They are higher than any regular store. I thought it was supposed to cheaper since it's a outlet store

Great store. The young ladies that were working there yesterday made our shopping great. They were really nice and very friendly. Definitely will shop there again. They do deserve recognition.

A lot of their shoes look super dirty and look like worn return shoes, some even had animal hair inside them. The help were all gathered around the cashier/check out area instead of helping their potential customers. Shame this store was a good place to go. Not on this visit.

I bought a pair of work shoes a month ago and wore them for a week. I noticed about 4 hours into my shift the top of my foot began hurting a lot. I gave it a week to see if maybe they needed broken in. But nope, they still hurt. So I took them back to this store to exchange them for a different pair. The lady at the register told me that because I wore my WORK shoes at WORK they don't qualify for an exchange, but she would make an exception. That is the most ratchet return policy I have ever heard of. Although I am grateful the lady let me exchange the shoes for a new pair. I will certainly never shop here again because of this absurd return policy.

Visited on Jun 18 late afternoon. Was looking for a specific size of a specific shoe and the gal (didn't get her name) came over and offered to help. I don't usually ask for help, but I did say I was looking for a wide size and she showed me that the wides were down further than where I was looking. Nice. Then, I needed a size that was way overhead. She offered to go in the back and grab one, which she did quickly. They were perfect and I bought them. Then, at the checkout, she suggested the same shoe in a different color. I would have if they were a light gray, but it was only available in a dark gray, so I passed. Nice suggestive selling, though. Well done. Overall, great visit. Good inventory, excellent service, nice, clean store. I came in here on a whim, and I was impressed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

They we're having a great sale and the sales ladies were all so helpful! The store had several people in it, but was still clean and organized! When we needed assistance, the sales lady knew exactly where our shoe was and retrieved it promptly! Great shopping experience!

Staff was friendly but the prices don’t seem any different from the regular stores.
