Alliance Cab Service

We took a cab from airport to Marigny NOLA. The address is not past Elysian Fields ave, so the fare should have been 36, but the driver charged us 58.

If you're HANDICAPPED THEY WON'T PICK YOU UP IF YOU HAVE SCOOTERS THEY WILL DENY YOU SERVICE.

We used one of their cabs in New Orleans airport. When I got out of cab i must have dropped my phone in cab. When I went to use my phone It was missing. The driver had given me a receipt for the ride before we had left. The receipt was invaluable. It gave us the company name, driver # and cab # and phone number. We called the company and explained our problem. JEAN DOMINIQUE answered our call and said he would take care of this. He called my wife back, said he had the phone and said he would take to FED EX. He DID and called from FEDEX, we paid them and I had my phone the next morning. THIS IS AN EXAMPLE OF SOMEONE TAKING CHARGE, RESPONSIBILITY AND THE DESIRE TO HELP. THANK YOU JEAN- WE REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR COURTESY!!!!!

Suzette Exantus #0988 saved our bacon. My husband’s wallet slid out of his pocket in her cab. She tried going to the hotel where she picked us up, but we weren’t registered there, and I had paid in cash. Suzette was concerned and enlisted help from her family. They searched around online and managed to get a message to us only moments before we headed out to the airport for extra security clearance measures that we could only pray might get my husband past TSA. Suzette returned the wallet to us 100% intact. She is an amazing human being and an excellent driver.

Driver of cab #1445 picked my service dog and I up on Jan2 from airport. He was furious that he had to take the dog and scoffed and gave us dirty looks the entire ride home. Made a huge production of getting a brush out and pretending to get dog hair off of his seats (that my dog never sat on). Completely unprofessional. This service has a disconnected phone line. So, I couldn’t even file a complaint. I never post bad reviews. But, this guy was absolutely horrendous!

This driver caused a guy on a scooter to wreck and kept on driving on Claiborne. He watched him wreck and didn’t even stop.

A cab from this company (#1550) almost crashed into me this morning leaving the airport. Then they nearly ran into another car in the roundabout leaving the airport, forcing the other vehicle to swerve aggressively to avoid them. Worst driving I’ve witnessed in a very long time. Not only should this person not be driving a taxi, they should have their license completely revoked.

Steer clear of Alliance everyone! Seems like they can’t even hire ‘drivers’ who can drive.
