This company is a complete ripoff. My agents name was Drake. I had to cancel my trip with them due to medical reasons and they refused to give me a refund even after i sent them documentation. I did not realize that I was pregnant or was gonna become pregnant shortly after booking, I was told that I was going to be o k to fly and my due date is two weeks after my booking. The company expected me to stay on a fourteen hour flights with two weeks left before giving birth and refuse to give me a refund. I was told that I needed to either cancel my Reservation Or I could change the date to a later time. When I tried To change the date to a later time they told me that I Would have to pay additional money. They do not offer insurance So if you do have to cancel your flight and booking, you will not get your money back. I would not advise anyone to travel with this company, though through a real booking agent.

The travel agency made it very easy. Granted it was literally a last minute thing, and I wanted to visit two weeks out from my location. They pull all the strings to make it happen. I am definitely going to use them again when it comes to getting my brothers tickets to Japan. Eric made everything very easy and memorable. I appreciate you mate
