Easily the most terrible insurance company I’ve ever dealt with. They’re shameless in their pursuit of finding any tiny reason to deny claims. They’ll ruin your life if you have a home destroyed and they deny the claim. Buyer beware. Very terrible company.
Rude customer service and impossible to get in contact with to remove and add a vehicle. I know the amount they overcharge isn’t going towards customer service training and paying people to pick up the phone
I am a new client who signed up via Healthcare.gov. The onboarding was terrible, I called customer services at least 8 times during the process. I have a double billing issue (still not resolved). Every time I call customer service it's as if I never called before, no tracking of issues, no documentation. Avoid this insurer.
This is a horrible insurance company. I have a badly injured achilles and it has been impossible to get the number of sessions needed. I was capped at 22. Could not risk twice a week visits as my doc requested. They would only prior auth 6 at a time. I had to switch to a different hmo to get proper care. Disgraceful!
Probally the greatest insurance agent in PA - I do not know anyone besides Larry that will either pick up the call right away, call or text right back within 15 minutes and represents his clients to his ABSOLUTE best!
I called the Blue Bell number 21527 for 1500 can only speak to somebody if you know their first or last name or their email. There’s no option to speak to an agent to get a quote on the travelers policy for your condo. Very poor
This is my third year with them. So glad I found them.
Travelers is the worst insurance I ever had there rates are very high and I think there over charging the customers I would never recommend them to Any one it pays to shop around

Avoid Travelers at all costs. They are a corrupt organization. You are better off paying more for a legitimate company. Having a Travelers policy is like not having insurance at all.
Don't mess with there home health care. I'm waiting for hours to be paid from 5 months ago as a PCW. This is ridiculous and the should've never entered into this field until they were ready with processing papers for PCW's to get paid. Then when you call they are rude as ever!!
I wish I could have picked 0 stars. I will highly recommend you DO NOT use travelers home insurance. They denied my brother home insurance because he has a dog that is part pit bull. Little do they know this dog is the epitome of sweet loving and kind. I will be sharing this story with every person I know.
