This was our first time trying Good Earth. 10 of us were there for Christmas dinner the service was outstanding for such a busy night. We had several orders with no issues. The food came out hot, huge portions and all together at once. The amount of take out that was leaving the kitchen( in boxes) while serving a full dine in amazed me. They were very organized and friendly. This will be our new Christmas tradition. We will travel from North Kildonan to St. James for great food and great service. Thank you.

Did a takeout order and was very impressed! There's no shortage of Chinese Food restaurants in Winnipeg, but Good Earth has a great taste! Service was a touch slow, but it was well worth the wait! Plus there are some amazing Koi fish to look at as you wait!

Good Earth is solidly a good spot for Chinese. The prices are more than reasonable (lunch buffet is 14.99) and portion sizes generous. If you are going for the buffet they have more than reasonable food options options (I think it was about 9) including wonton soup. Their wonton are fresh and the broth tasty. Service is prompt, friendly and the restaurant is acceptably clean. I particularly like the way they prepare their mixed vegetable dishes... The veggies are crisp and crunchy... Not overcooked and soft at all... Saucing is tasty and diverse. I will definitely eat here again when craving wonton soup or mixed veg.

After reading positive reviews about the buffet, I had to try it. Service was excellent and the place was clean, but that's it for the positives. The food tasted good as well but was heavily battered. The honey chicken fingers were about 70% batter, chicken balls about 50% batter, the dry ribs also heavily battered. Extremely unhealthy but at $14.95 you are getting what you pay for.

Wow!!!! The food was so amazing, it was the most food I've eaten in one sitting in months! Seriously! The gentleman who served me at the till was extremely kind and hospitable. It's hard to pick a favourite dish from what I ordered, but if I had to, it would have to be the beef lo mein! YUM!!! 😋🥰

Good Earth has been around a long time and the food is absolutely amazing. It's a small restaurant, feels very homey. The service is good and wait for our food was not long either. The food was amazing with generous portion sizes, we all went home with take out containers full. Would definitely recommend.
