The receptionist have always been helpful and twice they have gone above and beyond to assist me, certainly runs as it should and I'm pleased with Sundon medical practice.
Keep up the good work and well done all.

Absolutely shocking. Doctors at this surgery are amazing but reception needs sorting out. 14:00 my queue position is 4 and 14:55 it’s position 3. Unfortunately, 111 or even A&E are just quicker and better options no matter how much they discourage us

Receptionist booked an appointment, we get there 15 min early and she said there is no appointment booked. She was rude and arrogant!!! Shes acting like a doctor by giving me health advice???!!!! There’s always two receptionist’s, they do not have any good computer skills- maybe they should take an IT course! Some of the receptionist are laughing and telling other workers to cut off conversation on the phone with patient!!! Another day I tried to book an appointment at 8:30 and there was no appointment available???

Utterly disgraceful and disgusting behaviour towards patients! I am actually fed up with calling to find out results or booking appointments over the telephone as no one answers… I’ve been on hold for more than half an hour and queue position 1 for atleast 20 minutes now no answer. Once I was inside GP surgery phone kept ringing and I was the only patient waiting to be seen the two ladies in the reception were having a laugh and talking while phone kept ringing. There’s a reception that’s very rude and has disgusting behaviour towards patients she’s normally in the front desk, wears glasses and always in makeup! I must say there are some good doctors and another receptionist Sue she’s great 👍 lovely lady she is, she has the most amazing personality.

this medical center is some kind of joke. you can't make an appointment, they are always busy, even when clinic is empty. They don't care about you and your health. for example, the situation with my mother, who is waiting for a prescription for medicines that she has to take daily for heart disease (58 years old) for 2 weeks now. I'm asking for help with my health problems for more than one and half year . If you respect yourself and your health, trust me ... go find another clinic , cause you will not get better with them

To be fair, the actual Drs- Edwina, Yip, Edwards (I think) and Mahmood are really good. Those who come now and then as locum can be hit and miss.
Personally never had issues with the receptionists in person or on the phone.
The 3 stars are for the procedures of making an appointment itself. You have to request a call back for an appointment. This is resulting in me and no doubt others, to call earlier than 8:30 or 2pm for a callback to make an appointment. The only thing is, if you get a callback too early, then an appointment may not be made as it is too early! So choosing a time to call for an appointment is pot luck really. The fact in person appointment bookings have stopped is a total farce. So if you call say 8:15am or 1:45pm to make an appointment, you may not even get one because others may have called before you and will get the callback first. I'm getting a headache just trying to explain this. I better take some paracetamol, because I sure as hell am not getting an appointment for it!

I'm fed up with getting an unsympathetic and rude receptionist when contacting to book an appointment to discuss a medical procedure that I'm due to have. i have a letter that says to contact the GP to discuss treatment options, can i get an appointment - NO. cannot get past the arrogant receptionist, who just tells you to ring at 8.30 or 1.30. only to get the engaged tone or phone put down or all appointments booked and nothing is available. this is not acceptable. i have been trying now for 6 months to get an appointment to speak to a GP concerning a urgent procedure that I'm unsure of. all i need is some advice, i cannot even leave a message for someone to get back to me. on another note, the medical centre cannot even get repeat prescriptions correct. every month i have something missing or incorrectly supplied which i then have to chase, which is a waste of time and supplies. this surgery needs a medical standards review.
