I have been a current resident of 1770 Grand Concourse for the last 5 years and I never struggled for any help because of prompt response and support from the leasing staff. The staff is very attentive and quick on any request we make as a resident. I want to mention Michael Tavarez who has been my leasing manager for the last 5 years he always attended my request very promptly and efficiently - Thank you, Micheal.

Beautiful apartment in a strategic location with access to subways and bus stations. Process of acquiring from the application to the leasing is highly efficient using digital technology. Recommended for anyone looking for a modern and quiet apartment.

I recently upgraded to a larger apartment within the same building. It was a smooth transition. The staff was great, which made the process smoother. The administration is accessible and responds promptly to emails. Units are clean, modern, safe and well maintained.Definitely recommend!

Living at The Grand for our family was a delightful experience throughout our 4 years as tenants. From the day we first viewed the unit we could tell the leasing agent Michael Tavarez and his team were well seasoned and professional. Although Goldfarb is a large residential real estate company it was clear that timeliness, customer care, and personalization of our interactions were paramount. Myself and my husband will forever be grateful to the security and staff at 1770 for maintaining the utmost in surveillance and maintenance of the building and all its wonderful amenities. The friendly services they provide are a huge part of what makes living at The Grand so easy, comfortable, and enjoyable.

This place uses discrimination for the people that are attempting to lease the apartments. they consistently say that you do not qualify based on credit and or income but wont tell you how. A leasing agent said that " the owner is not comfortable with someone so young living in a two bedroom apt alone". They also force occupants to apply even though they will not be paying for the apt. they are terrible at communication and clearly only want a certain type of person living in the 1770 building.
