Blackcomb Springs Suites - True Ski-in, Ski-out Resort

Got an excellent last minute deal on this place for a spontaneous ski trip to whistler. The most convenient resort I have stayed at and my future go to for whistler stays. About a 30 second walk from ski valet and you're at the middle of a slope and can ski down to the Whistler gondola.

Unfortunately was not a fan of this establishment. For $600 a night the rooms were very small. Very cold and the pull out bed was very uncomfortable. The bedding was thin and the kids were cold with the heat maxed.

The pool was ok but not great for kids. Small untidy games room. And a hot choc / coffee machine in the Lobby starting at $4.50 a drink.

Uodate***** response from owner below was not truthful. The response suggested that we had discussed a larger suite. No such conversation was had.

Staffs are kind and well trained.
Parking lot can be used easily.
Hot swimming pool is nice and large.
Good for family with kids.
Location is for me Okey.
Gas fire place make me feel really nice.

True ski and out, when there is snow in the Village. Free shuttle at front door and 5 mins to Blackcomb gondola. Great service. Great location. Equipment rental in the building. Ski valet on the edge of the run. Rooms are ready for an update, but the other attributes of the property help you to overlook this. Highly recommended.

My family (parents and a 3 yrs old daughter) stayed here right after thanksgiving for a week. It’s absolutely amazing. Housekeeping staff are super helpful and friendly. Shuttle 5 is running conveniently to the gondola station. Heated spa and pools are huge for exhausted bodies. We love the full kitchen very much. Only thing could use some improvement is WiFi. Overall we give thumbs up to this wonderful place and we will surely stay here next time we are in Whistler!

Another great trip to Blackcomb Clique! We had an odd request in honor of our furry friend and Ann, the client service manager was truly amazing. She went above and beyond to try to accommodate our family and I was truly impressed. Pool area is super kid friendly and the rooms are great for a short stay. In ski season their location is unbeatable to be slope side.

My room had a used paper in the toilet so I can only assume staff used it after cleaning it for us, which I personally found quite nasty, but also the washroom air filter was very loud and noisy which they took care of by sending somebody to fix it for us so kudos for that. Front desk reps were very helpful prior to me and my partners arrival, as they answered all the questions we had over the phone the day before and even provided some suggestions and set us up with an early check in! Was greeted immediately and courteously. Staff are very polite and will go the extra mile to make sure you feel comfortable. The rooms have absolutely everything you’ll need from pantry, appliances, smart tv, cutlery, etc. I visited during one of the slowest seasons of the year so price-quality wise it was a good experience.
