The rooms are spotless, the young gentleman at the front counter was so welcoming and friendly. The mattresses are so comfortable we had the best experience. Lots of parking.

I was a bit hesitant at first but once Youssef welcomed me at the front desk, it was smooth sailing. He was extremely polite and respectful. He seemed genuinely interested in our chat and it was nice to talk to him after a long day of work while checking in. He explained everything thoroughly as I value details in conversations. He even made me a parking pass to ensure my comfort for charging over night. If you are looking for HIGH VALUE at SUPER FAIR PRICES, I challenge you to find something better than here. Robin Hood Inn and Suites did not disappoint and I would stay here again and again. Free WiFi!

I had an absolutely incredible experience. The mattress provided unparalleled comfort, making me want to indulge in long hours of blissful sleep. The newly renovated bathroom added a touch of modernity to the overall ambiance. Although some furniture may have been outdated, it was easily overlooked as the quality of sleep was simply outstanding. The hotel's service was exceptional, with staff members being incredibly polite and kind. Every penny spent was truly worth it. Oh, and let's not forget the breakfast - it was not only charming but the croissants were out of this world. The coffee quality was top-notch, leaving me in awe.

This hotel is a gem. I stayed here a couple of years ago, and their service post-pandemic was great. Then I came back. Surprises included the availability restaurants, coffee, and live music within a 10-minute walking distance. There is immediate access to bike paths to take you around town. The "great room" is where breakfast is served nowadays. Same excellent quality and cozy atmosphere. If you don't need to be in central Victoria, then don't fight the crowds and have a great experience here.

I just wanted to say I had the nicest experience over at the Robin Hood hotel. Starting with reception, Gloria was so friendly and went above and beyond to help me borrow a kayak that the hotel provides for free! So many great amenities. Next was the breakfast, everything was fresh and baked in house! The breakfast attendants: Darren, Sian and Vivian were so informative about the local jams and honey provided with breakfast. The rooms were also very tidy and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again if I ever get the chance to visit Victoria again!

Having stayed in multiple residences around Victoria, this one is no doubt one of the best overall. The rooms are clean and extremely comfortable, the complimentary breakfast at this price is amazing, and the free e-bikes and kayaking is such a nice treat. There is also a complimentary shuttle that can take you almost anywhere in the city, and the lounge is one of the best I’ve seen (pool, board games, tv, drinks, books). Although some may criticize the lack of room service or hot food, the overall experience of this hotel and all the amazing activities absolutely make up for it.

Our room was spacious and spotless. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options!
