible for Medicare two years ago. The information online was totally overwhelming …. then entered Brooke Burland (highly recommended by my friend) with Medicare Hero. The first phone call lasted for almost 45 mins and we were amazed as how easy Brooke explained all the ins and outs of Medicare Advantage plan vs Supplement plan. Brooke is obviously an expert on this subject and instilled confidence in us with the provided analysis as what is the best plan for us. Brooke provided with expert guidance but yet listened carefully to our questions and needs. Her follow up was also meticulous- always timely and succinct. She truly has our best interest as her top priority. She also said she will be our advisor for life and not just for the initial enrollment. She wasn’t kidding….Brooke called two weeks ago and informed me of another provider with my exact same supplement plan G coverage but can save me $28 a month (26% savings of my current plan!). I was with another insurance company for over 30 years. I decided to just look around for better prices for the heck of it. I was able to save $500 a year. I couldn’t believe it.. I’ve been with Ferris for 3 years now, and so far so good. Just check it out. Nothing to lose.

Stay away from this place. Almost always cannot get a human on the phone. They have never called me back. I have to call multiple times to get someone. It took me at least four calls to keep from being suspended because information for a new policy (bought and paid for) was never sent to the state, as required by law. There has got to be agencies out there that will give you better service.

I had had enough of TDBank and their lack of customer service or even caring.
Adirondack Tust opened a new branch near my house and I went inside to check it out.
That was three years ago and I am still with them. The one word that stands out to me is "class".
Managers that care (Queensbury office) to live operators that answer the phone on one or two rings. I am using their online banking and have stopped using any bookkeeping systems. Just catorgize the expense - end of the year send it to my accountant.
Live support for online questions (Jody) that are professionl, friendly and knowledgable.
Got my mortgage there and friends couldn't believe how fast it happened.
Want real people and service - call them.
