Very bad phone service called 4 times to speak to someone in regard to umrah package, and after taking my phone number to have the person call me , I called back 4 hours latter, now the person is in the bathroom washing up for prayer, what is this business?

Great travel agency. I get my tickets from them a few times a year and service is always top-notch. Price is always cheaper than online and the agents are always available to answer any question or request I have. Strongly recommended.

Very unsatisfied with my experience with this agency!!
They changed my flight date without calling me or sending me any text !! and when I called to complain the agent was rude and kept interrupting me. They said they're busy and I should have called 3 days prior to my flight to confirm even though no body told me that when I was reserving.
my family in both morocco and the USA had to make long trips to airport in two different days and the agent didn't even admit their fault or apologized.
I do not recommend this service and I regret not reading the reviews before I reserved with them.
PS: it was my first time dealing with such a rude service and btw my flight had no discount or a special offer. A 0 star review should be allowed for this service 👎👎👎👎

Is not professional. Mr. Mohammed cancelled my flight without my permission and made me lost $600 and I have an email from EgyptAir says that they should refund the full amount to me. But he did not and on the end he told me this is EgyptAir rulls. I don't recommend anyone to book any flights through him.

Bad customer service!! I referred this place to my brother to get a ticket for his family of 4. The lady kept placing him on hold and she sounded like she was annoyed and not in the mood to answer basic questions about the trip. Very unprofessional. Not recommended at all.

I am absolutely appalled by the level on unprofessionalism that this company exhibits. They are by far the absolute worst people I have ever dealt with. How can a company make such a huge mistake and deny their error. I am not one to call out businesses, as I am a business owner and would hate for someone to do this to me, but they are pure filth and should not be running an operation. They have no curtosey or ability to provide customer service. They are a bunch of liars who created an elaborate lie to cover up their error. My father booked us tickets to go to Egypt and they errored on the return date for my friend. When she went to airport, they were unable to locate her flight back, only to reason that the travel agency booked her return back in 2020. When the dispute was occurring, the travel agent told the credit card company that Ingy is a doctor and was traveling to Egypt for work and decided she did not like Cairo and wanted to come home early. I’m not sure why anyone would go through such lengths to make up a lie and not own their mistake. What a terrible company. No one should ever book with them ever. Trans World Travel you are a terrible operation and Mohamed the travel agent is the rudest person I have ever spoken to in my life. Shame on you.
