Very happy with my treatment. I was put at ease as i was very anxious during my appointment. All my treatment was explained to me thoroughly by the dentist. Would definitely recommend .
Great Dental practice. I usually see Amar there who is a very skilful dentist. The service I receive from the whole team there including the receptionists and hygienists is top notch. Another plus point is the ample parking available right outside the practice.
Dr Jagsi was very polite, comforting, reassuring & caring. He explained the whole process of the treatment I was having. I would recommend to everyone. Thank you Dr & Nurse.
Went to the hockwell ring dentist with my husband as wanted to get him signed up to a regular nhs dentist so he could be a regular patient there which in April we thought was the case got 5* service an left an outstanding review.
To call the practice an book him in as the filling he had done in April had fell out an took part of his tooth with it an his tooth was starting to hurt.
Salma the receptionist was so RUDE to me and very UNHELPFUL with this situation told me he's not a patient here I couldn't believe how I was spoken too an the way she presented herself on the phone was shocking to me I work with the public an if that's how you talk to people you shouldn't be on a reception desk!!!!
The dentist told us to come bk if there was any problem coz he may need the tooth out.
I called Marsh Farm practice where Mrs Campbell was lovely enough to sort this situation out an get him in at 4.55pm which we attended the dentist re filled his tooth told us were not a NHS patient at this practice it was a one off appointment an told ur he will need a crown to protect his tooth an sent us on our way I was so shocked with the way we were treated cancelled all our future appointments an left can't believe that our second visit was the totally opposite to our first now we are back to square one trying to find a good dentist for my husband.

I felt very well taken care of by the whole dental team at this practice. The receptionist was so helpful and kind both over the phone and in person. The practice was up front about their prices from the outset.
I felt very reassured after meeting the dentist who was kind, professional and calm. Immediately felt I could trust this practice. They also have payment plan options available. Haven’t used this yet but good to know it’s an option if I need to have some major work done.

As always great experience my dentist always gives me a spring in my step with his general chit chat and politeness he always boosts my confidence too. very positive atmosphere and i have never had any pain since I joined this dentist 6 yrs ago so overall 10/10 I even had them call me in early for my appointment it was 3pm and with all cancellations they brought mine forward.

Dr Jagsi is really friendly, kind and reassuring! Even my 2 year old loves coming to the Dentist!!
He always take his time to explain everything in detail. All the staff members are great and very Professional!! My fear of the Dentist is gone, all because of Them!
