can't speak for this exact location but everytime I call a rep for Emblemhealth they are EXTREMELY pleasant and helpful. I am a complete novice to healthcare insurance and the reps have guided me each time with utmost patience and respect, it really has made the insurance process quite easy for me. Love the reps and keep up the great work - very happy to keep Emblemhealth as my insurance

Emblem you all really suck!! Very frustrating being unable to receive quality customer service. Loud roosters in the background, employees with very thick accents living off shore in the Philippians unable to understand nor provide accurate assistance!! I will be changing my children's health plan due to this!!!! I've spent countless hours on the phone with these so called customer service representatives attempting to figure out what is going on with my account as I've been unable to submit a payment both online and on the phone, not one person was able to help due to language barrier!!!! I will definitely be escalating my compliant!!! If you're going to hire overseas at least train and hire people who actually speak english!!! Word of advice don't bother with EmblemHealth!!!

I have had this insurance my entire life. The key is to be proactive and not just assume the doctors know how your coverage works. The wait times in the offices are short. The doctors, nurses and staff are professional and courteous and the facilities are clean. They’re located in very convenient locations. They have great wellness programs and it’s fast and easy to schedule appointments. My only issue is they sometimes there is a lack of communication between the physicians and the diagnostic testing offices. Sometimes the results don’t get to my doctor in a timely fashion and I hate how expensive the prescription rider is. But overall I love this health plan🏥

This location is severely lacking ATMs. Either add more ATMs or severely limit types of transactions - one person using one atm out of 2.5 machines should not be doing a 20 min transaction on there.

Joseph Shaneman is an amazing agent. He took his time and explained everything fully to make sure my wife and I understood everything. He was also very funny and just a pleasure to speak with. He’s very knowledgeable and I would recommend sitting with him to talk about your life insurance without any pressure. Identifying, much less meeting with, mental health providers participating in Emblem plans and accepting new patients is a fool's errand. Directory on the Carelon partner website is full of incorrect information, and the hold time for a telephone rep at Emblem was over 25 minutes, leading to baling out.

Sent an email asking if they could provide a quote for my insurance needs. They replied YES. Sent two follow up emails and was advised they didn't receive the information they requested. FORWARDED the email where I had sent the information originally, nearly two months have gone by and haven't received a response. All emails were sent in the same chain, so I KNOW they were receiving it.

What AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Came in late on a Friday with a small banking crisis and was promptly met by Oscar and Girado who understood exactly what was going on. Oscar invited me to sit down and within minutes had everything resolved, and I was on my way! I recommend this bank and this particular branch to anyone who lives or works in the South Plaza or Brookside area! Thanks Oscar and Girado!!

I've used a number of financial institutions across the country over the years and CACU is by far my favorite. I've recommended CACU and a couple of my friends now have accounts here and couldn't be happier. Not sure what's with all the lower reviews, but I suppose not everyone can have a near perfect experience.
I currently have a CACU checking, saving, credit card, auto loan, and personal loan. My SO has a checking, saving, and personal. Both of us are very happy with CACU.
The only problem I've noticed with this location is sometimes the ATMs outside are a bit "laggy" - though they still work so it's not really a big deal. I'd prefer account security over instant response anyway, if I had to make a choice.

I had to get a debit card replaced from everyday use and I wanted one with the same number so I wouldn't have to change all of my auto drafts associated with that card. Abi at the 825 NE Rice Rd Lee's Summit Location said she could get one mailed to me in a few days. Abi is the most incompetent and unprofessional person I have had the displeasure of working with to date. She shut down my currently working card and didn't order a new one to be sent to me like she said she would. I couldn't get gas, food, pay my doctor, make a withdraw, etc. After a few days of this I was able to go back to the branch to find out that my card was shut down and that I didn't access to ANY MONEY, Abi was amused by the whole ordeal. A gentleman whose name I don't recall was able to get me a new card on site, with a new number. Now I get to change every account that was associated with that card. Thank you Abi for making my only day off frustrating and taxing, Karma is going to have a field day with you.

Prudential customer service is bad. I am unable to set up 2-step verification for my Amdocs 401k account online and no operator could help me with it even after several phone calls. Nothing has changed after Empower took over Prudential a year back.

I have to admit, the old CACU was much much better including the old Mattie when they were Yellow Freights Credit Union!!! I really hate the new Mattie and the upgrade, but I hate Innovation anyway. I’m with the Overland Park/Lenexa Branch, been with them since 1998!

They came down a full star this morning. They called me from an unrecognized number and DID NOT leave a message. This is typical for customer service these days. I have run into this in the past. I call back and nobody knows anything because they DID NOT notate the account for the next rep. Many times I never find out the who or what if the call and I don’t get a follow up call either. This didn’t fall between the cracks, it was forced into it. C’mon guys, you’re not selling widgets. People’s health should be the first priority, not the last consideration, if at all. The rep now has a record of calling me in case any questions are asked. This doesn’t even reach the level of customer service at the widget company. Why do you think it is acceptable here? I am fairly confident you will not contact me regarding the reason for the call. Now the crack is painted over.

CACU has the WORST overall service. I've had 2 cards get fraud cases on them, and they have never told me what those fraud cases are. When you try to get ahold of a branch NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE spent 30mins on hold and nothing. I've gone through live chat and they gave me a number to call to see what my fraud cases were. Fraud department tells me there is no active fraud. If I didn't have a loan through you mfers I'd leave, this running around in a circle BS is irritating. Why dont you guys inform your customers BEFORE shutting their accounts off, so we aren't sitting on the side of the road out of gas because YOU decide to cancel peoples debit cards. If anyone needs a loan DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS BANK. Don't even bother getting a bank account!

How do I speak with someone in the US and not in the Philippines? My father is diabetic, is on dialysis and because emblem and Medicare said the mailing address i provided has caused his insurance to cancel. He has never moved out of NY and I don’t know how else to explain that. We called in back in March to confirm the address over the phone. I need help!!!!!

They had a system "update" that has somehow merged my adult son's accounts to mine, the apps live chat option has kicked me out thrice. These two folks are standing around all chuckles while people are being queued and getting frustrated. My son now has access and has spent my funds and CA local branch is not quite as helpful as a bank should be after such a debacle!

Worst customer service imaginable. Forms which should be available online need to be mailed to you, resulting in long delays. Had my 401k transferred here and have now waited 4 weeks to open the self-directed brokerage account I was told would take minutes on the phone. There’s no direct number to call this department so you wait on hold forever to get transferred to that department and then talk to people who don’t know what they’re talking about and make promises they can’t keep. Seriously considering contacting an attorney to get this resolved.

He researched the best coverage and price from multiple carriers and I was very happy with the policy he presented. Been with this bank a little over a year and love it. But lately I’m not liking it so much and have thought about moving banks. Not thrilled that I put enough money on my account to pay my bills and yet somehow it still overdrafts. Rethinking about staying. Maybe it’s time for me to move on and get with another bank.

The Lees Summit branch is capable with employees in building of printing cards. However they send us to a “traditional” location a few miles away for all issues. This other location is slammed every time I go there. Spending over an hour in line waiting for service each time I’ve gone. These are times when I can’t use the video teller. What is the point of having these people in the branch, with things we need to be able to function and doing nothing everyday. Get this other location some help. As if things aren’t stressful enough with the virus. Very disappointed. People deserve better than waiting an hour and more for services when there is people at other locations.

Located on the west side of Antioch road (MO) as the South anchor of a long strip mall that includes godfather's Pizza. They have two drive up teller machines that will also act as automatic tellers / ATMs. There is a spacious waiting area and they have two desks inside and four teller stations. Everyone is always super friendly - they always have coffee and you can have your picture taken with mahomes 😄 transactions have been very simple, and the employees are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I've been banking with them for over 20 years. I can't imagine banking with anyone else

I’ve been with Community America starting decades ago when Farmland Credit Union merged in with CACU! The staff is excellent and helpful. They were there for me when I built an addition onto my house, bought my cars, and besides banking, they now manage my retirement funds. AND they just paid me a $418 Payout. I'm on medicare and just switched to Emblem for supplementary. It is the WORST experience. Customer service promise call backs that never come, problems never resolved and their customer service reps have NO knowledge of the insurance business and have no clue how to help. I have been trying to resolve an issue for 2 months and hours on the phone. Still not resolved.

Company is terrible, my employer switched over to them for a retirement plan. They set up my account with the incorrect DOB and now I’m having a mile long amount of issues that they can’t fix. Prudential is T E R R I B L E! Waited on a phone for one hour to speak w a manager and the agent hung the phone up on me

No way these negative reviews are the whole truth. I went in for the first time yesterday, my work just fired Bank of America for horrible customer service. So I walk in, with several days worth of deposits, no deposit slip, no nothing, all I know is the account name, the gentleman, I think it was Jake, instantly knew what I needed, grabbed all my deposits, got it done, gave me the slips. Fantastic service, I went from anxiety to calm quickly. Super clean, modern. Wonderful staff. Cookies and good coffee if there is a wait. Well staffed. (Jake not pictured)

I would give this location five stars if they had safe deposit boxes. Outside of that, the staff is very friendly and offers up full service banking. One thing they still don't offer after having asked for two years now is they do not offer Google Pay support. As a credit union, that makes zero sense. Their partner credit unions a few towns away offer Google Pay support and they have fewer branches.

Well this is my insurance company and the corporate address I am assuming on the back of my card. Here is something that customers and employees need to hear.
I have noticed in the last week for the first time for me, that my calls to customer service are now going overseas to the Philippines and India. And this angers me so much. Not only is my private medical plan and my information on a computer there, but your jobs at this company are at risk. We need to speak out about this and complain.
I asked to speak to a rep from the USA and was hung up on, kept on hold three separate times for over twenty minutes and when asked for a superviser nobody came to the phone. As well as being told by this Filipino that they would not and could not send my call to America.
Finally on the fourth call of the day, got somebody in Florida and got the help I needed and made a complaint. Said somebody will contact me by phone or in writing. Yeah right. Please ask to speak to a U.S. rep and complain about this to anyone and everyone. Our private info is on computers in India and the Philippines handled by third world people.

I have been banking at CACU for a long time. I have always had good service. Today I was blown away with the exceptional customer service I received from Christina Olesen. I had a problem with Discover taking out a duplicate payment from my account and we kept running into road bocks and she just kept on going until she found a solution that helped me. This by far one of the best examples of customer service I have ever seen in my 59 years of life! Thank you Christina Olesen!

This was my first visit to a CACU branch on the Missouri side of KC. Even though it was very busy at the lunch hour, both lobby and drive-through, the tellers very pleasant, upbeat, and helpful. This made up for the slight wait and lack of more of the common amenities found in the larger branches around town.
Because this was my first visit to this branch in this state they did a very good job of confirming my account and deposit history without making me feel like I was just another number.
They even made recommendations to improve my interest rates on my long-standing accounts and were willing to make the changes on the spot. Had the wait not been so long and my having to get back to downtown Kansas City (which lacks any manner of CACU presence) I would have taken them up on it.
As of mid-2016 this is the closest branch bank with all services (tellers, drive-through, etc.) to downtown and it still takes around most of the lunch hour to make the run. That is NOT the fault of this branch, so I still give them 5 stars.
