Sales staff needs to be attentive to customers and offer to assist. Wife was wanting to purchase two purses, but could not get assistance. No assistance so we went to another store and wife bought two purses.
Purse started peeling after 3 months. They would not issue a refund or replacement. Only option was to send it for repairs and get it back in 4-6 weeks. Cheap purses and terrible customer service. Don’t shop here!!!
I love the COACH outlet store! I went on Labor Day weekend, and they had some amazing sales going on! They have some very cool bags that I loved and would love to get in the future! It is best to go at the end of the seasons when they have great sales going on because if not COACH is a bit on the expensive side but the great thing is now they have the get it now and pay later where they take payments out of your account every 2 weeks so doing it that way does help when you see a bag and it's too much at the moment!! Love the store, but the sales people constantly swarm you to tell you about the sales and to to "help" you pick something out. I was there today with my husband to buy Christmas gifts and literally 4 or 5 different sales people kept asking us "who we were buying for?"..."did we see this item"..."what about this item?" to the point it became so annoying that we left and decided to just look online. You can't even really look around because the sales people won't leave you alone.
I used to shop at Coach all the time. Last night my husband took me to this location as a surprise for an early Christmas present. While walking around we noticed that every sales employee kept asking us if we needed help. To the point it was like "okay we are fine" then noticed that a couple of them were following us. It was very uncomfortable. The handbag that I picked out, I ended up putting back because it was so uncomfortable. We left after.
I went to get a ball cap and found just what I was looking for. Great store.
Went shopping for my wife's Christmas gift. She loves Coach tote bags and that's what I got her. They had lots of nice things even for men. Great customer service and friendly.
