Last week organised an appointment for 15.30 , when I arrived , was told I was an hour early, the receptionist was adamant and quite rude , saying I was wrong , my appointment was 16.30, until I showed her the txt I received. People make mistakes! But today I need a medical cert for insurance purposes, the insurance company have told me they will not except a sick note , but the receptionist was adamant a sick note would suffice ! She was very abrupt , and wouldn’t listen to what I was trying to explain to her ! When I feel better , as I can’t walk at the moment, will have to go down with the email from the insurance company , as there is no email for the surgery for me to forward on .
If you are unwell , and need there assistance, I’m afraid I feel there attitude was unacceptable!
The care I have received from the doctors, I must say has been 1st class though ! Regards

I tried to arrange an appointment, but it seems somewhat unreasonable that there's no flexibility to accommodate individuals with work commitments as you can't ask for a different time. It almost seems like a celebration of unemployment, penalising those of us who work and pay taxes yet again. This setup brings unnecessary stress. It really must be a colossal task for the receptionists to find a suitable time slot for an appointment - I'm simply astounded by the difficulty of it all.

It’s one of the worst surgery you would go to, doctors have no idea about any health issues, last year I went to doctors about an issue in my private area, I had an idea as I did search before I went to the surgery about what I have but to be more clear i booked an appointment with the lady doctor, when she checked she said completely different thing and she it’s happening bcz of that so all that time till today I been thinking I have the issue doctor said but in deep I was not satisfied with the answer and I started to have more problems and it started to be painful in my private area and I have changed my doctor and made an appointment with them today and she completely said different thing and it’s the same thing I told the previous doctor but she said it wasn’t that and today my this doctor informed me it is. Now I might need to get an operation done bcz it’s gone big, Plz plz I request don’t register with this surgery if you care about your health. I wouldn’t even give them 0 start but I have to give one to put the post up.

Been registered here for over 20 years. Decent as best GP surgery but gone downhill over the years. Very long waiting times due to registering patients they don’t have doctors and capacity to take on. 8AM rush to get an appointment, and loud and obnoxious receptionists, particularly the overweight blonde with curly hair. She’s constantly making snide and rude remarks about patients which is uncomfortable to hear. Any time I’ve come to the GP she’s being loud and obnoxious. She used to be nice and humble when she first started but over the years it’s clear the power has gone to her head. You almost feel like naughty school children having a detention in the staff room overhearing teachers slate their students. It’s distasteful and her behaviour leaves an uncomfortable atmosphere in the waiting room.

It looks like there is a huge corruption in their appointment booking system.
They book the most available appointment to their people.
Today, I was No 8 in the queue, but no chance for me as they booked only 7 appointments for today !!!!!! Also, there is no availability for tomorrow and the day after tomorrow !!!!!!
4 doctors during the shift for 7 appointments only !!!!!
Moreover, the operator was very rude to us during the phone call and was too careless to our emergency case

Appalling surgery - receptionists are utterly useless and like talking to a brick wall, doctors don’t seem to care one bit. My mother has tried numerous times to get an appointment with a system of ringing through on Monday morning. 30th in line and finally when got through no appointments are available. Previous to this a past appointment she had in her lunch break was made to wait half an hour in a almost empty waiting room. It’s an absolute joke.

This is the best surgery I have ever used. The receptionist are really nice and helpful. They have been understanding about getting me an appointment when I’ve really needed one. They always send letters to remind me when I need to come for my yearly checks and texts to remind me of appointments. All doctors ive seen have always been thorough and give you the time of day and will refer you if necessary. Dr Matta especially is so kind and understanding. Although he is busy he makes you feel like he has all the time in the world for you to understand your problem and help you.
