Nice small centrally located shopping centre anchored by Save-On-Foods, with a drugstore (with Canada Post outlet), a variety of dining options (Browns Crafthouse, Hot House Pizza, Spinnaker Gastro Brewpub & GuestHouses, a sushi place, Dollarama, Lifelabs branch, and various other professional and shopping options .
Plenty of covered parking (enter off Tyee Street) and easily accessible by the #14 Vic General bus.

Good neighborhood strip mall with a variety of stores and services. Anchored by Save-On Foods, Brown's Craft House, and a Dollarama, this shopping centre also has about a half dozen eateries, a liquor store, travel agent, drugstore/post office, LifeLabs, dental clinic, lawyers' office, and a few other merchants. Great open and covered parking options. Multi level with elevator access. Easy convenient location.
Nice store, but as with most grocery stores, it's quite expensive. I just dropped it to pick up a couple of pieces of fruit for a friend
Recently moved to the neighborhood. Just getting to know what's where. So far, so good. Grocery, medical, insurance, coffee, pets, pub... Is there a financial institution? Will update in a few months.
I love Victoria Sushi! Friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere! Reasonable price. Fast service. Dine-In or Take Out.
Try to park in the underground, rather than on the main level if possible.
Having the life labs, pet supply store, dollar store, grocery, and post office/pharmacy in one location is quite handy! There are several food options in such a small plaza which is nice if you have family members with different preferences.
The parking situation does take away from the experience and can be irksome.

If you own a huge behemoth of a vehicle (pickup drivers, yeah looking at you) park elsewhere or be selfish and take up 2 spots, because hey, the world revolves you.

But yeah...it's an old school strip mall, essentially.
