But how can you treat your customers well if your staff comes in late

Receptionist arrives at 8:02am and i have a laboratory test but no staff yet to extract blood it's already 8:30am

Incompetent staff, they are not pleasant and accommodating, lack of explanatory. Sayang oras.

Was informed twice that they'll call my name when it's my turn but really, they didn't. The nurse was surprised to see that I was at the waiting area and nobody called my name when someone should have had. They also informed me to be back for my urinalysis result after 2 hours, or earlier. But when I got back after almost 3 hours, the results weren't there yet.

No line, clean and staff was accomodating. They had trouble having their HMOs approved but now they have a couple of covered HMOs. You can see the result of your tests online. Need some improvement plus marketing but everything else is okay.

2-3 days common its 6 days now where's the result???

Very incompetent staff, needs administrative training for staff as they are not very professional. I asked for a Certification that I am fit to work, they said that there is another payment on top of that. After paying, they handed me a handwritten form. I also asked if I can use my HMO card, the receptionist was discouraging and walked me through the tedious steps of using my HMO (coordinating with HR etc) so for her convenience, I opted to pay cash instead. The incompetence is beyond comprehension.
