Don't buy a warranty because they fix the things that are faulty, keep your money without option to refund...and then the same part breaks again. Guy in jewelry department is a wolf in sheep's hyde. Already knew that because he works in JEWelry. 🤣👎
Great, not to many cashiers. But the one in the men's department was great. She helped me pay my bill, get a gift card and assisted me in buying shorts and sports shirts that were in my price range....
Purchased teenagers lipglos lady helping us put it in a basket bought lots of different kinds check out with a different lady ,get home go to wrap it notice she gave us an empty box go to another JC Pennies to get one in a box they can not help us because there not in same district .scre Pennies I'm throwing my card away never buying another item from them again and returning every item I purchased for Christmas. They lost my 20 years of being a customer for sure.
Lucked out and got Black Friday deals on Wednesday. There were a lot of good deals. Didn't explore the whole store, but there's a lot of sales. The clothes were excellent. Very happy with what I bought. Highly recommend for new wardrobe items. The cashiers were nice and wonderful also.
Stopped into the Beauty Salon, and was warmly greeted by the stylist/ receptionist. As she was cashing out the customer ahead of me, I noted that she graciously spoke with the customer, apparently a long-time customer. The customer was beautifully styled and pleased with the results.
I made an appointment for the following Saturday afternoon, and look forward to my turn in the chair.

Was okay. Very hard time finding the checkout and the exit where I parked my car. I felt like I kept going in circles with no staff in sight to ask for help. A exit this way sign or something would have been nice
Store nicely set up for fall fashions. Prices, like everything else, higher than I expected. Beautiful fall colors but since I work from home I have no need to buy anything. Browsed around and saw some very nice clothes purses and jewelry but really no need to buy anything.
