I received great customer service from the staff and they were very patient with me. The only thing I would like to comment on is that I didn't get my e-tickets from the very beginning and I had to reach out to them afterwards and ask for the e-ticket. Otherwise, a great experience, and they help find great deals and work well with the customer according to their requests.

Yes, Ben Clare is very caring and professional! He called me to check in with me to see if everything is good and well, showed me how i can get my boarding pass to my phone! Understood what i wanted and did exactly just that! No complaints :), i wish i could give 10 stars.

ALSO, on top of that, this is the only website i found to be the cheapest compared to all other websites! The difference is about $300, i can definitely use some extra cash on a trip!
