Go anywhere else. Literally.

I spent 5 hours for them to not be able to figure anything out yet give me completely unrelated health info to what I visited for..that I already knew about.

Not to mention the guy who checked me in and did my vitals was looking at me weirdly and made me feel uncomfortable with his interactions. I felt profiled.

6K bill for no answers and the doctor who originally saw me had no decency to re-visit. just sent the doctor of the next shift in. Who didn't seem knowledgeable either?
My father has been to this hospital several times in the last 6 months. His cancer is causing fluid buildup in his abdomen that's so bad he struggles to breath. Every time he needs to have it drained he has to wait days because the IR department is only available mon-fri 8 hours a day. I guess they're one of few departments that don't have to work overtime??? My father is in the ER right now, struggling for air, in kidney failure. All he needs is this procedure and there's no indication that it's going to happen any time soon. So if you care about your parents, take them to Mayo Clinic.

I took my sweetheart to the UF North Campus ED this morning and couldn't be more impressed with the care she received. As a nurse myself of 25 years, I am conscious of what I consider to be adequate care at a medical facility and even more so when it concerns a loved one. The doctor assigned to her care, Jarrod Clements, MD and her nurse, Travis Wills, were both rock stars. And as a man who came of age in the 60s and 70s, I know something about rock stars. I couldn't be more pleased with her care and our experience today was stellar. Thank you so very much.

Their labor and delivery department is awful. Besides one nurse, everything about our recent birth experience for my daughter sucked. They couldn’t get it together. Nothing was in the room. We had to constantly ask for stuff. Zero towels for the shower, we had to ask for baby items and they’d bring one small pack of wipes at a time, chucks weren’t stocked, pads - nowhere to be found, diapers - yeah, good luck, had to keep asking for those, an essential item for a newborn baby. Had to ask for more blankets for the baby (they had ONE blanket and it was the one baby was wrapped in). The lactation consultant - I don’t know how she obtained her certification bc all she did was measure for flange size. ZERO breastfeeding information provided. You might as well go into this L&D packing everything you’ll ever need because they will either ration it out to you or sulk when asked to get something. One nurse came in at 4pm to advise she would be back at 6 to do one last round of vitals, to never be seen again but noted on my daughters chart she came back at 6:15pm and had the nerve to write down false vital signs. The midwife was clearly sick, zero mask, and coughing during the entire delivery. It was disgusting. Asked for a hand pump - “oh gosh let me see if we even have one”…3 hours later still no pump. Asked for a donut or something to help with the discomfort while sitting - “we don’t have those, can she not use pillows?” You’re always told you’ll be leaving the hospital with so many supplies/welcome bag 😂. Not this hospital. They got one thing right and that was commenting that the room service staff are rude.
I see Angela Marts…. In all of my adult life I have never been so well taken care of as Mrs. Marts takes care of me! She is one of the most kindest, most caring, most compassionate providers I have ever experienced. Angela takes her time to explain everything in layman terms and makes you feel as comfortable as possible, even with the most difficult type for people to talk about!!

The new office is absolutely beautiful, but the auxiliary staff and the providers are the true reason why I continue to come!!! I will always follow Angela Marts….. No matter where she goes, so hopefully she will always stay with Clinical Associates !!! Tami Wittman

This facility is mainly focused on how they can grow richer versed what’s best for the overall care of the patient. My family member had a serious procedure several days before he was discharged. The empathy of the staff had no concerns with his overall recovery. There’s a disadvantage being in a city that has multiple hospitals because the patient can be bounced from one facility to the other. As a retired nurse I don’t have much respect for this new trend of management for healthcare. Be careful of what hospital court your love ones are being treated at we are facing less care and treatment for the sick
My experience with Dr. Umer Ansari was excellent mainly because I received quality care which is so hard to get today. He was vey patience, pleasant, showed empathy and concern for my illness. He helped me to relax and eased my fears with the treatment I needed. He has gained my full trust and confidence in his ability to help me have a compete resolution of my problem and I will definitely return for the additional needed treatments. Awesome bedside manner and I know that an excellent patient-doctor interaction will be experienced by anyone who request his services. He is very knowledgeable, he listens to the patient and allows you to explain your concerns. He has great teaching skills and shares the knowledge you need to be active in helping yourself toward a positive outcome. I did not feel rushed and I feel he has a genuine concern for my health. The office staff and his assistant were pleasant and also outstanding in patient service, knowledge, and great customer service skills.
The focus is always on patients needs and concerns. When I have questions they do not fall on deaf ears. If I leave the appointment with questions that is my fault as I never asked. I am happy with Clinical Associates and the friendly staff.
I went in for a three part procedure to have my heart checked out last week, including two sonograms, one of my heart itself, and one of the aortas. The technology is amazing, and the technicians were great. I had been told the three parts of my visit, in different locations on their campus, might take four hours, but I was only there for two and a half hours. There was very little sitting in waiting rooms, the entire staff worked seamlessly together. I'm not surprised. I've had similar experiences there before.
The worst health center I have seen. Not recommended at all, very poor service, specially reception, No one answer you call when you need them, most of the time are out of service.I called at 3:20pm and saying it’s a lunch time which is very funny, or saying we have technical issues there is Lady on reception I think her name is Martha, she is not helpful at all, she always delays on our medical process’s, even on of our important referral was expired DR Habashi and her was in charge but they were not able to send the medical records to specialist however, they have been notified many times but no one takes care . I have too much to say about them no time to write

The only one you count on is DR Azaam Samir

Great experience. As a primary care patient I was able to accomplish 4 different things including xrays and blood draw within one hour with minimal wait. It is nice to have everything under one roof where it is only a few steps from one place to another. Staff is very nice, professional and helpful. The Health app is also great and provides tremendous value when it comes to appointments, fast test results or communication in general. This is how healthcare is supposed to work - thank you.
You don't want to be here, trust me. Evelyn is their only redeeming quality and who knows how much longer she'll be there. Problems with records, prescriptions, even their phones are dead half the time. Lot of turnover, waiting room looks worse than the dmv. I could go on, but you get the idea.
Fabulous, clean, beautiful new office space. No wait for my appointment. Excellent attention. Was able to get blood work completed same day right next door. Beyond 5 stars. Thank you!

I was seen to by Guadalupe Portuga. She was incredibly helpful, with a wonderful personality. She went above and beyond to help me find resources, and to prescribe repeat medications that I had in my home country, the UK. I really appreciated her help and support. The receptionists are also superbly supportive and helpful. Great team.
There is no better hospital. The doctors, nurses and all of those that support the medical part of it are phenomenal. My only negative was that the food was not up to par and who ever is responsible for ordering the single ply 3” sand paper toilet paper needs to order softer paper. I gave 5 stars for the medical and support staff. They rocked.

BEST EMERGENCY ROOM EXPERIENCE EVER!! Would give 10 stars if possible. Wait time was less than 10 minutes. All staff we interacted with were highly competent, professional, and empathetic. Facilities were the nicest I've ever seen. Can't say enough good things, and I'm completely mystified about why there are any bad reviews about this place. I highly recommend!

I avoided going to an ER as long as I could due to previous terrible experiences, specifically with patient care, but I was referred here by UF Wildlight Urgent Care, and I have to say this was the best experience I’ve ever had in an ER. My nurse, Darcy, had the best patient care/bedside manner I’ve ever received. I also received assistance from another nurse, Haleigh, who was just as great. Furthermore, Dr Nicoloso was kind and confident. The patient care at this facility is a 10/10 and I am so grateful that I now know there is an ER close enough to Fernandina that I am actually comfortable going to. Thank you all!♥️
Dr.Panikar is knowledgeable, never rushed and that's amazing in these times. I would highly recommend her. Her staff is also very responsive to requests for prescription refills etc.
My father was a patient here for about 2 weeks before being moved to hospice recently. I would like to personally thank two nurses on the 6th floor weaver tower. Not only for taking care of my father, but the compassion you showed ME. In a time where I was desperate for compassion. Kimberly who talked to me with kindness and genuineness, And savanna, a nurse who helped my father call me on speaker so I could have a conversation with him. Who also made me feel safe knowing she was caring for my father. I can not thank all of the staff enough for caring for my father, but you two will always stand out in my mind and making this horrible process a little bit better.

I would like to start off by saying that I NEVER leave reviews….
It is WILD how one person can take a great experience to horrible. The provider that assisted my daughter was very rude, almost condescending in his demeanor. He had an incredible way of making you feel very unwelcome. He had no interest in helping at all. I am a medic and completely understand what to do without instruction. But for someone who doesn’t, I would’ve felt just as lost as before. He had VERY poor bedside manor. He really was the reason that this review is bad. On the side, everyone else was absolutely AMAZING! We are on vacation and being in a different city can be scary. Every one else made it great. I hope this PA can gain better bedside manor and at least make people feel ok.

This clinic is amazing, very friendly staff, very clean place and very cheap and accessible
I was thoroughly impressed with the organization of the teams. It was reminiscent of a Broadway play, where everyone played their part perfectly, and everything was seamlessly coordinated. More than 50 people were involved in my care, each contributing significantly. I have never witnessed such a high level of professionalism before. I am deeply thankful and grateful for the exceptional experience I had at your hospital.
I’ve been talking to Julian Howard, and today I received my offer to join Sutter Health. Thank you, Julian, for all you did. You made the process informative & detailed. I’m excited to add my skills to Sutter Health!
Experience the best doctors in Reisterstown MD. Go to Clinical Associate, where the doctors and staff care about you. They will take great care of you, especially Dr Minnie Panikar, she is the best.
I have learned a lot about being a patient over the last couple of weeks and it can be very overwhelming at times but it’s something that we all have been through at least once in our life. I just have been taking it one day at a time and the staff at Baptist helped me to accomplish that and I’m so thankful. They have made it very easy to be a patient, all the staff that God put in my path has been wonderful and I am so blessed that God allow me to be in-contact with some of the best staff members at Baptist, so I Thank You 🙏🏾

This place sucks they are not professional at all , they had me calling on my husbands medicine for four days, the pharmacy would not release his insulin until they get more information and they even hang up on me telling me my husband had to call when all these time I’ve been calling for his meds .you would think they would have more decency since they charge cash and they are not cheap .
the Stanton Location i new patient and the amazing service i have from the medical staff Dr and especial from Jessica the nurse was perfect good girl attention to detail overall very satisficed

When my son was bitten by a venomous pygmy rattlesnake, our world turned upside down. Despite being rushed to Flagler Hospital, precious time slipped away as they struggled to respond. With mounting fear and desperation, they finally transferred him to Wolfson Children's Hospital in Jacksonville.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that we were in the hands of true professionals. The team at Wolfson's acted swiftly and decisively, administering multiple doses of antivenom as they battled to save my son's life.

Over the next 24 hours, we watched in awe as the swelling began to recede, thanks to the expert care and dedication of the staff. The energy and compassion poured into every child at this remarkable hospital are nothing short of miraculous.

Navigating the vast facility may seem daunting at first, but with the help of their intuitive app with GPS, we quickly found our way around. Inside the walls of Wolfson Children's Hospital lies a world of hope and healing, where every child is treated with the utmost care and attention.

Our journey was harrowing, but thanks to the extraordinary efforts of the team at Wolfson's, it had a happy ending. We are forever grateful for their unwavering commitment to saving lives and restoring hope. Wolfson Children's Hospital isn't just a place of healing – it's a beacon of light in the darkest of times! 💥

Dr. Lindsey Thattassery and her staff are top-notch, very knowledgeable, approachable, friendly, and courteous. They treat me like family and make me feel very comfortable receiving care, guidance and advice for my medical needs. I am very confident in her being my primary care physician and continue to experience very positive results to enhance my health and well-being. Dr. Thattassery and her medical staff are the BEST! They are very knowledgeable, organized, professional, and caring.
Hi. I have been bringing my family here for years under Dr Hardy. The place has changed hands and whoever is running it now doesn’t seem to care. I called for an appointment for my daughter whose prescription has badly changed and she needs an update. I was told “sorry we don’t have anything through the end of the year. Call next year.” And they hung up. So, God speed. Didn’t ask who I was or if we were established patients or anything. So I’m going to try someone new. Goodbye Dr Hardy and Sabrina the wonderful optician- thanks for the years of quality service.
I can't say enough about Nurse TEE.. Giving the COVID vaccines, . My grandson has autism and ADHD.. it's really hard for him to stay still, he stood still for her. It went so fast and so smooth.. Thank you so much Nurse TEE
..I heard kids talking out in the waiting area.. they were saying" they didn't feel a thing. ..It's wonderful to have such a wonderful person like her so fast and accurate. No kids were crying Or scared. Wow, what a great experience. Thank you so much... Sutter ..
For having a wonderful and kind person (Nurse TEE )..
I came in today and I was extremely happy with the service I received. The staff(doctors, receptionist, and nurses) were all so kind and helpful. I felt very comfortable and reassured with their help. They were very accommodating to me to make sure I was leaving happy. I'm so thankful I found this place, it's very affordable and so quick with their services. I highly recommend this clinic and I will definitely be coming back.
Staff here at heart center are amazing. Everyone is so nice and gentle with my loved one......

Worst service ever you call them to let them know that you have an allergic reaction to medication and they want you to go back and pay extra feet. They could not just change the medication or send a message to provider. What kind of service is this they only want your money.
ZERO stars!!
They give you a run around for your referral to be processed! Cannot count the number of times i called just to BEG them to PLEASE process the referral!! So much for an “URGENT” referral that is still not processed in a month! Very very disappointing - I think its faster to change a PCM/Facility than to wait for them to finally get it done right! - Preposterous!!
Wish Dr. Wong was still here. He was amazing! His replacement Andrea Gonzalez Falero is absolutely terrible. She DOES NOT care about her patients and blames them for her shortcomings and failure to even sign and send over paperwork to get life saving diabetic supplies. It’s ridiculous. Talking about patients medical history IN FRONT OF OTHER PATIENTS IN THE WAITING ROOM. HIPPA violation! I’ve never had my family be treated this way by a doctor before, and we will be looking for help elsewhere. This doctor is either overloaded with patients or flat out just doesn’t care. Either way, I will be complaining further.
Decent nothing new to share so far.
Dr. Hao Cao and her amazing team has been providing care for my parents for many years. I am very grateful for the time, care, and dedication Dr. Cao and her team provides to my parents. Even through the pandemic, Dr. Cao did her best to provide peace of mind and great health care to my mom during some difficult moments in this time of her life. I work as a Certified Pharmacy Technician and I've realized how much work needs to be done in health care. Many individuals do not understand this fact and believe everything should be done very quickly. When working in health care and with patients needing treatment or therapy, one needs to understand that it is a very critical process to provide the most optimal care for their patients. Thank you Dr. Cao and your amazing team for all your years of great healthcare service. We appreciate you all.
Staff and doctors were awesome. However there is a system wide problem of not letting patients know of copays before seeing the doctor. Every doctor I went to always verified insurance before the appointment. Max co pay would be $20 or $100 out of pocket without insurance. Also, front desk would always tell me if I was fine with the fees before starting and would offer to reschedule if I didn’t feel comfortable with the fee. I had anthem blue cross but they seem to be out of network because my copay for a doctor’s visit at Sutter Health was ~$550 and my insurance only covered around $20. They didn’t let me know of this beforehand. I just don’t understand how they could just send patients bills and not mention anything at the front desk. I have heard from multiple friends that this has happened to them too and there is no clarity on fees. I work in healthcare and it is important to let patients know how much tx would cost for the day so they aren’t shocked by a seemingly outrageous number in the mail that could have been discussed beforehand. I am still talking to my insurance and filing claims as that’s what my friends did to get their money back. I am overall satisfied with the quality of healthcare service and knowledge of physicians, but fees should be stated up front.

Horrible service. It’s so sad how our Mexican culture acts so rude to one an other.

They have no costumer service. I called by phone and they have horrible attitude and are not even friendly at all. They cut you off and always seem in a hurry.

We suppose to be there for each other unfortunately they don’t care. There are people who don’t have the opportunity to have insurance in this country and depend on these clinics to help them. The least thing they can do is be kind to their patients and understanding.

The female doctor had a so so attitude but again not friendly at all. If you look at the reviews, they keep apologizing and saying to call their managers directly but they don’t seem to change and they won’t apologize to you directly.
It's a robbery, they charged you for nothing. I only went due to flu symptoms and end up paying 150 just for a corona virus test that in the end came out negative as it was obvious
it's supposed to helps you because you don't have money and you end up paying more than a regular urgent care.
Exam tha you don't need, the copayment, plus medicine, I espent my work week on that visit
I will never return to this place
I was recently admitted to Sutter medical it was the first time going there since I moved to Sacramento in March 2022. It turns out I was pretty sick and had to stay in hospital for a week. After I was released I was asked by a friend of mine what I thought of the hospital. I told her that I would never go to another hospital again. I've been in hospital my whole life and Sutter medical is the best I was treated like I matter like I was important the care I received from the staff was awesome. I was really terrified,so scared that I was going to die but the doctors and the nurses did everything to calm my fears and for that I'm grateful. Thank you Sutter medical
The Office Sutter Pediatrics Audiology is a JOKE. I waited one year for to get a hearing test that was referring in 2021. I never had worst service location at Stockton Blvd Pediatrics Audiology. The clerk is a JOKE with excuses and push my child's appointment to 2023. The hospital Audiology and staff are really the worst service. I am going to another refer Audiology doctor and location. This place has so many excuses since COVID. I have better and faster service in ROSEVILLE SUTTER.

I truly hope the extremely rude receptionist does not ever have to go through this. She denied service 2 hours before closing. I traveled from Long Beach all the way to this clinic and she is not empathetic at all. 1 star is way too much for the service.
I been coming to this clinic for over 3 years and there has not been any bad experience with the front desk or the Dr. The doctor always goes above and beyond to listen and give his best to my needs.
Falsifying your reviews because you need an attitude adjustment who isn't humble to see they are people behind the desk who show up to work everyday and work hard to provide for us the service we need, is your problem, not theirs.
False reviews do not add any honesty, value and does not benefit anyone.

If their is something you don't like about yourself, change the way you think by first being humble and asking Jesus to give you a heart of flesh. They have always been kind and helpful to me. I always show up 10 to 15 minutes earlier of my appointment time as you should just in case they have questions or paperwork to be filled out. Treat others how you want them to treat you and that will not happen until you humble yourself.
My ex-husband, Glenn Holmes Senior took his wife to the ER on 29th St. They have been there for three days in the ER. His wife is terminal with glioblastoma. She has recently lost the ability to walk and has fallen four times in the last three days before going to the ER. Due to a glitch in insurance She is currently without insurance. My ex-husband is a disabled Air Force veteran with both tri-care for life and Medicare. They are being discharged with no services as the ER has qualified her as non-emergency. Her husband has no ability to care for her in the home and they are discharging her with no services. THIS IS ABANDONMENT OF A PATIENT.This goes against all ethical guidelines of medical care and California law.
I’ll admit sometimes it takes us a good while to get seen. But we don’t mind since we LOOVEEE LOOOVE OUR DOCTOR & majority of the staff known us for many years so they make us feel comfortable. My daughter loves her dr. Cao at this point I just walk in and they know who we are. Dr. Cao makes sure she finds whatever issue going on & makes sure it’s solved. That’s what I love, I’ve gone to other places where they don’t really focus on your pain & just assume it’s nothing bad. I had a health problem & went from hospital to other clinics & they assume it wasn’t nothing bad & the first time going here Dr. Cao immediately realized I wasn’t good & if it wasn’t for her who knows what would of happen right away went to ER because she told me & ended up getting blood transfusion and hospitalized. All thanks to her really paying attention to my situation ever since that she’s my main to go doctor for the kids & I

If I could give 0 stars I could.
This place is outdated and pretty much has garbage service.
I understand it’s busy, but even then You’ll wait long amounts of time for no reason. They take like 30 minutes to do anything- 30 minutes to call you in, 30 minutes to go get something, 30 minutes to change you rooms- they make you wait for everything.
They don’t check patient names and DOB correctly. I waited an extra 40 minutes because they called in the wrong person in with the same name as me and didn’t notice.
Last time I went, I was there for about 7 hours. When my results were ready, they called me to go in anytime to get my results and when I went, they told me to go back another time because they’re too busy to look for my file. That happened twice. And I paid $350 for those results.
I was also misdiagnosed. They told me I might have thyroid problems when it was just a lymph node side effect from the covid vaccine. Completely different things. It’s like doctors don’t know how to be doctors.
They also try to upsell and charge on medication. The doctor told me I only needed one thing, but when the nurse spoke to me I needed like 3 things all of a sudden. They do this every time I’ve gone.

I’m never going back.
My children go here. This is a pediatric facility only. They have quite a diverse range of specialists as well as just general pediatric practitioners here. We've had pretty good success with the doctors for my children here. There's a lab on site as well. That makes it very convenient. It's clean and the waiting room is large. It is never busy, probably because the building is very big. Free parking on site as well.
I have been going here since I was a kid. Friendly staff and I love how quick and easy they make it. They take you back almost immediately after you get there instead of sitting in the waiting room for 20 minutes like every other dr’s office. Hardy is great and has a lot of experience.
My uncle made an appointment here, without seeing their reviews, for 1:30 PM. When he showed up at 1:30, they told him you should've showed up 15 minutes early to do all the paperwork since you are a new patient. I was waiting for him outside the clinic, until 3:10 when I called him to ask why he is still not out. He told me they put him in this room, telling him the doctor will see you in a bit, but its been 50 minutes now and nobody is here. I finally went inside the clinic, and the front desk staff blame my uncle for their disorganization, and why he didn't show up 15 minutes early. Anyway, like the other comments said, avoid this place at any cost. They are very unprofessional, disorganized and messy.
Everyone there is very nice and accommodating. Dr Hardy does a thorough exam snd gives you options of what you want to do, whether it is to keep current prescription since there is minimal change, or discuss if new glasses are needed. I definitely will keep going to him and have told family snd friends to go there as well

Don’t even come here, thank God my grandma went to a different clinic. The other clinic told her that she came in time because she was about to get pneumonia. This clinic just loves to steal money from people. I wonder if this clinic just takes advantage of people because most of the people that go here are from low income and don’t speak English 🙄
While I LOVE all the doctors we have seen at this facility, the building’s covid regulations are over the top. The doctor we were to see called us 5 minutes before our appointment to inform us that because she had been symptomatic earlier in the week (mind you my daughter had a negative covid test that week- the symptoms were allergy related) that she would not be able to be seen. I rearranged and wasted an entire morning driving 45 minutes to an appointment where they wouldn’t even let me in the door. Frustrating to say the least. The doctor who gave the covid test cleared her for school and other activities, but we can’t go to an OT appointment?
Love everyone that works there! Everyone is always so friendly! Also Dr. Hardy is a really good doctor, I’m telling you usually I got to go back and get another check bc my contacts have been off but this guy! He knows what he’s doing for sure!

The Dr.' s here at this office are some of the best! They have been my kids' Dr.' since they were born. My oldest is 26& my daughter is 15. They truly have their patients best interest and are very professional yet compassionately personal with my children and myself. I would &( I always do)highly recommend to bring you children here!

Worst place ever. Me and my coworkers came here to get tested for Covid and: 1. Horrible service they are rude, 2. They tell you that if you test positive you HAVE TO see the doctor and pay $35 dlls, they don’t give you the option, and when you see the doctor they give you a shot which is $60 dlls.. all that plus the $160 for the test. 3. They charge you a lot and the test isn’t even reliable!! My coworker who was there with me tested positive and have to pay all those fees. A couple of days after she when to another place to get tested for Free and she was Negative! That happen to other 2 coworkers who went there too.. Horrible experience, waist of time and money
What a wonderful experience. Everyone was so friendly and kind and I feel I received the best possible care anywhere. All our family goes here and we recommend Dr. Hardy takes the time to explain what is going on. I felt valued and informed.
I'm not sure what everyone else is seeing here... my mom switched to this clinic based on a friend's recommendation and it's been the best decision. The doctor has been attentive and really listened to our concerns and our feedback. The girls at the front desk have been extremely accommodating and let us know that we have different options for things and send us reminders and calls. My mom has parkinson's and for the 1st time since she was diagnosed 2 and a 1/2 years ago, we're getting in front of the right docs with referrals from here. We would highly recommend
Staff is horrible. They always seem to be on lunch. They have to be pushed to do anything. Evelyn Gomez is nice but the rest are so useless. Never has see Azzam Samir J MD even though he is my primary care physician.
All i have to say is that i have NO RESPECT for DR NUNNA.. I have a 5 year old daughter with special needs and she sees DR NUNNA. I live all the way in oroville ca which is over an hour and a half drive. the reason i have this Dr is because of all my daughters special needs and specialist that she sees. The last time i came in to get my daughter her check up shots DR NUNNA proceeded to degrade me cause i missed a couple of Dr appointment's. I find that her attitude towrds me was very unprofessional she a zero reason to talk to me that way cause she had no idea what was going on. I will no longer be coming to this Dr and i will be looking for one closer to me.

Great service! Accommodating staff. I won’t go anywhere else.

I have a bad habit of not going back to the doctor when I’m supposed to. I really appreciated their consistent communication to ensure I made it back in for my next appointment.

Dr. Hardy has been in the business for a long time and is a good guy. He also has other doctors fill in if he isn’t able to be there and I’ve always had great experiences with them as well. No complaints here.

I highly recommend this place to anybody, especially someone who needs help keeping their appointments straight.
I went to this medical center to do a 5 panel drug test I made sure to tell them that I need this test for the PUC because it’s for a commercial driver they gave me one that was not for a commercial driver and when I called them back they were rude and told me it’s not our fault and we will not send any results to the lab either.
My eight year old had a great experience here. Dr. Hardy is very kind and patient and helped my son feel comfortable. The service we received in fixing my son’s broken glasses was exceptional as well. We were well informed and our concerns were heard. Thank you!
Everything that everyone is saying is SO true! It’s unreal!!! Since when does anyone from the office answer from a phone call as they’re driving in the car and the lady said the office is closed but then why are you answering the phone and for one why do you have it in the car terrible stuff unprofessional never ever pick up the phone and always put you on hold always loses your referrals never gives your medicine correctly so unprofessional they need to be looked into honestly
Horrible staff, appointments take 3 months on average, no parking, and they keep making misstakes like giving me an appointment on Monday but they type it in the computer for Tuesday, if you have a choice never visit them
I absolutely love this staff!!!! They went above and beyond helping me to find the right glasses for me! I've worn glasses all of my life and have never experienced this level of service.

Dr. Hardy took time with me to answer all of my questions and did it in a way that was easy to understand. I'm so thankful to have found this office!
Stars are given to those who work hard to achieving them. If i had the chance, i would have given them Zero star. I can write an infinite list of critics and many patients of theirs would definitely agree with me.

1. You can never call them and start stating your concern to the receptionist. She picks up, "thank you for calling orange county primary care, can you please hold". And now the loooong waiting on hold counts.....

2. When she gets back to you in less than 2 minutes, then you are lucky indeed. Ask for an appointment with the doctor & you will also be very luck to get one in less than 2 months. The clinic is not super busy like other centers but since the physician starts seeing patients at 3:00 pm and the clinic closes at 5:00 pm! So not sure how many patients could be seen in 2 hours. But there is an alternative to see somebody earlier - that is the PA. PAs are good if you need authorizations, antibiotics pills, fill a form, do labs, etc. But when you are chronically ill, you gotta be seen by the "big boss"

3. If you manage to visit this place and receive a prescription. Never ask the staff to fax it to your pharmacy because there will be high chance they may misplace it & you will end up without your medication.
You sure should follow up with them more than 2-3 times until they give your matter some attention..i assure you it won't be finished on the same day. It's gotta take 2 to 3 days until you resolve it.

4. When i walk in to the physician or pa, i assume my file has my records and latest lab wok or imaging. I think this is the least preparation the staff must do before a patient's appointment. This is not the case in this center. Many times i walk in and out without solid diagnosis because the dudes didn't pull up the record and they are to busy to spare me extra time until they pull it and read it to me.

5. When they promise to revert your call back, never trust them. Because they will not. Even if it was top emergency..Oh! and never say this word "emergency" because they will ask you to call 911!! I replaced it with the word "urgent" but still doesn't mean anything to them.

Bottom line for those reading, if you no patience to stupid mistakes and unprofessional communication, save your effort & find another primary care provider. If you ever find good one, please refer me to them. I would be very glad.
I just picked up my sister from her 2nd trimester ultrasound appointment, and from what she described the doctor made an exaggerated effort of finding her age on the paper and then said, "you're going to regret this." Regret what? Being an adult and having a healthy baby? We don't pay medical bills for your judgmental opinions after you've known my sister for all of two minutes. So to any young mom to be I would recommend you use other services for your ultrasound needs.

(I don't know the doctor's name because my sister was upset and didn't want me to go back in and find out!)
Dr. Buena diagnosed a misdiagnosis of another physician. I will be using him again.

One of the best place ever, I recommend it to everyone. My daughter was sick with fever for 2weeks I took her to kaiser all they said give her Motrin she’ll be fine . No she was still sick with fever I was desperate . So my mother recommended this place I took her there with in minutes she was all better . Till this day I still recommend to my friends and family..
I don't recommend this Dr.s office. The staff is terrible. Office manager Jose Vazquez is very unprofessional, unpleasant and just plain rude. The front desk Ashley and Lynnette are new hires. So dont expect to get any of your questions or concerns answered. Referrals take forever even when they are urgent!! Appointments take forever. They forget to call you back, or they say they will send it, they dont!! I can go on and on. I found a different Dr.s office that actually cares. I will know longer allow my father to be a patient here either. The lack if care and concern, heart breaking!!! In my own opinion, for your own health, please go else where.
Terrible - The office is not nice, the walls are peeled and the rooms are tiny. They only take cash for your copay but fail to tell you before your appointment. Most of the front desk girls are rude (except one light skin with brown long hair). I was only in once and since I work for a medical office I could tell there were just odd things going on. I never received results and they don't call you back. When I asked for a refill on my prescription they asked me to come in despite what the doctor told me at my visit(they obviously want a copay). The front desk girl who answered did not even look me up in the system before giving me attitude and turning me away. This place is just not good, at least to my standards. I normally don't write reviews but this place is no good.
1st and last time me and my husband ever go there. I cannot even give one star for overall experience. Horrible customer service, especially by front office staff. I work at Children's Hospital of Orange County (CHOC Hospital) and know for a fact none of those girls would make it through one day in our clinics with that horrible customer service. The back office staff were a bit nicer (reason for the one star rate), but the doctor my husband saw, horrible. Same, horrible customer service. We waited 2 hours to be roomed and then about 15 minutes in the room with the doctor. The doctor did not do any of the routine vital checks. Did not even bother to check the heart beat as doctors normally do, even if you go in more something not related to the heart. He instead spent 14 out of the 15 minutes typing in the computer. Horrible!!!
I go to Golden west all the time in fact Dr C is my doctor He's a great guy knows his stuff and will make sure your know what is needed to feel better and He knows his meds I'm sure most do but I had a strange combo of meds when I was with a large medical place that starts with a K, Doctor C took me off of two and replaced it with one and have never felt better !
The office staff has no idea what they are doing. I called to get an appointment however when I got there suddenly they didn't. I told them that they were listed on my insurances website as taking my insurance and was told that they do but they wont take mine. They wasted an hour of my time would not recommend them to anyone.
