I have had problems getting through on the phone and while that’s annoying, the staff on the phones and in the office are incredibly kind, professional, and communicate extremely well before, during and after the procedure. Their care and follow up deserve good ratings. I’ve been to this office three times and will continue to get all my imaging here.
I’ve only been to this location once thus far, but I was impressed. The staff is friendly, my appointment was on-time, and Dr. Edla is very kind and has such a calming presence. This might be the first time in my life that I’m not apprehensive about going to the doctor!

I knew better but against my better judgement came anyway because it's closet to my house. But I will NEVER and I mean NEVER come back to this Emergency room for ANYTHING! I've been here for 9hrs (and counting) and most of my time here has been because I've been waiting for people to get here! There were only 2 other people waiting to be seen when I got here and I was called to the back pretty quickly based on the urgency of my concern which I thought was a good sign. Only for me to get preliminary tests and then have to wait over 3 hours for a specialist to come for the additional tests needed. Then wait several more hours for another doctor to come in to read the results of the tests they've run. It's beyond ridiculous! I know emergency room visits are never ideal but this is by far the worst experience I've ever had! Where are the staff? Why am I spending HOURS waiting for people to get here for the service I need? It's unacceptable smh.

The only good thing is the staff was friendly.
My walk-in visit to PrimeDoc at Fair Oaks was absolutely great. The Check-in Assistant and the Doctors were all very polite, efficient, and professional. The doctor clearly explained the procedure she performed and what the results meant. In addition, she gave me several options on how I should proceed. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. One suggestion: on the check-in iPad, there should be a reminder to for the patient to retrieve their ID from the side of the pad when checkin is completed. It could easily be forgotten. Other than that, I will highly recommend PrimeDoc to friends, neighbors, and family.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! This place is horrible (TGH Imaging near University mall)! I have been there 3x's for scheduled appointments and each time was a mess! The 1st time they called me back, had me get undressed, put on their jacket only for a tech to come tell me it's too early for my exam and insurance will not cover. I put my clothes back on, as I proceed to the front to reschedule (with a very kind black lady) I hear the nurse discussing the matter with others as if their negligence was my fault. The 2nd time I forget the excuse they gave me, but trust it was lame. TODAY- 3rd time....from the moment I walked in the vibe was off. While signing in I met a short, hispanic, big silver haired nurse with glasses and she was RUDE! Her entire disposition was RUDE and she acted as if I did not belong. I was 9mins late for my appointment set for 7:30am. She did not know I was late at the time. I was going to tell her, but she quickly and angrily told me to go have a seat after handing me a paper with clipboard. I was late because, traffic was horrible coming from so far away to get there, but as a single mother with no help, I had to get my child to school first. My tardiness was not intentional, but very much inevitable. So back to the RUDE NURSE- I get called back really loud to a cubicle and when I get there low & behold it's the same nurse I met signing in. She requested my insurance card, type a few notes, look at the time and says" your appointment was at 7:30am we can't see you, because you should have been here at 7:15am" She NEVER offered to set another appointment or nothing. Nor did she ask why was I late. She was just meant I was not going to be seen AGAIN there today. I asked for my insurance card back and I said "please ma'am I have come from a very long way for this needed appointment. She replied "it is nothing I can do, because the specialist have started working". I tore the paper she had given me to fill out which she offered to shred. How nice was that- you offered to shred my paper, but not to reschedule a simple needed mammogram! At what point do we extend GRACE to others as God extends HIS GRACE to us daily. I will NEVER GO BACK to that location!!!
I have very much enjoyed my experiences at PrimeDoc and with Dr Winslow. They work with the ZocDoc app to help me get same day in-person or virtual visits and then I get a call to collect my copay. I'm always greeted when I enter and expected. I never feel like a number or that I'm being rushed. It's refreshing. I don't want to go anywhere else because I feel like I've found people who care about me. Dr. Winslow always asks about my family and whatever things I referenced in previous visits. Highly recommended!
I had the worst experience I’ve ever experienced in any medical setting, my husband was brought in by ambulance on a Sunday, after sitting in emergency room for hours on, they decided to keep him, I came to visit the very next morning, wasn’t allowed to see him because visiting hours starts at 1pm, cool, I’m sitting in lobby just waiting for 1 pm, it’s about 10am, while sitting and waiting for 1pm a gentleman and his brother comes in and they were told the same thing, visiting hours starts at one, the man became so irate and yelling , I mean went completely off the hinge, I’m sitting watching the whole situation, the security called upstairs and the next thing I know they are trotting upstairs so I guess I should have come in acting ignorant in order to see my husband! Smh
Nobody is on the same page. Lied to by nurses who didn't want to send me to get blood work. Been trying to get a CT for 4 months now. I canceled a vacation because they finally scheduled the CT scan without asking me. I was tired of waiting for another one after 4 months. I made absolutely sure everything was in place. They called 3 days before the appointment to tell me they canceled it and insurance didn't approve it. I had already received approval from my insurance. They then tried to schedule a brain mri which was already done!!!
They made my husband worse!! He died under their care. They didn't give a damn. Made mistakes and thought it was funny. Worse place to be. Don't have staff doctors needed to care for patients. Don't have doctors for specialized conditions. The doctors are transitional doctors. Only one doctor on a shift who doesn't spec
She listened to my concerns and gave me options to possible solutions. I really appreciated the front desk on how quickly they got me back to see the doctor even though I was more than a few minutes late due to bad weather. The office is very clean. Overall very pleased with my which to this doctor. Will be doing future appointments with my new primary doctor.

The only reason I gave them a star is because I can't leave a review without giving them at least one. I came to the ER at 2:22 am to be seen of course, but while I am waiting to be seen a man( not a patient) is sleeping and he started to vomit all on the floor. I informed the staff about it and no one has come to clean it up yet. It's been almost an hour and still NO ONE!! The women's restroom is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE there's urine and fecal matter all on the toilets. I should have went to another hospital uptown like I started to go, but the pain was just TOO MUCH!!! UMC NEEDS TO DO BETTER WITH EVERY SINGLE THING!!! Oh it's been an hour now and STILL NO ONE CAME TO CLEAN UP THE VOMIT OR RESTROOMS!!!
The worst experience ever. Made an appointment for noon, and wasn’t able to see the doctor for two+ hours. I was told to go to a room, and no updates were provided either from the doctor or from the nurse for more than two hours and it was just endless waiting. I had to get stuck in a tiny room until I got almost claustrophobic. Unfriendly staff, not interested in patient care and lack of communication. When I reached out to a staff member just in case she forgot about me, she was like “the doctor is busy.” I see no point of making an appointment, and her attitude was unfortunately rude and unprofessional. There are a few urgent care facilities in this area - please consider another option and don’t waste your time, it will make you feel sicker while waiting for a few hours even upon making an appointment.
Impossible to get in touch with to schedule, which delayed my treatment by over 2 weeks. Unacceptable.
I'm so glad I found Dr. Winslow she is the first doctor who has taken the time to address my health concerns. Her staff is truly amazing and friendly. It is worth the 2 hour drive to see her and get the care that had been dismissed by other doctor's I have been to. I highly recommend her because she has so much compassion for her patient's.

My sister Briana Moye was 39 years old she came there for an recluse brown spider bite to get treated cause it was an infection my sister was there Wednesday and got submitted because she start having side affects from the venom from the spider my sister been there for 5 days I saw I Sunday she was doing so well she wasn’t sick or anything the bite was actually draining and doing so good she supposed to got surgery that next morning to cure the infection out for good that Monday morning that doctor called my mom on August 26th 2024 saying she’s dead from falling off the bed my sister head was busted split open from the front the side a bruise on the side of her face a blood clock on her chin she was laying in a pool of blood all because she fell off the bed this hospital kill people for organs and extra insurance money they closed this hospital down before because it was to many people dying from here I just want justice for my sister I’m so hurt please don’t come to this hospital my family still grieving it was nothing wrong with my sister 12 hours before her death but the next morning she’s dead !!
This office was very nice. I had a quick and easy experience checking in. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Winslow was very kind, addressed my issues quickly and recommended future service for me. I will definitely return to this office.
You would think service is bad for the area… folks are actually professional …one person that greeted me Kimberly Kemp was professional and more than helpful! She facilitated my needs in a prompt manner moreover she was empathetic! We need more folks like her! Thanks Mrs. Kim!
This place is terrible and unprofessional. Only go here if you want your personal medical information to be freely discussed among the friends and families of the staff.
It’s no way this is an emergency room, this is where they put their patients at.
Everybody is so rude and unprofessional and have a really bad attitude how could this be the closest hospital in dc and this is how they care about their patients. They don’t care if you’re pregnant or NOT! I WOULD NEVER COME BACK TO THIS HOSPITAL IT!!!! IT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN ASAP!!!!!!

Even the restrooms they have for patients is DIRTY!!!! THIS IS BEHIND SAD!!
I have been going there for 10 years the last 2 years have spent a lot of time out there. The staff is great especially the Nurses on 5 North and 5 South can honestly say I have only had two bad experiences with Doctors out their.
They will scam you. I was fully paid off then a year later I'm getting charged more than triple what my original bill was and now they're saying I owe an entirely new bill at triple the cost.
I cannot thank the ICU nurses enough, they brought my brother in law back to life! He was on a ventilator for 2 weeks fighting for his life and they were so diligent with his care. He is nothing short of a miracle. The hospital is extremely underfunded but the nurses are the glue that keeps this hospital running. They deserve so much. I hope the hospital and city knows that and focuses on improving its facilities.
My first experience with the Fairfax location could have been better. I had to change my virtual visit to an in-person visit because it was my initial visit. What should have been told to me prior to my appointment was the need to add Dr. Winslow as my primary Dr. The receptionist assumed I knew how to do this and did not offer much assistance. This took up at least 15 min. The communication piece could have been handled better.

I waited a couple of hours with a scheduled appointment. I watched many people come in after me and leave before I was even taken back. I was told to be there at 3pm and didn't leave until 5:30. After my imaging, I was sent back into the waiting room and was locked in as their security gate was down. I had no way to leave, and nobody was around to let me out. After waiting forever for somebody to let me out, I found their security gate remote on the wall and let myself out. Every time I call, they never answer. My doctor even tried to call to get the results and they didn't answer for him either. I will never go back to this facility.

My doctor faxed over referrals the day I was in thier office. Made my appointment at TGH imaging and had to wake up at 6 am for around a 7 am appointment. When I got there TGH imaging said they didn’t have the referrals and now I had missed my appointment even though I was early. I called my doctors office that day and they told me yes they faxed the referrals over a long time ago. This place deserves a 0 star being something in the same manor happened last time I had an appointment here.

I had a special type of ultrasound scheduled and they claimed they called me on April 1st (I have no record of them calling or leaving a voicemail) that the appt was cancelled because the radiologist doesn’t do it anymore at this location ONE MONTH AGO. This type of ultrasound is SUPER TIME sensitive, I took the day off from work and was very aware of my cycle and the days and everything I needed for this procedure today, April 5th. The manager was nice and tried her best to comfort me and help me find a place to do it in the area but this type of ultrasound is nearly impossible to schedule.

The Good: Valerie at the front desk was very helpful, friendly, and efficient in getting me checked in. The two technicians who completed my tests were very friendly. The Bad: Extremely long wait time to be seen.
I scheduled a bone density test on the facility on University. Got there on time. Had to wait 10 minutes to be called. After I was completing some papers the lady told me that it was a special test and couldn't be performed here. That is disrespectful after I came.

I've been trying to get a supervisor all week left.msgs for both of them and my number still no call back, woman at front desk isn't helpful she made me miss.my appointment last week and could care less to help me re schedule or obtain my script. Makes me sad I'll have to stop going to this location now after years customer service is no piss poor/mediocre.

Edit: No sup.ever bothered to call and I sent an email to TGH no one ever responded, Tampa.has turned into a sad place a month later still NO concern or mammo.done...wow run from this location they don't even answer the phones.
New office team is great very nice experience each infusion. Building old side but office itself is nice.
Loved one went in for cardiac arrest. I give them all the credit in the world for initially saving her life until they wanted to pull the plug a week later. Doctors did not acknowledge the family's findings of our loved one's small improvements each day. She has improved so much that she is needing to go to an ltac facility. Which both facilities are now fighting us on. First they wanted to count her but now that she is showing Improvement they are keeping her trapped in basically a state of limbo. The caseworker has lied to us on behalf of the hospital and management has been so neglectful and rude I could not even get a last name of an administrator without them telling me I had to file a subpoena first. Protect your loved one and do not send them to this Hospital. If it is an emergency situation in the closest hospital by you don't have a choice but after that get them out of there so you do not face the horror stories that others have.

Jefferson has taken very good care of my family the past few years. From my own care, to my daughter's birth, to my wife's recent surgery. All staff members are very friendly and genuinely listen and respond to questions & concerns.

I've been to UPMC hospitals tending to my dad's care many times with many problems. I'd always pick Jefferson over UPMC hospitals due to the reasons outlined above.

The big issue is parking. I don't like valet parking, and a better solution is needed for the main parking lot.
I’m 19 weeks pregnant and was instructed by my OB to go across the hall to the ultrasound and radiology department to make an anatomy ultrasound appointment. I go over and no one was at the front desk so I stood there waiting for 20 MINUTES for someone to come out. Once two people entered the front office they didn’t acknowledge me but just ignored me for another 10 minutes. Then a third lady walked in with an attitude and asked me if I had an appointment or not. I responded that I wanted to make one to which she gave me a dirty look through her mask and said ‘we don’t have a scheduler everyone is just going online’ before shoving an appointment card towards me and dismissing me.

WHY CANT YOU HAVE A SOGN OR SOMETHING ELSE STATING THAT THERE IS NO SCHEDULER INSTEAD OF WATCHING YOUR PATIENTS WAIT FOR FOREVER?! And the attitude was disgusting. If I could give a -14 star review I would.
Sister brought our 95 year old mom in for some tests after she fell and since she had good insurance they admitted her for observation. Could't get her glaucoma medication in a timely manner and combination /inc. dietary jacked her blood sugar up so much she needed insulin (never needed it b4). Now she has approval to go to skilled nursing since early AM and they are dragging out her hospital stay by keeping her there all day. Rowena & Lynetee are useless or must know drill to bleed her insurance! Too bad a good hospital, either has incompetent case workers or working the insurance.
I have known and been a patient for Dr. Kim for a long time. I always trust his sound judgment, appreciate his professionalism, and grateful for his empathy to his patients. I highly recommend him.

They didn’t communicate well with other medical providers. If you just want to get prescription for cold this is the right place. But if you really want to be treated with respect,don’t waste your time and money. They even forgot to deliver the biopsy test result to the patient and make excuses blaming others. Not reliable and professional at all.
