National Inn

The National Inn is a quiet place located on Garden Grove blvd. It's not a 24-hour room service, but they stay up late. The room was clean, a nice size king bedroom, a big flat screen TV, a refrigerator, There's no phone to use in the room. My overall score is 2.5 stars 🌟.

Pros:
- clean room and bathroom
- decent bed but no comforter. They have a fleece blanket on the shelf.
- decent tv channels

Cons:
- lots of street noise
- no microwave

I/we would stay here again if the price is low. It is located to a lot of Asian restaurants within walking distance (< 10 mins). There are lime and lemon trees planted on the property, pretty unique!

We heard street noise at night and early morning. Maybe the rooms further back would be less noisy… not sure. We turned on the ac all night so it blocks out some of the street noise.
There are cameras throughout the walkways so relatively safe to walk in the evening or to restaurants.

National Inn is the place to go .. the rooms are super clean and good service... The front desk is super nice this guy will help you out in everything you need... really polite and understandable... prices are good.. I will be coming back

Rare, solid deal on week-wait...rooms were clean, bug-free and compared to other rooms for rent close-by, a great deal!!

Really only 2 things keep it out of the 5-star club:

Water pressure in shower was pretty poor...definitely could benefit from pressure increase shower head...sink drain stopper not connected at all, had to pull completely out to drain sink...

And the wi-fi is REALLY slow...4g was 3 times as fast...

Neither are really that big of a deal at all...

Service-wise, with the exception of the wi-fi, was pretty good! Housekeeping comes around pretty late, so be prepared for that...

Really friendly owner/manager, and pretty well run...

Overall, especially compared to other economy motels close by, this was a really solid, good stay!! I do definitely recommend 👌 😌

It’s quite a nice inn with a great price, the bed is much better than many inn we’ve been. The little fridge is cold, has all things needed for travelers like iron, hair dryer. The parking is plenty. The ice machine needs quarter to operate but the owner would give you if you don’t have. The wifi is available but slow. Our room on second floor has noise knocking from the ceiling may annoy someone from getting to sleep. Other than that it’s a great inn. The ac works perfectly.

Very clean room, spacious and able to keep to myself. Great food in the area that’s a simple 10-15 minute walk. Would stay again.

The rooms were clean but the WiFi there is horrible! Kept disconnecting and took 3 hours to download a movie on Netflix so I could watch something since browsing was impossible

You could hear everyone outside the room in the morning as well.
