Never been but looks nice
The apartments are fine but management is a nightmare. They email you nearly every day with a reminder for this and that. They are constantly bugging you about trying to get into your apartment, needing to move your car, needing to rearrange this and that. It was seriously never ending. They attempt anything and everything to charge you fees and fines, and they don't let you make it your own home without butting in and saying what you can't do. I moved a few months back to a similarly priced apartment community and the difference is night and day. Really puts into perspective how horrible it was living at the Villas.
Dorsey Ridge is a very nice community! Both the Villas and Serenity Place are nicely styled homes that have something for everyone. The communities have updated amenities and they are always having events that are great! The team is nice and very responsive. Porsche, Angela and the office team are helpful. Joey is the wonderful concierge team member that makes the community feel like home. The service team keeps it all going. Simon and Nigel will work hard to handle any maintenance concerns that pop up. The communities are located very closely to everything in the Arundel area too. Check them out!
THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE! DO NOT LIVE HERE!
From the very beginning, I have had nothing but issues here. Beginning with, prior to moving in my lease was generated FIVE times because the leasing manager at the time, Riley, kept messing it up. They would not let me pick up my keys for multiple days after everything was finalized because they were saying the lease was messed up. The day of my move in, when I arrived to my apartment it was filthy. It looked like it was never cleaned after the previous person moved out. The property manager at the time, Lizzie, personally came over and cleaned my apartment. Turns out, my garage door was on the same frequency as my neighbors so every time they opened or closed their garage, it was doing the same to mine. Manager told me it was not a big deal. This is a huge safety concern. I had an outlet hot to the touch with it burnt/soot coming out of it. Also not a big deal to management who told me it was not a fire hazard. I encountered a maintenance worker at the dumpster, as I was taking my dog out, he said something and I did not respond. However, this upset him and he yelled at me aggressively. Ever since this incident, he would just happen to be at the dumpster when I was leaving my apartment and was there when I was coming home. He was literally stalking me the whole time living at the complex. He knows my name, where I live, and when I wasn’t home. When I came home from work one day, I found my doors unlocked, no explanation. I had no proof so they couldn’t do anything about it. I was told that I was not the first person to bring up that this maintenance worker was stalking someone…. I have also had somebody wipe the dust off my garage door window to peer inside. When my ac went out, maintenance put in a window unit in my apartment. Two days later, they came and took it back and told me that another apartment did not have ac so they needed to take my window unit. My apartment was 86 when they took the window unit. Recently, I noticed carpenter ants coming in from around my front door. I requested for pest control to come out and was told they would be at my apartment that same week. It took a total of 6 weeks before pest control came to my apartment. The front office then called me to inform me that they did not have a copy of my key meaning they had lost it and tried to get me to replace it… They gave me my renewal on the last official day they were allowed (65 days). William told me that I could have 2 extra weeks to deicide if I wanted to renew. Before the two weeks was up, I emailed William to end my lease, but then found out William no longer works there. The turnover rate here is crazy. TRACY would not honor William’s word and is telling me I have to pay an additonal 12 days of rent that has a month to month rate and fee for late notice to vacate!!!! This ends up being roughly $1900 for the entire month. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!!
I don’t understand the logic. I called to get a unit given I start work Oct 1. My requirements are simple. Need a garage for my motorcycle and I have a large dog. The lady on the phone is talking about a grenade counter top and telling me there is a unit that’s available Oct 22. Blows my mind to how these people operate in real life!!
Run, don't even for a second think about moving here. The prices are good you might think, and they are, but you get what you pay for. Management changes faster than you change socks, we've had 5+ new managers and staff changes in the 2 years we've been here. Maintenance NEVER GETS FIXED!! You need your AC fixed, nope. You need your door locks fixed, nope. You need your toilets fixed.. nope. I had a hole in my ceiling from a water leak upstairs, I had to threaten lawsuit for them to fix it right. They still haven't fixed my mini blinds from 2 years ago, keep giving me an excuse that they have to order parts... Don't expect them to EVER return your call (and usually never answer the phone). You think, I'll try email.. nope, the front office staff has told us many times they don't check emails. Dogs are free to run off leash, NO ONE PICKS UP AFTER THEIR DOG!! There's loud music late at night, and people will block your car in just because. The mail box doors never shut right, and they refuse to fix them, and will just shift blame to the postal service. So don't mail anything important here, it might get stolen.. from a "locked" mailbox.

Today, they had roofers out that threw their garbage off the roof INTO our car.

Oh and the best part.. a $2500 fine for even STORING A GRILL on property. They are ready to charge you fees for everything, but can't fix their own problems within first.

I can not emphasize enough, find somewhere else, because this is not the headache you want.
We’ve been waiting and requesting for the maintenance team to fix our sink (which was outdated and spraying water everywhere), when finally after 2 weeks, Robert came to our rescue. He went out of his way to stop by our home and was incredibly kind and handy when fixing our sink. We are so incredibly grateful to Robert!
management always easy to work with and very Quick to service the tenants when needed! Nice clean apartments and close to campus cant beat this one! Truly the best option around! Modern feel without breaking the bank too much.
Here comes another warning to NEVER live here. I have never lived in a place that was so improperly maintained. This place can be summed up in two words: oversell, underdeliver.

Pros:
- The management team responds quickly.
- It's close to IUPUI campus

Cons:
- The windows are made out of what seems to be film. You can hear every siren, every person shout, every car that drives by from your room.
- The dust from every AC vent is unbearable. You'll have to wipe down your countertops every other day if you don't want a layer of dust covering everything. It has nothing to do with the HVAC filter, I've already tried that. It's the central system that's dirty.
- The tenants don't pick up after their own pets; a majority of the tenants here are college students, and I am always scared to step on dog poop every single time I walk outside the apartment.
- I swear the cleaning staff shows up QUARTERLY. Four times a year is actually a generous amount on my end. The elevator is always dirty, the area always smells like trash, the staircase smells like dog, just disgusting.
- Homeless people wandering downstairs ALL THE TIME. I had to go to work once at 5 am and there was a homeless guy crawling across the parking lot in my headlights.
- Maintenance is terrible; The first year I moved here our washer was broken and made a weird noise. The guy told us it's normal to sound like that. A year later the machine actually broke down and started leaking. That's when they realized they should replace it. Took a whole month to replace it. Furthermore, they used OUR EQUIPMENT to clean up after themselves!!! They used our wet wipes, our paper towels, and threw trash in our trash can without taking the trash out. Very unprofessional.
- It seems like the management team is only good at the social media aspect/keeping the outward appearance of The Avenue so pretty. Intrinsically, they don't care how well the place is maintained as long as they can hook you into signing the leasing contract you're already done for.
- Sure they have cool events throughout the year, but they were all very underwhelming. They would hype up each event so much, and then when you go and check it out, it's just like a box of a dozen Krispy Kreme donuts.
Where do I even start? This apartment was one of the worst apartments I've ever stayed in. When I first moved into The Avenue, everything seemed perfect, but during my time there I had multiple issues regarding several of the appliances in my apartment. First off, I had a water heater that was rusting and falling apart and had a bunch of issues. In general, the space that it was in was unclean and looked like it had previous water damage. I had a bunch of issues when it came to having small leaks and coming home to water on our floor, not having hot water to take showers, and having other issues regarding our water heater. Another issue that I had during my time was with the timeliness with which the maintenance team would respond to our request. Sometimes they were pretty quick to come and fix certain appliances in our apartment, but then other times we had problems with them taking a super long time. For example, we had a microwave that broke, and someone came in and took a look at it and marked our maintenance request as "done." When I told the office that it was never fixed, they told us they'd be up as soon as possible, and we had to wait 1 month until someone came in and fixed it. Besides having issues with maintenance they overcharged for a place they didn't take care of and they would also charge residents $25 for leaving trash bags in the hallway right next to the trash chute, but they would also let the trash chute back up and wouldn't clean it out, which would often cause fruit flies to breed and to cause the hallway to smell horrible which my apartment was so close to the trash chute that when I opened my door it would constantly stink. Another common issue was that the elevators seemed like they were always broken. Sometimes I didn't have access to my mail room because the lock on the outside was broken, and if I had guests over, they could park in the garage, but only on the first level, and they had to pay, even if they were coming over for a short period so most of them parked at the Taco Bell across the street. I had so many issues during my time at The Avenue and would NOT recommend it to anyone looking to live somewhere near campus.

The Galleria Townhomes in Carrollton have great floor plans and amenities. They have a beautiful pool with an outdoor kitchen ready for barbecue. The property/landscape is well taken care of. Dina was very helpful and with knowledge of the industry. She answered all my questions and was very pleasant.
BEWARE! DO NOT LIVE HERE! I have never written a Google review in my life, but this experience has definitely warranted one. If I could go back in time, I would have chosen The Ralston instead. I have heard much better reviews from friends who have stayed there. Much more affordable and right next to the Yellow JagLine. I will be listing my terrible experiences in bullet point format because we have a lot of ground to cover.
1. At least one of the elevators were always down, sometimes for months at a time.
2. There are always random kids smoking weed in the stairwells of the parking garage and homeless people sleeping in the stairwells, especially during the winter. There is often a police car just sitting on the 1st floor of the parking garage, but it never made a difference.
3. There are multiple hidden monthly fees The Avenue doesn't tell you about that is clearly just them gauging you for more money.
Building Protection Fee: $13.95
Utility Fee: $5
Green Fee: $10
Electric averaged around $70-$90, which is through the roof considering my roommate and I were gone at school and work a majority of the time and we usually left the thermostat at 70 degrees.
4. The maintenance is the worst I have ever seen. This maintenance team is ineffective, inexperienced, and do more harm than good when they do decide to show up. After trying to address a leaky faucet in my bathroom and changing out a broken dishwasher in the kitchen, the same maintenance lady completely FLOODED my apartment. She did her best to clean it up, but my apartment was flooded badly twice because the water wasn't shut off properly when it should have been.
5. I was charged a utilities setup fee upon move in and there was no hot water turned on in the apartment. So after a long day of moving and sweating and an early morning the next morning, I was unable to take a hot shower. I asked to be refunded the fee because my utilities were not set up and The Avenue refused.
6. The dryer that was in the apartment upon move in was TINY and could barely fit a full sized bed comforter in it. When my roommate tried to wash her comforter for the first time, it caught on fire and was burnt (picture below). We alerted management to this problem and they did not replace the dryer for over 2 weeks, so we were unable to do our laundry for a very long time.
7. Management does not take care of the property and my roommate and I had put in over ten work orders about trash being left in the hallways. I have gagged a few times walking down the hallway because of the smell and am embarrassed to have guests over it's so bad. There is also pet feces and urine left in the hallways and stairwells frequently by pet owners. We even found a dead mouse in the elevator one time. The building is disgusting and constantly smells of rotting food because of the trash chutes constantly breaking down. They fill up and get clogged and people leave their trash in the hallways because there is no where else to put it.
8. The fire alarm goes off multiple times by mistake and has woken me up in the middle of the night at least 3 separate times. One time there actually was smoke in the hallway (picture below) but no explanation was given. The hallway lights on one side of the hallway were also off for a few weeks.
9. I have left multiple pictures of the flies that were on the window outside my apartment. There were well over 100 in the hallway that were attracted there because of the unattended trash.
10. Ants were crawling into my apartment from the hallway for the last 2 weeks of my staying there and nothing was done about it.
11. I was charged $45 dollars for 1 broken blind that I never saw or noticed.
12. The front office is filled with a bunch of inexperienced kids that don't know what they're doing. It always felt like I was talking to a college kid at a frat party.
13. The mail room would often not open with the phone app you have to use to open locked doors, so I couldn't check my mailbox for weeks. This also means that if your phone dies, you are locked out of your apartment.
This is easily the worst housing establishment in downtown Indianapolis. Apartments are constantly infested with roaches, flies etc due to lack of maintenance with trash chutes and general upkeep of corridors and management refuse to help. Do not waste your money staying here. My apartment flooded with septic water and I had to argue with staff to have someone come look at it as they assured me that the flood had been contained before my room had flooded which was clearly not the case as the water leaked from my bedroom to the kitchen and living area. It then took 4 weeks for the situation to be dealt with as maintenance left a large fan to dry out the septic water which they considered an appropriate repair. This flood then caused all electrical sockets in the kitchen area to stop working. I addressed this issue with staff and was told that there was a back log in maintenance and the repair could not be sorted. When I explained I was unable to prepare meals I was told to use the supplies available for residents in the media room rather than having the situation dealt with directly. There is absolutely no chance of getting a nights sleep during term time if you are unlucky enough to be placed anywhere near college students that think it's acceptable to party every night. This was reported almost every night to both management and the 'onsite courtesy officer' who never once answered the phone, and of course nothing was done. It is also important to note that the easiest way to avoid this issue is to live in an apartment on the top floor, but of course if you request to move apartment there is a huge fee, as well as extra monthly fees for being on the top floor.
Townhomes of Coyote Ridge is an excellent place to live. The apartments are well constructed and nicely laid out. The grounds are well maintained and aside from a few irresponsible dog owners the grass and walkways are clear of debris. The maintenance staff is top notch and always willing to help. If you are looking for a clean, quiet place to live, you can't go wrong if you choose Townhomes of Coyote Ridge

This place is amazing first off.I was greeted by Christina M. the assistant manager of the property looking for a new place to call home. She made me feel right at home pointing out the easy access to the tollway and Gorge bush highway making it easy to get around town and the amenities they also had to offer. There was many options to choose from with different layouts of floor plans that was available .She also answered all my questions from pricing and ways to make payments easy to paying invoices online as well. Thank you Christina for helping me find the place to feel right at home and giving me a wonderful tour of the properties onsite.

Ruben the head maintenance supervisor is Amazing! He deserves a raise in my opinion. We had two issues going on with our restrooms. He always makes sure to not only to eliminate the issue which is cruical. He is friendly, empathetic and always makes sure to clean up the work area upon completion. Thank you!
Wasp nests all over inside of soffits of windows and behind light fixtures. Water basin produces tremendous amounts of bugs. Not cleaned out from debris and weeds. Ants coming inside from outside.
We came for 1 year stayed for 3. The concierge Joey is amazing and makes you feel like family! Thanks Joey...will miss you. Facilities personel amazing!
My experience touring Dorsey Ridge Apartments was extremely disappointing. The staff at the leasing office were unprofessional and difficult to interact with, which greatly influenced my decision not to consider living here. It appears that the management team hires staff who share a similar unprofessional attitude, leading to a consistently negative experience for prospective tenants. I would advise others to consider alternative properties.
I moved out of the Avenue a year ago and forgot to review my experiences. I enjoyed the location of the apartment in relation to campus and food; however, the price for a two bedroom apartment was quite expensive compared to other apartments in similar location with similar sizes. The reason for my low star rating was due to our apartment being one of many to have cockroaches during the time of my stay. We saw the pest truck there frequently since we moved in then understood why it was there so often. The maintenance team was helpful with trying to set up traps but when management decided it was time for the apartment to be fumed we had less than one weeks notice and needed to be in the apartment that day for finals. We were told if we could not do that day we would be deemed uncooperative and would be charged $150 even though I called within a half hour of being notified of this appointment. We had a difficult time with management during this process and were sad by the inflexibility in light of finals week and our pets even though we notified the apartment when we first saw these bugs. Overall we did not enjoy our period at the Avenue and felt better taken care of at a complex with consistent management.
This initial review of 5 stars is for the maintenance staff and the maintenance staff only which would be Terri from her first day on the property she has met and stayed on top of every maintenance request there is not a job that goes undone and she is very timely and respectful when it comes to emergency request you will not be left waiting for hours she is the best maintenance technician that this property has had since I’ve lived here since 2019 and I appreciate her services. I will return to do a separate much longer review for the leasing office staff and property in general. Thank you
I am incredibly grateful to Barron Russell, the maintenance person, who went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. He handled everything professionally, from ensuring that someone responded to my air conditioning not working to stopping a water leak in my bathroom. His dedication and skill are truly commendable. Thank you, Barron, for your outstanding service!
Freaking awesome, wish I could afford to live there.
I have had the distinct pleasure of having both Baron and Rene assist me with my air conditioner issue that I was having in my unit. They are both very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and went out of their way to solve the issue expeditiously with a great attitudes!

I have had Baron assist with resolving various work orders over the last few months that I have lived at Townhomes of Coyote and he has always provided stellar service/repairs!!

I want to mention Tyler and Kariem have great attitudes and willing to assist anyway they can to improve the community…!

They were great facilitating getting the dog park area additional receptacles to keep a clean place for our beloved pets to play safely…

Thanks to this team it makes living in Townhomes of Coyote a more enjoyable place to call home..!
I cannot express enough how incredibly helpful, kind, assertive, and communicative Michael has been throughout this entire process. A few weeks ago, I visited for a tour and met with Shelia, who was very kind and informative. She showed me a unit, and I decided on one that wasn't supposed to be ready until June. Remarkably, Shelia pulled some strings and asked the maintenance team to expedite the preparation so it would be ready for my move-in date. Huge thanks to the Maintenance team!

After leaving the office, I went home and applied online. My boyfriend encountered numerous issues with his application, none of which were the property's fault. Michael went above and beyond, providing us with his personal number for direct communication. Despite us putting him through the wringer, he remained patient and supportive while we gathered all the necessary documentation for the application. He responded to every call, text, and email within minutes! Whenever we felt stressed, Michael was calm, collected, positive, and reassuring, ensuring us that everything would work out.

And he was RIGHT! Everything worked out in our favor, and we are moving into the unit we wanted, right on time. THANK YOU, MICHAEL!!
I have resided at Galleria Homes for slightly over two years, and it is with a mix of gratitude and nostalgia that I bid farewell due to purchasing a new home this year. The community ethos is truly remarkable, fostering meaningful connections with the rental consultant, manager, and maintenance staff. Their prompt responsiveness to maintenance requests has been exemplary. The personalized touch of being known by name by the internal team is truly appreciated. The kindness of neighbors has further enriched my experience. While it is bittersweet to depart, my stay was truly enjoyable, primarily due to the exceptional management team at Galleria Homes.
My Bestfriend lives here and they rip off college students ! My Bestfriend pulled a muscle and can’t walk up the stairs but guess what ? The elevators are down! So he’s been at my place for a week and they don’t even care horrible place I can’t wait until he is out of there!
Since April 15th I have send 1st, 2nd and today 5/7/24 3rd request. That our building light is out. Pitch black. Very danger ⚠️ ⛔️ I even call the city already and I was told to let them know if this matter doesn’t get taken care of. after I sent this review the manager DINA wrote me a BIG long email asking me to reconsider this review and to re-due it.
Baron is Very friendly! Nice and made sure we were taken care of! He went over and beyond to make sure that our maintenance requests were fulfilled in a timely manner! Lauren is also amazing she took the time out of her busy schedule and made us feel like we were the only tenants here! I love it here regardless to it being so many units and the office staff is always busy out here you can best believe that your encounter will become a personal one ! ♥️
Nice residential area to live in.

I moved to this apartment because of the reviews and location. I had toured a model unit prior to moving in but my actual unit was extremely outdated. Insulation and bugs were my biggest issue throughout the year. I had to get mesh to cover all of my vents because I had roaches and wasps coming out of them. I had pest control come out 6 or 7 times and spray in and out of my unit but was ultimately told pests would come in because of how old the buildings were. I then had plumbing issues in the summer where my bathroom flooded for 2 weeks straight. I had to call the plumber and emergency plumber multiple times and it got to the point where I had to physically go into the office to get help. This is the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in and absolutely do not recommend. They even only gave me 1/3 of my deposit back even though I left the apartment immaculate. You can find significantly better apartments for the same price point elsewhere.
I love the Ave! The managers Amanda and Alejandro are fantastic. They truly care for their residents and are always working on improving the apartments. They recently repainted the hallways, gym, and always looking to improve. 10/10 recommend!

Galleria Townhomes has been my home for a year now. While it’s a bit outdated, the tranquility and cleanliness make up for it. The peaceful ambiance here is a real plus, making it a comfortable place to live. The management is responsive, and the neighbors are friendly. It might need some modernization, but overall, it’s a pleasant community to reside in.
Really nice property, close to shopping and 295 and the airport. Residents are friendly and the property upkeep is pretty good. Dog friendly but just make sure to pick up the waste, otherwise another Resident may report you and it's a lease violation. Staff is nice, especially Joey. The fact that we have a concierge is a big perk that I will certainly miss whenever I move from here. But back to Joey - he is the best. Always helpful, always kind. You can tell he cares about the residents and his job, and the residents care about him just the same. We've really enjoyed living here.
I've had the pleasure of living on the property for the past year and it has been an absolute delight. The community is welcoming, and the services provided have been top-notch.

Angela, the leasing manager, in particular, has been a fantastic point of contact. Always prompt in communication, she's been incredibly helpful and professional throughout my tenancy. I have felt valued and well-looked after.

The location is convenient, making day-to-day activities a breeze. I've had numerous positive experiences here and am even looking forward to extending my lease for another year. If you're considering moving here, I would highly recommend it, especially with Angela managing things.

Any potential tenants can expect transparent communication, especially regarding any changes in rent or other terms. All in all, a wonderful place to live!
I wouldn't live there. Poorly maintained. Neighborhood changing has caused car break ins, robberies.
The maintenance tech Terri is just amazing they need more people like her

I have lived in Cambridge Heights for a month and on Halloween afternoon a neighbor stole a beautiful pumpkin full of candy. Cambridge Heights a "private" neighborhood with thieving neighbors and bad habits.
Visited my cousin. Beautiful apartment. Area nicely landscaped and felt secure. Didn’t see all the facilities they had to offer
The Millwood Staff are excellent! I received great service from the maintenance technician Terri I am so grateful they have her she is wonderful and out going
Beautiful property. Four story condos? In the heart of LIE on the Nassau Suffolk border with a great Clubhouse and gated. Nice little shopping center in the front too.
All of the negative comments here are from non residents who know nothing about our community. How does a non resident know anything about sounds from adjoining apartments? They don't! All apartments are soundproofed.
It is a community of mostly active retired professionals from different occupational backgrounds ranging from many educators, attorneys, financial professionals, independent business owners and physicians. It is a place where people enjoy community events and participate in many different clubs and activities.
Our Clubhouse is professionally managed by top notch staff with years of experience.
We have an adjacent shopping center with the newest Shoprite on Long Island and restaurants and stores that serve all of the surrounding community.
What was once an empty parcel of unkempt land is now the crown jewel of gated residential communities on Long Island.
i didn’t want to leave a review but i didn’t know any other way to ask this question.. what’s a good number to call for this place? i’ve called the number listed 3 time no one answered nor was the voicemail box available to leave messages.
Absolutely love it. Clean spacious. I love the ShopRite supermarket, some aisles are a little narrower than some but other than that I like shopping there. Fresh food such as roasted chicken with potatoes and vegetables, fresh tuna and chicken salads. One stop shop instead of running here and there to get junk food.

Parked in the townhomes lot temporarily to unload heavy groceries for a resident. While putting groceries away, my car was towed. Currently at a lot up near 38th St. and the State Fairgrounds, my car won’t be freed for several days—at a cost of over $300. This property is not welcoming to residents and visitors.
Crowded and confusing to find townhouse I visited. Plus so overpriced and small.
Great complex. Helpful security staff. Need more visitor parking.
I generally go to four or five Starbucks relatively close to where I live. My favorite drink is a Chai Tea Misto with two packets of Stevia. Not only do they know me by first name, but the manager makes sure the baristas make it correctly.

I also observe the manager training the new people with patience and allowing them to learn the skills required as quickly as possible. In fact, the entire staff is friendly, courteous and professional. I now go there everyday in the morning. As a professional educator, I am amazed at the manager as well as her entire staff.
Absolutely the closest thing to luxury living like you find in Florida or AZ but when you want to live on LI or near NYC Gorgeous condo units-big windows -super light and airy -upper units with cathedral ceilings in all major rooms , and 9’ ceilings throughout , lower units with HUGE basements and patios, some models quite large. With everything brand new, you can pick your finishes. Well maintained property, fabulous clubhouse coming end of year (2018). Will update review when that’s open. Brand new community still under construction. A little messy now as construction is active but get in while you can choose your finishes.
It’s the talk of Long Island and THE place to be !

UPDATE: Clubhouse is now open and wow is what everyone says as they enter. Beautiful finishes, tons of room, patios/terraces looking over pond and grounds , fabulous pools (lap pool and 2nd pool), movie theater, pool tables , small cafe, bars galore, fab gym with available trainers, exercise classes, lots of card/mah jongg/poker tables, game room, and more special interest clubs to form as this clubhouse is brand new. Parties for holidays. Grand ballroom ! Life is easy here.
This place is a dump. I had to give it a star to write a comment that it. I’ve gone to battle with the leasing manager who’s unprofessional. Who loses documents. Lie on your recertification agreement and the Edgewood management don’t give a damn about there tenants. My house and others are falling apart. They only change your appliances if a tenant is moving out. I’ve been here for 3 yrs and I’m not staying another yr. I’ve asked for my house to be sprayed last summer to remove the moss from the tree pollen and it’s still there. My sink faucet spray is broken and put in a ticket 2 months ago. My daughter is PTSD and the management still haven’t confirmed her paperwork and that was 3 months ago. And I email them for verification proof. If you NEED A PLACE TO STAY then by all means but DONT HAVE THIS PLACE BE YOUR START OFF home. It’s a waste and you’ll regret it.

This place is terrible. They will NEVER fix anything at all unless it is a plumbing issue and I have fixed that myself after calling them so many times I found a YouTube video and my sink was fixed be ME in 20 mins. The maintenance men are lazy. They lie to you and tell you they will fix something and will not fix it. If you have been complaining they skip your house when it comes to check ups and repairs. Only move here if you can fix your own things and you don’t mind being lied to. There are things that have not been fixed in 4 yrs. I cannot wait to move from here, all they care about at the complex is the grass.
Great Community, Well Maintained and close to NYC, I have sold and rented many units in that complex def a good choice for NYC home buyers.
For the 1st time homeowner or the couple that desperately wants to get out of the city or a lousy, crime-ridden suburb, the condos between 15700-15830 Terrace Drive, Oak Forest, IL may be the place for you.
They are managed by Terrace Maintenance Associates (TMA).
Great community town house with great facilities. Next to NY City.
It's a nice place.
