My office is located right around the corner. We have frequented this establishment for a few years and recently it has only gone downhill from the sarcasm of the new supervisor Spanish guy. He is rude condescending and shouldn’t be working for a company like Pret employees have no real oversight. What’s worse is the shorter heavyset Spanish girl she’s also rude and condescending and shouldn’t be working there I would definitely start going to other establishments even Starbucks before spending another dollar here
Most of the time we visit there this store a 48 street and these guys are not welcoming as if they are doing some favor on us by giving us coffee for money. many times we get drink served in burnt condition. when we ask for utensil they make faces.. however if you visit other pret on 46 street they are best in every aspect....
Got a hot latte from here, it was burned and tasted very bad from here. The workers are most of the time rude also.
Another store that don't accept 100$ note
The food was poor in term of variety but the time we come was late.
The attendant was so conceited,we were 3 people and a 8 y.o kid hungry cause at 4 pm we didn't due to an organization problem that delay our activity and he simply say "we don't accept 100$ banknotes" and act like "it's your problem"
How a commercial activity don't accept regular money???

They are really nice friendly and professional. I like pret perks. Excellent coffee and pastries
Food and coffee were good, as you would expect from all PRET. However two ladies at the cashier/making coffee were terrible, extremely rude!! Id rather choose somewhere else to get my food next time.
Very good, practical and the hot egg sandwich was good.
