We had such a great experience with the new owners of Rail Trail Bikes. The owners were so kind and helpful. We can’t wait to go back. Plus their dog is super cute.
Very pleasant experience with the owner. He is super nice and patient with his service and gives us customized recommendations for biking. I would recommend to everyone visiting the area to ride on the rail trail!
I tragically rode over a thorn that ruined my tire while riding on the trail today :( Luckily I was only 1.5 miles down the trail from Marley. Him and his owners took me in and saved the day!! Thank you again for the speedy repair 😅🚴♀️💨
We picked this bike shop for its early open hours and proximity to the trail and I’m glad we did! We visited the bike shop under its new ownership with Phillip. He was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Fitted us for bikes, offered helmets, gave us maps (with suggestions!) and complimentary waters! Highly recommend this shop for biking in the Cape!
Incredible service and beautiful bikes!
Right on the rail trail and super convenient parking area. The cheese shop next door does amazing sandwiches so we picked some up, grabbed our bikes and had the most incredible morning exploring. I can’t recommend Rail Trail Bike and Kayak Shop enough.

Excellent service! I had broken derailer and the mechanic repaired it very quickly. I pointed out a few little issues with my bike and the mechanic knew exactly how to fix it. Had a nice chat too, very friendly guy! I was counting in my bike during our trip in Cape Cod, so this a real blessing! Much appreciated, very reasonable price too. Highly recommended!
Great place to rent bikes. The gentleman that owns it was nice to talk to. Rental includes helmet and if renting by day includes a lock. Bikes are solid no frills and well maintained. Easy access to Rail Trail from the shop. Will definitely rent from him again.
