Martin Smith helped me with booking our international tickets, he is an amazing representative from Crystal travels, explained everything in detail, patiently looked for better prices on my requested dates for myself and my wife. We are going together and coming back on different dates. I spent almost half a day looking for tickets but can’t find better dates and price than what Martin gave me. I was having a difficult and frustrating time booking an overseas flight for four people. When I found Crystal Travel and specifically Grace, I was able to book my flight successfully. Marc Lee was amazing in helping me navigate through a rough time. I had purchased a pair of plane tickets via Kayak to Thailand to see my very sick father. However, my father had passed before the flight so i had cancel and buy a new pair of tickets. Marc Lee helped me in a big way from initiating the refund and requesting required documents for it. I and my family didnt have capacity to deal with that but it was no problem because of Marc’s excellent customer service. I am greatly grateful for what he did.
