I absolutely loved the food I won't lie.

But I incredibly dislike how you cannot make amendments to most things you order they can't seem to cater if you were just like to tweak something a bit or add something. I have put further details on this below.

I honestly feel because of the lack of being able to do small little changes like a listed below I would rather go to another restaurant and actually even pay less.

Food tastes lovely until you find a piece of hair on your pizza..we ordered the first pizza there was a piece of hair and asked for new one and then the second pizza same problem..when having a glance at the back kitchen staff not wearing any kitchen netting (protection)

This restaurant is an absolute must visit.
The atmosphere was good and the service was great. The food was incredible to say the least. The taste, presentation and the smell, everything was spot on and delicious.
The owners of the restaurant are such lovely people and the make sure that you feel welcome.

A fantastic place to experience the excellence of an authentic Italian meal at a realistic price.

Portions are deceiving, what seems average is huge on quality and absolutely satisfying. Don't be fooled, you will definitely be full by the time you arrive at the end of the dish, the only reason you'd be wanting more is the impeccable flavor.

The Pasta Al Pesto is divine, as is the lasagne.
There are many other remarkable menu options and dietary options available. Brilliant wine selection to match meals and great atmosphere and staff to compliment the vibe.

Today I took my kids to Wonderpark Panarotttis and was serviced by Tumelo a very friendly and helpful waitress.First time my kids were offered dought to play around with she advised on the menu and even ask when is my kids birthday and advised us to come and celebrate it at Panarotttis wonderpark and advised us on the benefits of doing soo.Definetly will be celebrating my daughter's birthday there.Thank you Tumelo for the wonderful service.

Lovely place, lots of promise. Photos on website promised fantastic creative food and for the price we also expected it. Although the quality of the food was good, it was very ordinary, I cook better at home during the week. The steak tasted great but it was just a smallish slab of meat on a plate (with a few boiled potatoes) Nothing special about it at all, same for all other courses. Real disappointment so totally not worth the price.

Would give negative ratings if I could. Order was placed at 1741. at 1820 order still not ready. Was told will take 15 minutes. The restaurant is not even busy. If you want bad service this is the place to go.

Could upgrade restaurant a bit and furniture. Food was great but I'd rather have take out next time.

We went during the week and it was very quiet. The food was good, but I struggled to flag down my waitress who was watching the soccer on their overhead tvs. At one point, there was only 1 other table that needed service, but because the game was on, the staff were preoccupied.

We decided to sit down at Bella Pizza on Thursday and tried their 12x spicy wings as well as a pepperoni pizza. Their wings were spicier than Mozambik (and much cheaper, with no quality change), and their pizza was top notch. While we were sitting at the back that was empty we have received exceptional customer service from the staff. A great recommendation for spicy wings and more people should spend time at the chill area in the back. Bella Pizza has great potential to be a hotspot for watching sports or even just a great place to stop by if they add some entertainment. The staff are excellent examples of customer focused individuals - respectful, considerate, and constantly checking in but definitely doesn't make you feel hounded for an answer.

Pizza taste less, dry and base was hard on the edges...

Many complaints of burnt food but still they serve burnt food to the clients.

There's a girl named Nelly who has pathetic service and has a rude and arrogant way of addressing customers .

It's easy for her to tell a client so I should cancel order -if that's her way of handling customer complains that bussiness will loose tons of clients .

Choosing the double cheese option is genuinely worthwhile. My son couldn't contain his excitement as he jumped from one slice to the next!

I had lunch at this establishment yesterday I had oysters for starters and I was flabbergasted by the mignonette sauce they served me, it literally had two tiny pieces of shallots!! I was looking forward to having a lovely lunch before my flight to Johannesburg and to say I was disappointed would be a total understatement.

Perfectly good restaurant. The mall location feels a little like a JHB restaurant, but the staff where lovely and the food was great. It's surprisingly easy to mess up a salad, but everything was fresh, the trout was good and the sauce was tasty.

Wonderful family restaurant with a variety of mouthwatering dishes. The cocktails, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic was tastfully served and delicious. Customers have the seating option of both indoors and outside. Also a lovely place to catch up with friends!

Went for dessert with the kids, they do vanilla ice cream by the scoop with chocolate sauce which made the kids very happy. Friendly server. Unfortunately they don't have a kids area anymore, but did provide colouring in pages and crayons.

Ordering from their website was always hit or miss, but it's way more miss these days. They haven't delivered 2 of my orders in a row so far. They don't answer the phone and the call center promises a call back but doesn't. Not worth the cheap price - try Romans down the road - better pizza and you always get your order.

I would have given a higher rating but I have to say I was disappointed with the Calamari starter. The item on the menu made no mention of what it came with. What I received was a salad with bits of calamari. Far too much salad and the calamari was barely visible. The chicken californian pizza was really good though. It was quiet for a Friday night but I felt the staff were perhaps too keen to move things along and should have waited for all guests at the table to finish their main before offering desert.

We went on a Thursday to Panarottis Cornubia..the monster duo pizza is R189 for a choice of 2 classic flavors 😋 I choose the creamy chicken and the creamy alfredo
.mozzarella, Chilli and crushed garlic are free condiments to add on ur pizza..also add an.ice cold litre of cool.drink for R50 ..

I don't even understand why you still have the same staff at KwaDukuza Mall, customer service is not known at all to them and I don't even have the right words to describe my experience there. The staff have super stinking attitude, worse, when I requested to see a manager I was told the manager wouldn't be available for the entire day, I even went as far as requesting for a refund since I waited almost 2hrs for basic pizzas which were a total disaster but that too was refused. Wow I'm so disgusted with what you call a service at KwaDukuza and you're a total shame and insult to all Famous Brands outlets and I even took pics for proof as I have escalated this matter further. All the staff on duty were laughing while I stressing my worry, it was a total joke to them and they didn't even have name tags on. This is the worst of all restaurants I've visited in KZN thus far, what a disgrace😡!!!

All the flattery aside. The chef is a show stopper himself. Food is well presented, proper portions and incredibly tasty. It’s not cheap but it’s great value for money all things considered. The surrounding area is nice for a meander too. Exquisite venue and surrounds. Must book. Will be back.

I ordered online. On collection I found that I first had to have a receipt printed before collecting. My meal was only prepared once the receipt was printed. Mind you, I had already paid online. After 50 minutes of waiting I opted to get my refund. Miraculously my order appeared only after I had initiated the refund process.

Wow, Bella Pizza your pizzas are excellent 🙌 We had the Arrabiata, Mona Lisa and one with peppadews and feta, just fantastic!

Before ordering Pizza, ask if they have load shedding. If they do you might wait a very long time as they use their backup oven which can only take 4 at a time. We waited for 1h15m for 4 Pizza's. The Pizza's where however the best Pizza's I've tasted in a long time. I love the cheeseless Pizza's!

Tuliswa was very friendly and professional. The food was great and the atmosphere was very pleasant.

You were on holiday and loved the beauty of Cape Town. You were super starving after travelling and you found a restaurant that is highly recommended on Google Maps. You were super grateful the restaurant accepted your reservation.

You looked at the menu, every dish was described decently and you wanted to try as many as possible. You and your friends ordered almost every category and very looking forward to it.

But then, it turned out to be a long wait, and the food didn’t perform well. You tried so hard to ignore that bad feelings. You tried to enjoy the music and atmosphere but you were distracted by the manager and staff who were giving and receiving the warning.

In the end, when you wanted to talk about your thoughts, the discussion was changed to self-praise: “Many people love us”, “who ordered that tasty salad, it was good right!”

I was once in your position as well, someone wrote a huge article to give our brand a negative comment on the internet. He was so mad but our team decided to listen and asked him more about his experience politely. After serval discussions, we both understood each other and he was very willing to give advice to our team and help us boost the brand.

Every negative comment has a reason. When we were in the restaurant, we were also thinking maybe it was just that day. Maybe the kitchen was too busy, that’s why we didn’t have the same experience as what your five-star-comment customers had.

There are so many possibilities.

I didn’t want to write too much on food cause it was very personal and subjective. Most importantly, I’m not sure if our table was a special case. That’s why my comment is more about the service, the attitude we received, and what we observed.

As you asked, we ordered both flavours of the gnocchi plates, but we didn’t taste the garlic sauce. We added the garlic you gave us for the bread by ourselves. My friend’s prawn pasta: the prawn was too salted, and the sauce and the pasta didn’t mix well. She also ordered a side salad but it came late and it tasted bitter.

**We didn’t point out when we were eating. The first reason was because we were very hungry. The second reason was we noticed you closed at 10 but our dish came at 9.30, we only have 30 minutes left. Due to that, we decided to give feedback when doing the bill.

** My friends on the other side of the table didn’t enjoy their pasta as well but I didn’t taste it so no comments on those.

** Just checked the menu, and the photo reminded me we did order Valle Santa. That one performed well and the prawn wasn’t too salted. Will add one more star because of that for the food section. ( Box gave three cause he likes your beer and pizza)

That was what I tried to express rather than starting an awful argument. I was very uncomfortable with how you responded to my previous comment. It was disrespectful and disappointing.

I was going to ignore your response, but anyway, I decided to waste my time 🫠 and share the thoughts we weren’t able to let you know on that day.

It cannot possibly get any worse than Pizza Hut. I bought from them twice. The first experience was so horrible that I am ashamed I went back there again. Basically if you're looking for some dense heavy bread with practically no cheese (if your looking for a decent cheese pull forget it) and no toppings, I counted like 10 pieces of what looked like ,chicken, and no bacon. Both times I had to wait for over an hour. I cannot believe they actually sent me that food. Just Horrible.

Bella Pizza is a great place to enjoy authentic wood-fired pizza. They have been around for ages and have consistently provided the best handmade pizza at a price that cannot be beat even by lesser mass-market options.

Additionally, if you’re not paying cash during delivery, you can ask them to bring a card machine.

What I loved about debonair is that the service was fast and efficient especially Lungi's service. She served us with great energy and a bright smile that also brightened our hearts she's a really valuable asset in the debonair franchise

We recently ordered staff lunch from Pizza Hut Glenwood. It was delivered in record and the Pizza's were absolutely amazing. Best pizza we've had in a while

The food is always great, but service is very slow. I have a large family and it seems to scare them. They get flustered and often mix up our order. We still go but we always know we will have to wait a while for our order and we may have to send things back 😆

Food & service was great but I had to ask the waitress to ask her colleague to stop sniffing her nose, the sound from her sniffing was very annoying and nauseating while eating my dinner as I was sitting very close to the bar section and she was busy with people's drinks. She was quite defensive after asking her to stop. Other than that, compliments to the chef.

My fiance and I had an absolutely fantastic experience! He ordered a pesto pasta and I ordered a pizza and both were absolutely delicious. We had the bruschetta for starters and it was to die for. The owner was super attentive and very kind even making great recommendations. We would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back.

This was my first time visiting the restaurant with a friend, and it's definitely not the last.
We enjoyed every minute, and every bite.
The service we got was very commendable. I loved the setting and most of all the food.
We started of with some Mochochino which was absolute perfection, especially for hot chocolate lovers.👌
My favorite part was the food, the pizza was so mouthwatering and succulent 🤤

I ordered pizzas online. 1hr 25mins later I received ice cold pizzas and undercooked chips. Just before the delivery I called the call center twice to follow up. The 1st I was told the manager will Call me back. The second time the customer service agent was meant to follow up and call me back. No call back. I tried calling the store direct, twice, no answer.
How sad. The SA franchise is such a let down. The service seems to be going from bad to worse.

This was by far the worst experience at any PizzaHut I have ever had.
We placed an order at a specific time and were told to wait the usual time (20-30 mins) only for the food to take away longer than anticipated.

I decided to go check in to see what's going on after an hour and asked the guy at the front what's going on. He said nothing and just looked at me with a blank look on his face. I said I've been waiting an hour, can he tell me what's up, he said it's almost done. I asked how long do I wait for because they told me a short amount of time and it's been over half an hour of that time and absolutely nothing is happening. I asked what's the hold up, does he have any answers for me, how long do I wait until my order or how far along are they and he just keeps quiet the entire time. This guy switched to ignoring me and tried serving other customers and even told a lady to rather leave her order because it's now going to be too long.

Another lady had placed an order at 5.30pm and it was now past 7 and still had not received her order. The next lady that came and was turned away had also placed an online order and was told to rather leave the order.

Now frustrated, I asked if his silence is going to be the answer or will he tell me when I can expect my order. He would not call a manager or anyone else to come help and said the pizza isn't made yet and will be ready in the next 10-15 minutes. So after waiting an hour, now he's giving additional time, customers are being served after me and recieving bigger orders than mine and mine is only now being made? I said I wanted my food in the next 15 minutes or I want all my money back and I kid you not, the food came in 6 minutes.

They had such poor delivery and workmanship. They had one lady working on all the pizza's and after us were only coming big orders and then leaving the smaller orders from multiple customers for last.

The food was less than mediocre, sloppy and just looked like a mess. If they had been honest with me about the time it would take to get ready or even kept me informed of any delay on their end, I would understand. Especially because I kept going in to check what's going on. But don't lie to me and make me wait so freaking long and neglect my order and then ignore me when I'm trying to get feedback. Aside from that, they had the nerve to send out another customer to call me in because my order was finally ready. I was sitting near the door and able to hear them clearly as they called our numbers. Too many disgntled customers and no one to help things along or communicate with us.....

This is not someplace I would consider going to again. The service delivery, workmanship, experience and food overall would be a 1/5 from me.

We had a great birthday dinner celebration. It had all the potential to deliver the best ever. I think certain dishes are to die for (must try steak Florentine) but unfortunately the winter set menu that I tried wasn’t so great. Example, it’s beautiful artichoke season and it’s a shame that they used tinned artichoke as a starter dish. Their carpaccio is cured ham or similar. To be fair I think it’s tough to run a profitable restaurant at the moment and their service was impeccable. I just wish their menu isn’t a hit and miss.

Celebrated an anniversary with a dinner here recently and was left feeling very pleased with our experience. The staff were welcoming and friendly throughout the evening and the slow evening meant we had no noise in the library area where we were seated.

The food is well priced and is made fresh. We ordered the calamari starter and the carbonara + lasagne for mains. All the food was amazing but we felt the carbonara could’ve been a little bit tastier.

We were treated to a surprise cake for dessert!

Overall we had a great time and would recommended this place to anyone else looking for an upmarket yet affordable meal out!

The feta and roasted veggies was absolutely delicious. My husband and I are non meat eaters so we throughly enjoyed it. Thumbs up to Glenwood pizza hut for a quick delivery and a tasty meal.

I came in based on the great reviews. I was warmly greeted by Aaron. When I told him I was hoping to place a to go order, he invited me to sit down and look at the menu. I sat outside in a wonderful and cozy area.

I ended up ordering the specialty pizza with the Parma ham and mushrooms. By the time I got back to my hotel it had cooled off a bit but was still delicious. The crust was thin and the sauce was delicious.

I also ordered the tiramisu. It was yummy. A wonderful way to finish off my meal.

While I was waiting on my meal I had a chance to talk to Aaron for a few minutes. It was such a pleasant conversation and you could tell he was genuinely interested in knowing where I was from and what brought me to the area.

This branch is not worth buying from , dont waste your money , they took my order incorrectly i asked for Vegie pizza they gave me meat pizza, it lacked cheese and it was burnt. Wasted my money supporting this business.

I placed an order today and waited for over an hour only to receive burnt pizza, this pizza was hard. It was more like bubble gum. Worst part is I asked for extra cheese and got nothing. Pathetic service! This store needs proper management.

Terrible. I had a very bad experience on Friday. I ordered for delivery and was promised my food at 8. At 8:20 I had to pick up and was given bad attitude by the manager. The service is pathetic

Worst take out I ever received. I always check my orders but today I didn't because panarottis never gave me a reason to......... until today
if I could've known I would went to spur and bought a better salad for half the price. That 114 for salad is nt worth it. my food was half, had more cucumber than anything, and I see now that the mushrooms and bacon have been removed., although the name remains ... I can't drive back now. Whoever prepared my food, I'm disappointed, it was also blant, with no cutlery....this Salad is not worth R114, mind you, I bought 2 and even paid a little extra as I always do.

Food was great, it was the weekend rush so extremely busy with these delivery app drivers. Decent spot to have a pizza outside and go.

1. The pizza arrived DROWNING in OIL, when queried, the manager had difficulty understanding.She asked us if that's not how we wanted it... 😂 please tell me who requests oily pizza, because thats a 1st for me.
She then proceeded to poke the food around with a spoon from the condiments ... she then told us the sundried tomatoes are to blame... the entire base was soggy and the board it was served on flooded with oil.
2. The chips were STALE and DRY as if day old and a tiny portion, only 1 size available. Odd, seeing as though other branches have a regular side plate of chips. Who wants R10 sauce cup size chips?
3. Ordered a passion fruit fanta , was brought orange Fanta. When queried, they say they don't sell it alone, only with their special. So why not advise when I ordered and why take it upon yourself to choose a flavour for me ?
4. Even the cutlery was messed in oil .
5. The chilli in the trio of condiments had chunks of chilli and poorly chopped, not even usable.
Over all its a NO from me...
Pity the standard of Panarottis isn't consistent and upheld acrross all their branches.

However the salads and starters were good, but the pizza’s crust didnt do it for me, a little too much flour tasting and not a lot of substance/flavor. The pasta we had was just alright, nothing good nothing bad.

After such a amazing reply of the owner/manager, I had to bump this up to a 5, as I think it shows maturity, passion and commitment which beats out any small mistakes in a pizza or others. And I also will stick with the owners word and believe that it was full lots of the time, as I probably went at the wrong times of day. Thanks for the meal offer and response!

Panarottis East Rand Mall ticked all the boxes for me. We were warmly welcomed, led to our seats, treated with great respect, and I enjoyed the cleanliness of the restaurant. As for the food, what a joy! Rich flavours on every slice of pizza, while the kids enjoyed the kids combo which includes a choose of meal, soda, ice cream and a party pack. What an enjoyment for them as they also get to play under supervision.

Freshly prepared delicious pizza and I couldn't get enough of it, all the way home.

This is my favorite local Pizza place. Always friendly, obliging and amazing pizzas.
I tend to go with my favorite Antonio pizza🍕.
Mushroom, ham, avocado and lots of yummy garlic.
The base is made to perfection, crispy, perfect thickness and tasty.
It seems it has become a Thursday thing for us now.
I can highly recommend Bella Pizza Bergvliet and their other branch in Lakeside.
I rate them 10/10 for awesome pizza and 10/10 for friendliness.

Ordered online via Uber Eats. The order took 90mins to be prepared. It took 90 mins for us to receive a piece of undercooked flatbread with some cheese in it. Pathetic, inedible. Chicken strips were soft as well, cheesy fries didn't have any cheese on them. Don't order from here

Ordered chicken and mushrooms pizza but no mushrooms were found at all.it was a double large chicken and mushrooms pizza but terrible no mushrooms. Disappointed!

The food was delicious. The lasagna is a must. The pizza tasted good and the burger was very tasty too. The bun was freshly baked. The desserts were nothing special. The cheesecake was chewy. The chocolate bwownie was good. The staff is friendly and helpful. Inside you sit cozy but it was really too cold inside.

Absolutely disgusted with the service. I've placed an order via uber eats. I am a vegetarian and got 2 meat pizzas when I ordered 2 vegetarian pizza. I am highly frustrated. I want my money back!!!!

Want a healthy dinner, is it your cheat day for a meal? Want to eat out or take away that won't take forever. Quick, convenient and fresh food should be their motto. Chef never disappoints.
Whether you want a burger, pizza, pasta, salad, tapas or dessert Primi is the place to eat at.

The restaurant is well maintained. The service is adequate and the prices are generally better than most places. The seating is a bit limited but we were sorted out in the end. Food is good too. I'd recommend stopping in for a quick bite and drink to reenergize your shopping journey.

No doubt one of the better places to eat out in Pretoria North and the best place at the Wonderpark Mall. Manager Priscilla Tshuma is an absolutely amazing host and is truly one of the most humble, kind and gentle persons on the planet. Service is impeccable. Highly recommended.

Very disappointed with the meal. Ordered The Boss Deal . Toppings are so sparse the little cheese that was sprinkled over was burnt to a crisp, besides being burnt it didnt even cover to the edge of the base. Absolutely dry and tasteless...waste of money !

This is an edit to my previous review, which I gave pizza hut 5 stars.

I've bought from them recently and their quality of their pizza has decreased considerably. It's actually very disappointing.

The pizza was bland and absolutely horrible, the dough has pieces of plastic stringy bits to it. So each bite you take you can feel something stringy in your mouth and that was absolutely disgusting.

How do you'll expect people to eat something like that? I wasted my money and will make sure I'll never buy from here again!

As a person who was a frequentl buyer from pizza hut, I will surely not be going back. And I would recommend people try other pizza places, unless you want to be disappointed.

Had a wonderful date night supper last night here. The service was superb and the food was delicious. We started off with the cheesy garlic bread which was absolutely yummy. It was cheesy and crispy and just what we needed to warm us up. My husband ordered a five roses tea and I had a decadent hot chocolate. For our main meal we enjoyed a chicken and mayo pizza. Our first time trying it and it was delicious. The tender chicken and creamy mayo was divine on the crispy pizza base. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful and was so pleasant and always smiling. I didn't get her name but she was fantastic. Even the manager was out and about ensuring that everyone was happy and enjoying there meals. A lovely experience indeed. We will definitely be BACK!

Their breakfast Pizza is excellent. Just wish I could het it in the "normal" size. Also the Panarotti's Special Pizza is a goodie. Restaurants in malls are usually dissapointing, but this one is an exception. Good going.

Very friendly staff, service was quick and efficient. The food was quite good, just the right amount of heat on my Mexican pizza. The surroundings were clean, neat and spacious. The decor is inviting and cozy despite the feeling of vastness. I liked the fact that they had charging points at each table behind the sauces. The staff stood out the most for me, my waitress was extremely polite and had a huge smile on her face. Definitely will be returning to this branch.

The pizza here is DELICIOUS ! Very hugh quality ingredients are used and therefore I cannot fault the food.

There is lovely inside and outside seating compromising of wooden finishes which give it a rustic feel.

The staff don't smile and aren't the friendliest , I expected them to help me choose a pizza choice which was an opportunity to upsell but they didn't.
Being really put of with the service but happy with the overall product so well done to the chefs !

Overall if you're looking for a quick bite I would recommend this . It really hits the spot
