Delicious food and great service always well done guys 💯👍

The atmosphere and vibe is splendid.

Even the friendliness and helpfulness of the waiters are on point. I love it

The food is incredibly delicious even though it is very pricey for a mainstream restaurant.

I absolutely loved the food I won't lie.

But I incredibly dislike how you cannot make amendments to most things you order they can't seem to cater if you were just like to tweak something a bit or add something. I have put further details on this below.

I honestly feel because of the lack of being able to do small little changes like a listed below I would rather go to another restaurant and actually even pay less.

Other restaurants are definitely not so Limited

Today I took my kids to Wonderpark Panarotttis and was serviced by Tumelo a very friendly and helpful waitress.First time my kids were offered dought to play around with she advised on the menu and even ask when is my kids birthday and advised us to come and celebrate it at Panarotttis wonderpark and advised us on the benefits of doing soo.Definetly will be celebrating my daughter's birthday there.Thank you Tumelo for the wonderful service.

Service was very poor. We received our food after a while and the restaurant was not even full. The restrooms were very dirty and did not smell well at all. Very disappointing

Worst take out I ever received. I always check my orders but today I didn't because panarottis never gave me a reason to......... until today
if I could've known I would went to spur and bought a better salad for half the price. That 114 for salad is nt worth it. my food was half, had more cucumber than anything, and I see now that the mushrooms and bacon have been removed., although the name remains ... I can't drive back now. Whoever prepared my food, I'm disappointed, it was also blant, with no cutlery....this Salad is not worth R114, mind you, I bought 2 and even paid a little extra as I always do.

so basically
1. price increased.... ✔️ which is normal
2. Bacon and mushrooms are not part of the salad anymore... as a customer who always ordered this, I didn't know the salad excludes these foods
3. Portion size reducesd by half..

..... customer loss😁... but I'm truly hurt
