Free entry to view beautiful and intricate art exhibits by children. Interesting architecture and pretty inner courtyard.

It is located near the Taiwan botanical garden. It is one of the hidden gems of Taipei with a history from late Chinese rulers to the Japanese Era. Now it is the heart of Arts, culture, theater, and performances in the city. The architecture of the building is inspired by the Chinese Era and is perfect for art lovers. The staffs are friendly and professional. They can speak bilingual very well. It is one of the recommended gems in Taipei.

The building and the garden are pretty but the exhibits can be skipped. This is one of many old KMT style buildings.

This was a really great museum, I honestly spent more time here than I should have. The workers were very kind and helpful, answering many questions I had and overall making for a really great experience. Also, bathrooms were everywhere which was a great relief (no pun intended)

Great artwork and an excellent tour. Our guide spoke both Chinese and English and really held the students’ attention. She also gave detailed but brief introductions to the exhibits.

Great place to spend some time enjoying locally- made art as well as travelling exhibits. A Picasso exhibit was in place on our visit.
