Whenever I've had to contact them by email or phone, they've been quick to respond. No waiting on hold for ages. That's a big plus in my book. Good job!

It has a restaurant inside in the back , which serves peruvian food. Food was very good and very friendly service. I will definitely come back again.
My complaint is odd. MONY did pay out my father's life insurance after he passed. MONY sent us four separate checks. When we called to find out why we had received four checks, the customer service agent either hung up on us or wouldn't shut up about selling us a Life Alert pendant. We decided to deposit the four checks and let them deal with it if they sent them to us in error. We tried.

We had a very positive experience working with America Insurance Agency, particularly with Carley McCool. Being from out of state we were anxious to understood what was different with insurance in Pennsylvania and that we got the best deal possible on our renters, auto and umbrella policies. Carley presented us with several options, took the time to explain them and then let us decide what best fit our needs without any pressure. She was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. This place is a rip off. They have different prices in their menu than they charge!! almost twice!BE AWARE OF THEIR SCAM!!!!
The food is great! The bakery is Awesome! I love love the 3 milk cake 🎂 and is very reasonably priced.
Nathan was a breeze to work with. He managed to save me a couple hundred from a previous quote, and the payments are monthly instead of annually. He has done an excellent job explaining my coverage in a way that I can really comprehend. (As a new business owner that part was huge!) I also never felt pushed into buying coverage I didn't need. I feel much more confident in my bakery business knowing that I'm covered.

As I was searching for a new auto insurance policy, I was directed to Nathan Breece, who provided me with options for auto AND home insurance. He was very patient and thorough as he clearly explained my options. In the end, he provided me with more coverage (necessary coverage) at a savings of 42% between both auto/home insurance.

We come to this place for their sweet bread and its always great. A lot of their other items are overpriced but not too bad. The staff is friendly and helping. We enjoy our visits.
Descent place to go grocery shopping, and for items not usually found at traditional stores, especially if you're into cooking authentic Spanish style foods.
They do a great of taking care of customers and do a great job of providing low prices.
EDIT 12/3/2022: Just helped me save $500 on my auto insurance. I didn't ask for new coverage. Trevor reached out and asked if I'd be interested in switching as he saw my 2023 premium would be increased. Highly recomended. Been working with this agency for a few years now and never had issues.

Our family had booked on 12/30/17 including 3 years of kid,
but they said that under 15 years of age not accept ,
and promised to refund right away ,
but as of 1/10/18 ,
they does not refund yet,
The worse is that they saying the refund is up to Corporate but not willing to inform the Corporate's contact phone number ,
did send a couple of time of fund request via e-mail , couldn't get any feedback yet.
