Good Mall for shopping

A very big mall in Mizar next to aswaaq Mall in dubai having multiple brands inside

An excellent location with gems founder at one side health center on other and residential villas to top it all. I strongly feel that this is an opportunity wasted. Could have been organized more appropriately by having a west zone super market and few food joints to top it all. Average is what I feel.

Most shops are not successful for this area where 95% are Emiaratis. Second thing, The Mall next to it (Mizhar Mall, the same owner) got the same type of shops. I think the mamngent has no experience in this kind of business.

The mall itself is decent at best and is only saved by the cafes here. I recommend Treatery, Eighties, and Glitch Cafe. My main complaint is the ridiculous state the restrooms are in. All the times I've been here, I've had to clean the toilet myself. There's a constant lack of toilet paper, and I can't find the janitors anywhere. Please refer to the pictures below and explain to me the logic behind this layout. Mind you, this was the cleanest toilet I could find at the time.

The New place to be in the Neighbourhood. Have decent shops and cafes. The 1st floor is dedicated for saloons and spa.
