Giving one start shouldn’t be allowed, this practice is below 1 star it’s awful. I ring every morning from 8am and never ever get through to anyone. I get to queue number 2 then it always hangs and and I have to try again and again this has been ongoing for months and It’s just getting worse and worse.once again never getting through to anyone been referred by a doctor at the walk in centre but absolutely useless this place could be on my death bed and they wouldn’t answer

Very bad, the reception has women who are unpleasant, cold. They show their superficiality. They don't know what they are doing at all. They do not help patients. Doctors are good. It's a shame that those unpleasant people give you the feeling that you are not welcome there. They must be replaced immediately.
They tell you to come in the morning or call. In the morning, you stand there and see how no one cares about the phone. You can call, they ignore absolutely everything. They got the workplace wrong. They are gambling with human health
