They want you to keep making appointments and don’t do nothing when you go in.. Also there’s more then one doctor doing procedures when ever they do decide to do something.

Worst dental clinic EVER !!! You waste your life to fix one tooth. Their only concern is theft of insurance companies. Everyone stands around talking all day long . Be prepared to waste 5 to 6 hours in this place waiting to be seen. It’s over crowded and the staff don’t seem to care that they’re moving like turtles ! If there was a minus star, I would give them I hate

This Dentist office is always packed, little to no seating available 😑 walked in at 945 didn't get seen until 12pm. My 2nd daughter had an appointment at 1pm and I was told they are having staffing issues and would have to wait longer. I only come here because of my youngest who's 5. The Line register is ridiculous and wait times are beyond me. Definitely time to find a better pediatric Dentist.

This place has both pros and negatives. The wait times are absolutely ridiculous and it seemed likes the nurses had no order in how they were calling people. If anyone is deciding to do a walk in appointment don't be fooled by the office numbers online. Come before 9am because if you don't you will be on a long line and the chairs get taken up quick. Switching to the pros The dentists in the back were beyond great! I had to get multiple teeth pulled and they numbed me and I literally felt nothing during the procedure and they walked me through everything pre and post the procedure. So all in all my advice if you're coming here is to come early and make sure you have something to do to take up time!

This is my worst experience ever at any clinic. I’ve been sitting for over four hours just to have a tooth extraction. Four freaking productive hours just gone like that. This is totally unacceptable. I’m still here. No action. I wish I could take away my star because this institution deserves none. This is just ridiculous.

The dentists are great with my children. Complaints don't get brushed under the rug, well at least not in my experience. I've been going here for maybe 12 years and I stopped because the wait times are awful. And the receptionists are slow and seem like they don't care to be there. This has been my experience for the whole time I've been coming so this is normal. They take their slow sweet time to register you. Even when the lines are around the office, near the children's area, they are very very slow, but why would they care when they get paid by the hour. Anyway the truth of the matter is that everywhere i'ved looked for better more professional dental offices, I hear horror stories /reviews about everything. Even how much they charge for nitrous gas. The wait times for every other office I've visited or read about are consistent. So don't let that be a reason you don't see a dentist. And at least here there is accountability for everyone. So back I go and like another reviewer said bring snacks, especially for the kids.

Needs to be managed by someone with adequate sense there is no reason there should be 25 people booked for the same time and the place is packed from wall to wall and they are still let people In. You stand on the line just to check in for about 30-40 mins with an appointment. Forget about doing a walk for an emergency you will be here for at least 8 hours. It's really ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend even if it was free. If you can find some where else to go this is a last resort place.
