I would be happy to talk more to your Marketing team if it would be beneficial but I don't think it's hyperbolic to say that this surgery and DR Acevedo changed my life. I didn't know how much of life I was missing out on with having such severe sinus issues until they were rectified. Not only was Dr Acevedo and his staff informative, kind and walked me through the entire process, but the surgery itself was a smashing success. 2 weeks out from surgery and I feel better than I have in my entire life. My sinus headaches and allergies are almost non existent and I know that of course some mild symptoms will return but I feel like I have a fighting chance at life again. I cannot thank him and his team more.
KP has the Best people working for them! Everyone is knowledgeable & supportive to the patients. This doctor saw my skin issues & knew what to do without scarring me.
I had such an empowering discussion about the symptoms of menopause! The healthcare provider even gave me some extra reading material to take home on the subject. My experience at Kaiser was excellent – thank you!
My mother is 80 years old and had three appointments for cat scans she had to wait weeks to get done, she arrived for her appointments only to be told she couldn't have any of them done because they didn't have recent blood work results. If you have someone scheduled for an injection why are you waiting for the patient to show up to look for it!!?!! How about looking into it before hand!? Something wrong with how this department is being run . You have the intelligence to do the scan but not the common sense to call the patient and ask if they can bring blood work results or even ask if they went to get it done. Unbelievable! You must cancel half the patients on your schedule. They really don't care I'm guessing.
My session with Dr. Jacob Walton Roth was a sensitive, rich, deeply human interaction. Dr. Roth is at once astutely insightful and humbly open in his interaction with me. I always treasure our sessions.
2:30am. First off, the security professional at the desk was incredibly kind, informative and helpful. Needed a laxative and the stores wouldn’t be open for 6 more hours. He brought a staff member over to discuss my options. The staff member asked if he could help me. I responded “that depends. Do you have any laxatives?” He responded “no” so I said “in that case no” and he left. And then I left.

What kind of hospital doesn’t carry these things?

Anyway I’ll probably hit the grocery store when they open and bring the hospital back some supplies they so desperately need.

You’re pretty good at responding to reviews so…. What other basic supplies can I buy for your facility while I’m in town?
I have been in billing hell for literally every experience I have ever had with this hospital. The worst was the birth of my son that took 2 years to resolve. But every blood payment, through HSA, or direct on their website or via the phone has been messed up. I pay on time and get collections notices. When I complain, they have not been able to resolve even when I have every reference number, receipt, etc. but need me to fax information to them and then send no update that the account is resolved. I changed insurance and did their pre-registration, registration game and they STILL billed the wrong insurance. Billing told me "well, the hospital just didn't update us with your change" and I got in another multi-month loop to fix it even though I followed all their processes. I am constantly stressed that they are going to hurt my credit and I basically avoid the doctor even though I have insurance because the billing side scares me so badly.
Dr. Rhee has been my both my teen’s doctor since they were born. Kaiser is fortunate to employ this doctor! It takes a village and I consider Dr. Rhee to be a very important part of my village. Thank you because I myself have had to switch doctors time and time again!!!! Kaiser as a whole is not great. From the ER to the regular office visits!!! But if you’re lucky enough to find a doctor that cares, explains and understands like Dr. Rhee you stay where your at! My 5 start review is only being given to Dr. Rhee, not Kaiser!
Dr Guadron was amazing. She was compassionate, and informative. She was honest in the diagnosis and sincere in all the information that she provide for my care. She also listened and answered my questions. I am well on recovery due to my consult with her and I am thankful
Second floor nurses are mean they are not about their patients they’re about themselves. I do do not feel welcome here. I do not feel comfortable. My fiancé is getting worse than when we brought him in in first place. I’m very very disappointed. I will never come back here again.
Thank you so much for everything you did for me to help me with my ankle! I had a great experience from the moment I arrived there until the moment I left. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism, Emily, Jordan, Dr. St. Louis Pac., and everyone else who helped me on Saturday. You were amazing!
I was charged equally for TWO anesthesiologists but did not have an MD anesthesiologist in the procedure room. And I woke up during the procedure!!! In pain!!! I was then charged for more anesthesia AND for a longer stay in recovery. I was also charged with multiple and confusing charges that no one has explained to me. I called for an itemized list, had a very unsatisfactory call with someone who was consistently unable to answer my questions, and never heard back from northern light after the questions I had were supposedly escalated. I have contacted the State and my insurance company to report my concerns. My feeling is that they are working within the loopholes of what is allowed to be charged whether the charges are fair. Shame on northern light. Maine's healthcare are has nosedived since they took over our small hospitals and practices.
The best care I had.Everyone that cared for me were very professional and Soo caring They made me feel comfortable and cared for. Thank you all for a3 day wonderful experience.I highly recommend this hospital!!!
This hospital is AMAZING I'm not from SJ but the staff during the morning and afternoon have made me feel cared for heard and understood and most of all comfortable in the condition I'm in at the moment. Danielle, Dylan, and the guy who did my IV in my hand (sorry i don't remember your name) but yall were angels. The nurses I got when I finally got to ICU were AMAZING as well along with the everyone who was a part of my procedure.
Thank you saooo much Regional staff💜
Yall have a special place in my heart.
Update I went back recently and had 2 dr one of them was alright the other was completely awful I went in with pain july 24 came out still in just as much pain as I went in not one work up was done on my she claimed it was ptsd and sent me on my way the other literally treated the pain at the hospital but when I asked for pain meds leaving this dude didn't even offer anything and I only needed a 12 prescription so 1-2 pills but it was the arrogant attitude that got me and you work in the ER that's sad anyone who works in a ER should be tested on bed side manner if they do well the move up if they don't they get another lesson
I recently had an exceptional experience at Kaiser Hospital and felt eager to share it. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a friendly atmosphere. The staff, from the receptionists to the nurses and doctors, were incredibly professional, compassionate, and attentive to my needs.

The facility itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained, which immediately put me at ease. The care I received was top-notch, with every staff member going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being. The doctors took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment options and answered all my questions patiently, which I greatly appreciated.

What stood out the most was the genuine concern for my health. I never felt rushed or like just another patient. Instead, I felt like a valued individual receiving personalized care.

Thank you, Kaiser Hospital, for providing such outstanding service. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of quality healthcare.
The best care I've had for a hospital! Dr Pahlavan spin surgeon, was the greatest! Him and his team are Rockstar in their work. The nurses are very friendly, helpful, informative, and overall, they listen as a human being. Also had a great view from my room
I like to give great thanks! and great kudos to the the ER Department great accommodation .. and to the surgeon, anesthesiologist and nurse staff who performed a surgery procedure on my Mom.. great talented team at Regional Medical Center.
I was a patient for 5 days. I had a nice room right across the nurses station. One night it sounded like a big party. The nurses were very happy. We are in the hospital to rest not to be awake for hours. I must say their food is very good!
Great place .. we do everything here .. anything to do medical and physical therapy I recommend 💯 very great with the clients.. thank you for amazing service
While the experience at the hospital was good and I would love to give them a five, I was presented with a problem afterward that I do not understand. I received a letter in the mail some time after my appointment saying that I still owed money despite believing that I had already paid my bill.

Why is this a thing? Why can't I be asked if I want to pay everything at once. I'd greatly prefer it. I don't risk forgetting, losing the letter, or the letter not even arriving. Why wasn't I told or even given an option?

Then I had to fight with a machine that refused to accept my card despite it saying that Northern Light would take it. I got hung up on once and spent the next few minutes hitting 0 and repeatedly saying "give me a person," because no option to do so was presented. Why did it need to take so long? Why use a machine that doesn't work?

This is why I don't like going to hospitals. The medical staff are always great and the administration makes it far too frustrating.
I have been trying to get copies of labs that I had performed at Maine Coast but they were ordered from my doctor at Trenton Health Center. I received a disturbing diagnosis and have been getting the run-a-round, so I am distressed. I initially called and spoke to a VERY nice and accommodating woman named Erin she directed me to a release of information form via e-mail, gave me her direct number and said to call her back with my submission number and she would expedite the release. Well, I called the number but it went thru the switchboard and I got someone else. I asked for Erin but she said she would help me. I told her my plight and she proceeded to talk down to me not letting me get a word in edge-wise. She told me they would/could send the records to the new doctor and I said I wanted the copy. She said Erin NEVER should have told me the records could be expedited that they deal with thousands of phone calls daily and people wait until the last minute to request their records all the time. I asked her to please not be condescending to me which is when she hung up on me. I have been trying since April 22nd to get a copy of my labs. That is not last minute! I am admittedly distressed, but come on. If she had only stopped talking over me I may not be writing this. Erin was excellent, but the other woman (whose name I did not get) should not be in the position she is in. Erin said there were 4 people working in the department today (5/13/2024) and I can only hope someone with authority will do something about how I was treated.
I recently had a visit to Regional Medical Center. I was impressed with the good service I received from the staff. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered my questions and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this medical center to anyone needing medical care.
Don't come here unless you want to die. Disgusting death trap, no one knows what's going on, completely dysfunctional. 3rd world country style hospitals. Actually, a lot of third world countries have better facilities, doctors, and especially NURSES. ALL COMPLETE IDIOTS. NO STANDARD OF CARE. PATHETIC.
I was there for 5 days starting in the Emergency room and had exceptional care. The nurses, doctors, and support staff were wonderful. Not only to me but to my wife also. What was a very stressful situation for both of us was handled professionally and passionately resulting in great ending.
I had an MRI and one with dye done a few months ago. They made me pay almost $1000 up front because my insurance deductible hadn’t been met. In the interim my GI doctor submitted a bill for a colonoscopy and my deductible was taken out of their payment. They sent me a bill for over $900 which I eventually had to pay. I called Holy Redeemer several times and was thrown into voicemail. After two weeks and several messages left Maureen called me back. She said I have an $866 credit on my account. A asked her to reimburse me this money as I had to give it to the GI doctor. She told me she would speak with her supervisor. She said if I didn’t hear back from them to call again and get caught in the voicemail loop. 🤦‍♀️ Well it’s been over two weeks and I haven’t heard anything. I am beyond frustrated. They have a lot of my money and I don’t know how to get it back.
Easy access for wheelchair and others. Never had to wait long for a blood draw, which was totally pain free.
Been going to them for a while now, great staff, and Dr Maresma, is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
It's a nice facility but it didn't seem to busy to me. Maybe it wS sn off day? If you need an MRI quickly they are very accommodating schedule wise.

I’ve done my immigration medical exam here. I would say this office has a good vibe, and everyone is fridndly. From check-in to testing, the entire process is efficient and seamless.
my appointment was 11:15 am and I walked in at 11:16 am there was no one at front desk to greet me so I waited which is exactly what happened last week. I didn’t want to just walk back. It was 11:20 and no one came out so I decided to walk back to the registration area. The registration staff member Sharon was with a patient therefore to not interrupt I sat and waited patiently. She then came out with an attitude and said what are you here for. I advised an ultrasound she said oh 11:15 am I confirmed yes. She then rolled her eyes And said I was there at 11:15 am didn’t see anyone and then she walked away from me. Not too long after the ultrasound tech came to her office and Sharon began talking about me. I walked up to her office and asked if there was an issue please inform me and I will reschedule. I understand staff members can be overwhelmed especially when checking in patients and registering but there is no need for an attitude or to be rude. There are better ways to approach people and Sharon Illich needs to understand that. Other than that I’ve always loved this location and the techs. Ana the ultrasound tech is great , professional and kind.
I had many MRIs done in the past but never had such an unprofessional and disgusting attitude from an MRI technician and staff as at Holy Redeemer MRI in Warminster.

I had a problem and was obviously in pain.

The technician did not explain how to communicate with him while performing the MRI, in case I need it. He did not give me time to find a comfortable position. He did not offer to make me more comfortable by putting a pillow under my legs, normally that would be done.

He started the MRI practically instantaneously after rolling me in the machine, without a warning that he is starting and without asking me whether I am comfortable, and if it is OK to start. He just told me that I cannot make any movements and then started the MRI. He was extremely rude!

I was scheduled to do an MRI of the right thigh and right hip. He was not able to finish the thigh MRI properly because I did not have a choice but start moving because of the horrible pain caused by lying too long in an uncomfortable position, being afraid to move. Of course, I was not able to continue with the MRI of the hip – that was never done.

This, unprofessionally done, half-finished MRI caused tremendous pain in my thigh, worsening my condition to an unacceptable level. Months later I still suffer as a result of this horribly performed MRI.

I was instructed to come back to the facility in a few days to get the results, but the woman, clerk, refused to give me the results, saying that my doctor would provide me with the results. I had to forcefully insist until she, finally, gave me the results of this half-finished MRI.
Had a CT Scan yesterday. Facilty very nice. Radiology staff, Sharon and Dot, pleasant and professional. Had zero problems here.
The level of disregard that the staff showed here is completely unacceptable. I was referred by the VA to this location to have an MRI done of my cervical spine. Due to an error by their staff (gave the VA the wrong fax number for referral paperwork), I was not able to have the MRI that the VA ordered for me that day. I needed to call the VA back while sitting there to give them the correct fax number. I was told by the staff to come back tomorrow. Living in pain and waiting an extra day to have this test done felt like an eternity. Here I am, 9 days later and they still have not sent the results of the MRI back to the VA. Pain getting worse by the day to the point where I can’t sleep and it’s getting difficult to live a normal life. My Dr. even called to request the results…….still nothing. If this is how they treat veterans, I’d hate to be a non-veteran getting tested here. Good luck
Phones don’t work
I had my first appointment with Dr. Levy today and I left feeling not only heard but like I have an ally when it comes to my physical and mental health. It was the first time since IPads were invented that a doctor took the time to sit me down in their own personal office and looked me in the eye while getting to know me as a person as whole. I was so much more comfortable because I wasn’t sitting on a paper covered examination table staring at the doctor’s back while they typed. He is the epitome of the type of doctor that takes the time to listen their patients and fully explore their needs. Doctors like him are quickly fading due to insurance companies so I highly recommend him to anyone seeking quality and personalized healthcare.
Had a MRI scheduled for my mom who is a cancer patient. The week before they called to cancel appointment due to their scheduling error. They did not offer a timely reschedule. They left us high and dry. Be careful depending on this institution.
Excellent service and lovely staff.
Dr. Maresma is incredible.
Therapist Daisy and massage therapist Maday are wonderful.
I'm so glad I chose Del Prado Medical Center and would highly recommend to anyone.
This had to be the worst doctors experience that I’ve ever experienced in my entire life! The doctor literally got her license out of a crackerjack box. Absolutely no concern or compassion whatsoever for patients. Also, you cannot have English patience and not speak English.
Worst medical center I've ever been to! My healthcare was cut off without warning or explanation when I needed it the most. If you are looking for good healthcare, look elsewhere & stay away from this place! I've also noticed that the positive reviews are by their own staff! What a joke!
I had an excellent experience here. The booking was made easy and followed up with reminders. The facility is clean and spacious. Ben was an amazing provider. He was caring, thorough and took the time to listen and discuss options. Excellent chair side manner and one of the nicest providers I've come across. It did take a while to get an appointment here as they are booked out 1-2 months in advance so try to plan ahead if possible.
We went there for visa examination for my parents. It was easy to take the appointment. From reception to examiner , everyone is very nice , polite. We went earlier than the appointment time and we didn’t have to wait . If you are coming from other state , please keep in mind that you might have to pay a good amount of money for parking. We parked our car for little bit over 3 hours and we paid 64$ including taxes. For the health examination we paid $800 . It’s too expensive but no other option as we came from CT.
Today I went to Del Prado Medical Center for my Mom’s Medical First Appointment and I was impressed for the amazing Customer Service In Front Desk and the pretty lady at Check Out Desk NEYLIS ACOSTA (Patient Coordinator) was very professional and kind! Also the Female Doctor was friendly and very professional with my Mom and family. I highly recommend DEL PRADO MEDICAL CENTER!

If I could give 10 Stars here, I would. This medical center is absolutely amazing! The entire staff is very professional and efficient. They care about your health concerns and treat you with respect. Karla responded to my questions and concerns very promptly. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone !!
I have done my visa medical here . It was an awesome seamless experience. Every member of the facility who participated in helping from booking appointment to consult are very generous, patient and well communicated.
Went there for a medical exam for Australian Immigration. Booking the appointment was easy but they don't send a confirmation message or email which was a bit inconvenient.
Staff at the facility was great. Everyone starting from the receptionist to the examiner was extremely polite. Cost for the exam was high but this was the only option near Boston.
I have been client of the clinic for many years and have the best opinion about the service, the doctors and the medical assistant staff. They are very nice and always are happy to help specially the therapist Maday, she have been working there for so many years and is like part of Del Padro family. She is a versatile person and makes the clients feel better with her smile and kindness.
A very frustrating experience. I wanted to make an appointment here, but had to go through Palo Alto Medical Care. I have excellent Blue Cross/Blue shield insurance through my employer, but because I am over 65 I also have Medicare, Part A, as required by law. Anything Medicare does not cover, my BC/BS will pick up. However, I was informed that they are not "taking any more Medicare Patients at this time," even though I have excellent insurance. Since Medicare Part A is required by law for anyone over 65, I think that means they are not taking any new patients over 65, period. This strikes me as age discrimination, although I guess they have the right to accept or reject any patients they want. Very disappointing.
I am so grateful for the practitioner here! She is so resourceful and intelligent. She listens to my concerns and consults with me on my options for care and helps me make a decision that best suits my needs and wants.
1. I called Dr. Levy's CELL PHONE on a work holiday, and he answered. He politely told me he could fit me in first thing the next day and even told me where to park. 2. The people who took my information were quick and professional. 3. The Doctor who examined me was wonderful and the nurse practitioner was the same. They were both super thoughtful and great to work with. 4. Dr. Levy stepped into the exam room to introduce himself. He was so kind and funny. Honestly, my new favorite doctor. 5. Several days later I followed up to see if they can expedite the process, by sending my information to immigration. The obliged and responded to my email within minutes.

Overall: Incredible people, incredible service, and easily the best experience I've had with a doctor.
I had such a great experience. I needed a medical exam for immigration. Everything was so organized. I was seen quickly and had all my questions answered. Everyone was very friendly and polite.
Andreea C. Doaga-Thyne, M.D. she is a great doctor she is very helpful and nice she is one of the best doctors MD that I can ever ask for. She is my primary care doctor. I hope to see her again in the future.

The ARPN (practitioner) was very open minded and made me feel more comfortable about getting help. Rather than going through a systematized list of procedures and medicines for a disorder, I feel cared for as a patient and individual. I feel more optimistic on being able to change my thought patterns as well as finding the best medication for me.
i was nervous because of depression I feel a little better now.
I've been coming to Manhattan Family Practice since living in New York City and have referred it to anyone in my network. The facility is clean (oddly hard to come by), the staff is friendly, informative and super accessible. Highly recommend!
Dr and staff are always great to me. Clean waiting room, and my 4g works inside.
