When I got an apartment year ago it was in very poor condition, no cleaning was done, I found a cockroach there (and they told me it’s fine), a lot of stuff was broken, and they were fixing it for 1-2 months while giving me nothing but promises. Access cards for parking and gym were given to me after one month of my request. So clearly they have no interest in you after they got their comission.

Right now they’re trying to make me pay for stuff that was already broken without any proof that it wasn’t like that before, and trying to make me pay for wall repaint even when we don’t have anything in our contract about wall painting (I have it in my new contract for example). I even found one photo from year ago of damaged stuff and sent it to them, but they still put it in a bill as something that was damaged by me.

So basically they’re trying to charge for things that were already broken/damaged.

More than that, it’s been 16 days after I moved out, and I didn’t get my security deposit back.

Update: Hamisa reacted to my problem and solved it within 1 hour. Same way as she did with move in problems, so I got my security deposit back and didn’t overpay. Thanks to her
